Yes! The smaller/cheaper units are mostly located on west side/cityview. You’d still be able to see ocean a little bit. The bigger units have access to both city & ocean views.
It’s all beautiful and everything, but why does it feel like an exuberantly expensive hotel. I’m sure, for 8.5M, in Florida, you can have a nice house, with really long pool, jacuzzi, palm trees, on the beach, and, even, a personal chef, and a live in made, if hands off living what you desire. Just think about association fees in a place like this. A pure sophistication of running such a complex building requires very highly professional stuff, which does not come cheap. All these expenses can be easily avoided in your own house. That is, unless, living in apartment is your dream. 😊

Each of these towers is the product of many analytical studies, tailored to simply serve the demand. BTW we watch the inventory and I have to say that sales proof that the product serves the demand. Let me know if you’d like to see any waterfront houses. We have some off market deals as well.
