They don't bury it, but we do pick up the poops throughout the day. They tend to poo more often after eating and waking so we clean up several poops each time.

Absolutely! We pre-train our puppies to a litter box for a good start to their training. Crate training is also helpful. Puppies will need more training at their new home but the transition is easier with our pre-training. Our dogs grow up and learn how to potty outside.
