Your skin looks flawless. I’m going to try this. I use TCA 20 and the third layer puts me in outer space with pain. The second layer is tough but that third layer, makes me tell myself every time…I will never do this again. Thank you for this info. Your skin is beautiful.

That is the number one go to product for me if I'm going stronger than Differin. It is difficult to get Tretinoin here, and this one is my saviour and replacement. I love it, it is peeling, but it is also very effective. I'm always on spf 50. Always, year round. Love your videos. Hugs from Kristin. ❤

@claudiaglows Yes I have tried the TCA peel at a beginner level. I don't want shedding but an OK with slight peeling or flaking. 13% strength is for beginners and up to five layers. Now that you are in the U.S. it probably would be easier and less fees to pay than being abroad. I'm trying some of their other products as well. Their Dream peel is the vitamin A one. The ZO peel looks interesting! I would like to try the Soonsu TCA you had used. Do you feel the ZO peel is better? Thanks!
I really like both, the soonsu and the Zo. But they are different. It depends on do you want to get red right away or gradually. I will probably end up going back and forth between the two.

Hi Claudia. So happy you did this post. I just completed the mild for three days. However, next month I plan to do the Medium as you did. Even with the mild I did get a bit of a peel and like the fact that it is very gradual and the method is so easy to do on your own with no down time. As usual, you are so thorough with your posts. The lighting is fine , true natural light without the filters . I am so glad you showed us this peel and you finally found something for your neck ! I was thinking to myself I wonder if I can use other products I already have and like you said the method & instructions are important . When I first experienced Retin A I was over zealous and slathered it on , boy was I tight , red and then peeled like crazy . I always remember that and think hmm maybe I’ll do that again as a peel . Would you recommend that it be alright to just order the peel product and use products I have and love ? You can use the remainder peel pads on your arms and hands !! ❌⭕️

Ohio is less bright without you, Claudia. I agree with everyone else; turquoise blue is your color! (At least from the camera lens). I’m not sure this would be something I could do. I have extremely reactive skin. Maybe one of the buffered TCA peels? I do love a company called Stacked Skincare by Kerry Benjamin and have used pretty much all her products several years ago. She has a TCA peel, but I don’t think it’s a med tx-style peel. It’s designed for at home. Thank you for sharing two new channels! I just subscribed to them. Lots of love and hugs!😊💜

I have actually had a similar effect with Microneedling tretinoin 0.05%. I medical microneedle and then apply my tretinoin liberally afterwards (whilst the channels are open). I shed like crazy for a few days but by about day 10 my skin looks amazing. It really helped with acne scars and some premature aging ☺️
I'am impressed ! I can't put anything after microneedling not even Hyaluronique acid it will be my third but I don't see any différence on my skin yet.
@@chateaudesers2390 I think you need to build up tolerance over time! Especially if your skin is sensitive. You’ll see more improvements the more you do it and eventually you can work up to applying topicals after ☺️ microneedling is definitely not a ‘quick fix’ procedure

Claudia please try the TCA peals from Platinum Skin Care. Your peel looks like too much work and same result as from normal TCA. They also have vitamin A peel that you can use in its own for 3 nights or to expedite the shedding from TCA peel. They also have so much info on how to combine everything. Love this video and you look great.

I was legit surprised to see you with a ZO product. They put fragrance fragrance in all their stuff I’ve seen. I bought their growth factor cream at a med spa recommendation and when I got it home and opened it and smelled the perfume I was FURIOUS. $185 into the garbage.

Hi Claudia. Great video as always qlways. I am constantly trying to fade my sunspots. I have 4 that will not go away. I use .1 of teet, red light a few x/wk, vit c, sunscreen, hats, I do it all. Im thinking of trying a laser now bit maybe Ill try this peel first. Does it have fragrance? I dont like fragrances. While you and Cher used the ZO pads, Dr. Ania did not mention them as a step in the process. I assume they are suggested in the official instructions (Zo website?) They might be key as you mentioned trying them again in your next peel. Did you feel they are an essential part of the process? I learn so much from you - thank you!!
Actually, I think Cher used a similar type of pad. 😉

Have you tried plantinum skin care peels? They have lots of videos and I think they discuss how to do a vitamin a peel. I'm able to do mandelic, jessner and very mild tca peels. I started slowly and worked my way up.

Hello Claudia, thanks for the video. I just did this process for 5 days and 5 pumps. My skin looks much better; less wrinkles and some pigmentation has lessened. However the texture is quite rough and extremely dry. Any suggestions.

Oh Claudia, I wanted to come back and watch this video as I really want to do the Platinum TCA 13 peel( as they recommended) I would be afraid to do the peel your talking about as I don’t think I could handle it. Being my 1st peel, more addressing hyperpigmentation, and wrinkles, I want to go with a more gentle peel. What do you think? I kee watching videos of Platnium Skincare, but a bit unsure. Maybe I should use the other one that you and Cher used which has a buffer? Have you heard of “Cure”? It’s a water based exfoliant. I enjoy using it 3/ week in the am, but I’m not sure it’s exfoliating ( even though it leaves my skin feeling so smooth) it’s highly recommended by the Contoured Chemist. I also use Medic8 glow chemical exfoliant. I have realized that the higher end( medical grade) skincare works the best. My skin loves it. If it wasn’t for Zip, I would t be able to purchase all that I do. Thank you so much for your in~ depth videos on these special and medical grade skincare.
Personally I would rather do a buffered TCA peel or this one but the mild version. But that is me and we are all different. I have not heard of the serum you mention, but will look into it. Btw, I got you email and your products should get to you in about a week. I am really excited for you to receive them.

I used to work with Retix C, a peeling with 6% Retinol which is quite intensive and giving a shedding of 7 days. Interesting though, since i startet my Tretinoin journey, I am NOT SHEDDING at all from Retix. It’s like my skin is bulletproof to retinoids. I wonder if that’s the case with you if you still use Tretinoin, but are also shedding from that peeling

I’ve never heard of a retinal peel Claudia. What results have you seen by using this? Hi, Karla 62 here in Oklahoma with more mature skin in wrinkles especially on sides of my mouth? I’ve had to have most of my bottom lower teeth pulled which resulted in fat loss and deep wrinkles on sides of my mouth down to my joules. I hate it and very self conscious of them. I do not wear foundation as it just makes my wrinkles look worse. I do you us Tret 0.05% gel and 4% hydroquinone for 3 months then off for 1 month for hyperpigmentation. Also use Medic8 Crystalized Retinaldhyde a couple times / week. I would love to try these products. I will look back at your vidoes to see the ones you apply them. I like the idea of a peel, but feel like any prolonged irritation can’t be great for the skin.
I just discovered Platinum Skincare and ordered one of their TCA peels. They have so many informative videos - and even do ‘peel parties’ … so I’m excited to try it. I have binge watched countless videos - and all the results look amazing. They also have a Vitamin A peel that looks like it may be similar to this. … But I believe it’s only applied once

I just started PSC peels. I purchased the TCA 13% but did dilute it the first time in half with 3 layers. I did another at 13% and did my eyes with it diluted. I haven't tried the Dream peel (vitamin A). I have done Biorepeels in office but thinking of purchasing one that Claudia did. After this TCA series, I think I might go with mandelic acid for the summer. 😊

Sorry if this isn’t on topic, but not sure how best to ask you & the channel community at large: does anyone have experience with taking fermented papaya as skin & anti-aging supplement? Starting to see ads for a brand called Immun’Age that appears to have positive results in medical journal articles, but I’m not sure if Immnu’Age was the sponsor of article & studies. Very curious if anyone here has tried fermented papaya.

I use the Zo vitamin C and the eye repair along with and did use the defence it’s expensive. The radial repair is $230. A lot of money so it better work. This brings me to a question. I use 1% prescription retinol. Can I use that for the five day program? I believe you addressed that in this video but I’m not clear and I think you said you have directions for the Zo but not the 1% retinol.

I do this 'peel' with Differin every 3 months...I do not use any retinol/retinol at night otherwise...After the peel, I use Alastin peptide products...my skin has never looked better at age 65

Do you suspect a risk of systemic absorption of Vitamin A? Vitamin A can be toxic in large quantities. Scientific papers say there is no risk at all with daily usage, but here we are talking about much higher dosage and two times a day. And there is danger if I use Red Light Therapy? I don't think so, because it's not UV rays, but I ask for questioning about all the risks. Thank you Claudia in advance.
I think in the long run there might be a risk. But using it in those large quantities for just a few days, in my opinion, is ok. But, please do your own research. No danger with red light therapy, as you said, it is not UV rays. But I would stick with the time your device recommends

You wanted to know of anyone doing a similar thing with retinoid acid. I was able to compare your experience with mine. You're using luxury products with a small quantity in comparison to what I discovered by accident, which is a no frills equivalent, but not as controlled as your dose. Adapalene 0.1% within 30 minutes while it's in the retinaldehyde of the first conversion stage (it would be even stronger after an hour when converted to retinoic acid) then apply a body moisturiser from Lidl (Aldi clone store) called Cien Moisturising Lotion. Within 3 minutes, it starts to tingle on the face and neck: after a few days with very red skin in comparison to yours, it peels and reveals glowing skin. I suspect the cetearyl alcohol and citric acid are assisting this, but a few moments of the moisture is reacting with the retinoid and travelling deeper.
As you donate blood like me, they don't approve of Hydrocortisone, despite it being mild but do approve of a strong Clobetasone/Eumovate corticosteroid cream, which will take out the redness and soothe the itching. Alternatively, use a normaliser for 2- 3 days that reacts well with the skin, such as a waxy substance. x

@@claudiaglows I was surprised at what was happening, but the warm tingling kept happening with certain products. You'd expect it with glycolic acid peels or lactic acid, but this was surprising! I do also use benzoyl peroxide and that can be mixed with Adapalene, unlike Tretinoin. It does increase the peeling. xx

Alloy will do a med hx and if you are still menstruating on a regular basis, you most likely won’t get a script. If you think you may have an issue or are starting to go into perimenopause, see a qualified menopause doctor to assess your situation. The estriol cream is a weak form of estrogen and for those of us in menopause, we have estrogen-deficient skin as well. Plus It’s 150 dollars for a 3 month supply. Claudia is trying to save you money because you don’t need it yet. (I’m not saying you don’t need it. I’m saying if you’re still having regular periods, you don’t need estriol on your face yet. Your chest and neck area are not as red in this video. Looks great. So does your face. I am 67 and think shine makes our faces look older. Also with a lot of makeup. I have started using Agency Tretinoins. Right now I am on 035% I may try your product later.

I am not sure what's the point? 0.05% tretinoin is the same or even stronger as 1% retinol, and you used it every night anyway. You could just use your tretinoin twice a day together with those aggressive pads and get the same result.
I think it’s the fact that the retinol is encapsulated? Regular tret is unstable and light inactivates it (from what I understand per dermatologists). I do know there’s newer encapsulated retinol products but I don’t think they’re as strong as the ZO.

Hmm I could use my Truth Treatments Resurfix Forte 5% serum treatment that’s fat soluble twice a day since it’s potent and strong yet gentle and not drying because it’s oil base and Amazing!
I’ve also use my Retin A 1% twice a day during winter as I am able to work from hone and literally have a blackout room and no sun in the gouse since i also have blackout shades, it was great! My face peels for a few days but I moisture and use baby butt paste with zinc and add castor oil for faster healing.
