I personally have found a lot of success with the model 1900 slug, a 1 hit kill at short range and a 2 shot anywhere up to about 50 meters. It’s versatile and probably gets overlooked by most people. But there is nothing sweeter then taking out a sniper, at sniper ranges, with a shotgun.
gamer24042 Parabellum and BAR are better for a more aggressive, close-range support play style imo. Nothing beats a bipodded M1917 on an open map though.

my favorite weapons: -assault: M1917 TRENCH CARBINE cuz it requieres a little bit skill but it is very effective and it's just a lot of fun playing with it. imo it's much better then the noobriegel when used properly -medick: FEDOROV TRENCH/ FARQUAR HILL as a medick you should play as aggressive as an assault and you can do it with a fedorov very ez. a medick has to heal and revive his m8 and not counter-snipe with a cancerous scoped dmr. on bigger maps such as sinai, galica or kap helles i prefer the faqua hill cuz its much better on medium ranges without sucking at cqb like the mondragon or selbstlader would do. on smaller to medium maps, take amiens, fort de vaux or nivelle nights for an example, the fedorov is my clear choice. on bigger maps, where you have many cqb opportunities (st quentin, wolga, kap helles) i aslo prefer the fedorov. -support: MG14 FACTORY this great allround lmg allows you to play both offensive or defensive. with defensive i do not mean camping. use your gaypod for example in order to defend a flag on ops. but pls dont camp and mind to always support your team with ammo and repairing vehicles. do me a favor and pls dont spam with xplosives, just take a reair tool and ammo over any other gadget -sniper: M95 and MOSIN NAGANT i only play with ironsights rifles and in fact, i love all of them except maybe the 1895 trench ( i even like the carcano a little bit). the m95 is very strong and its austrian and the mosin nagant is also pretty strong and its so damn beautiful (with the legendary skin even more) -handgun: M1911 i dont have to talk about that..... so btw = i prefer the look and feeling of the gun over the stats. for example, im so fucking bad with those noob weapons like noobriegel and autistico, but im much better at the m1917 or the underrated ribbeyrolles. i dont want to say that youre a noob if using those weapons but if you have 99% kills with a one weapon especially with a "ez weapon", its not good imo and you should try something different. that is also a big part of skill thx for reading and giving a fuck about my opinion :D

I think for a new player those are some good choices. Not sold on the model 10a though since m97 is much less aim dependent. For experienced players, would say that every gun has it's place but my favs are; Assault : Model 1900 Slug, MP18, M1912 Medic: Auto .35, 1906 and Cei Rigotti Support: Huot LW, Chauchat, Perino Scout: Vitali, 1895 Trench or Carcano, M1903 sniper As a side note, I do think the MG14 needs a bit of rebalance even if it isn't really op. It's just that a very good close range gun shouldn't have that much range on a bipod. Thankfully this has been fixed in TTK patch. Also people use what feels easiest to use so I do not think that the Hellriegel or automatico are particularly op, especially given their limited ranges. Automatico hitting easily at medium range is a bit of a stretch, if by medium you mean 20m plus, with magdumping which is what the average player would do. It's quite doable with good bursts, especially with Factory.

Here are my picks, I like to switch it up a lot and have multiple service stars with most weapons in the game; so I am experienced with a lot of different play-styles and and guns. For assault, I'd have to go with the MP-18 trench as the best all around weapon for the assault class. Good magazine size, best hipfire in the class, and medium-high damage output. Secondary pick: 1911 or 1903 hammerless. For medic, I usually go with the autoloading 8 extended, but I've started playing with the Seldstlader 1906 and it is a beast at all ranges. It takes a while to figure it out, but once you master when to reload and who to engage, it is a great gun. Secondary pick: Auto revolver, hands down. Great hipfire, quick deploy, very fast kill time. Support: Lots of great guns. Bar storm, MG15 low weight, parabellum, and the m1917 are all great picks. Secondary: 1911 Scout: Depends on the map really. SMLE is a great pick, but the gewver 95 and the two new rifles can be very competitive in close range.

Note that I play on console, so the Parabellum is much harder to use.
Medic: CeiRigotti factory new Assault: It depends on the map, usually model 1900 or m18 Support:Madsen mchinegun, any of them Scout: Mosin Nagant or Gewehr 95 and Russian 1885 sniper for long range. If you play only hellriegel and Bar storm, stop it, get some help.

TheReflector-Exe personally for support I would use the browning machine gun due to its large magazine size and once on the bipod it acts as if it was a laser
Assault MP-18 Experimental because unlike the Automatico,Hellrieg or Shotgun takes a bit of talent to use and doesnt require running and storming in and requires you to think tactically..Id say the SMG 08/18 is the same...suits an assault player that hangs back providing suppressive fire. Medic - RSC 1917 - the 2 shot potential is so effective if you know how to use it...can be aggressive or hang back to as it is very accurate. Support - Parabellum agreed. Sniper - to many to choose from and there is no "best" it depends on how a sniper plays which varies widely.

Xbox player here with 85 service stars on the parabellum low weight 😁 for the first 100 kills I was learning the recoil (yes on console, it's recoil is extreme) however, I learned how to control it and I am now super effective with it, by far my favorite gun in the game

i love to use the mondragon snipe for the medic class it is so good, and 3 bullets to kill, good at long rage if you use the bipod and fire on the hipfire :)

I do my best in the support class with the mg 18 low weight, period or the browning lmg from the turning tides dlc. In assault mp18 optical and the smg08 from the Russian dlc work best for me. But the helrigel is one I get out when I want to have some fun.my best match was with it. For the medic the fedorav is such a fun and good gun. I love the Farquhar hill but the autoloading extended is a favorite I come back to. The selbstelader optical is a good one for longer range open maps. I rarely play scout. I rarely play scout. The carbines work for me.
Mika Cho I like it to clean trenches and buildings, but honestly the iron sights are crap when handling the recoil, especialy after 50ft. Honestly I prefer the Cei Rigotti for medium range and the Mondragon for Long Range. I haven't tested the Farquar Hill yet.
Been using the sweeper consistently since launch and it can't be beat IMO. Fedorov is excellent for short range and clearing rooms, the Farquahar is ideal for medium to long range engagements, but the sweeper handles it all. Highly under rated weapon.
Mika Cho, yeah 1907 Sweeper has more damage per magazine and pretty much same DPS with Fedorov Avtomat and its more accurate at range but still people prefer Fedorov...
Outclassed at close range by the autoloading extended, beat by multiple rifles at medium to long range. Good to use if you wanna switch things up i guess.
Medic. Run the auto 8.35 factory, federov optical, or Farquhar hill (either variant). 1906 sniper is really good too, 1907 factory is amazing on Amiens/Vaux type maps. I main medic GT RiceLegs
Browning LMG all day long. On consoles the Parabellum is no Lazer beam, but it is good in close quarters/ if playing aggressive Support. But playing as a suppressive Support player, 250 round magazine, the Browning is the best - accurate and no reason to reload. Just my opinion of course.
Will you do this kind of video again, when the new TTK patch goes live. Couple of guns get crazy buffs, like m1903 experimental being an 3 shot kill and the same goes for the M1917 Trench carbine if I am not mistaken. And all weapons get tweaks of course
I find the hellreigel (probably spelled it wrong) extremely annoying. The automatico and other weapons at least require skill enough to maneuver into close range but the hellreigel can just be mindlessly sprayed at to many distances
For support, as much as I enjoy the BAR and Parabellum, I enjoy the Madsen more, especially recently. Assault however, I'd hands down go for the MP18 Trench, the Maschinenpistole or any other shotgun that's not the 10A. Also tbh, the MP18 just does everything the Hellriegel does better but the Hellriegel is just convenient The Medic... The class that has a hard time having a "best gun" (not statistically at least). But I definitely wouldn't count the 8.25 as one of the better weapons, yeah it's spammable and can save your ass at close range, but come the ranges where medic is supposed to be effective, it just doesn't do as well cuz y'know, it's 3HK is pretty short as it is Scout, well, all of them can be good, but for convenience, just go with the Arisaka and the SMLE already lol
I watched this videos a day ago but i needed some time to come up with my answer: Assault i really don't have a best gun i just pick what i need in that situation Medic farquar hill storm or autoloading extended Support idk i dont really play support that much but i like the madsen Scuot smle carbine for short range (im the ptfo scout) or maybe the martini or the lebel for more range. Always infantry or carbine variants don't really like scopes. Nicd video love ya man;)
Parabellum kills as fast as the chauchat and autoloading 8. Much more at range of course, but it’ll be fixed on the ttk patch, being better at cqb but worse at range than chauchat M10-a is not broken. Just easy. The m97 has just -2 meters of 1 hk and much better rof. The sjogren has a even better rof and just -3 meters 1 hk. The 12g never 1 hk, but has the best ranged damage +6 (4 if it’s the backbored) meters 2 hk, the Farquhar hill’s/mondragon’s rof, a decent all round reload and the backbored has a insanely good pellet distribution at cqc. The 1900 is a 10-a, with triple the rpm, at the cost of bullets, same philosophy as the autoloading 8.35, insanely good ttk with bullet limitations. The best all-around smg is by far the ribeyrolles, decent at cqb, great at mid range and insane at long range with the bipod. The reason most people might not like it is because of the recoil (can be controlled, git gud) and the fact that has horrible spread while moving. So, just stand still. There’s no best medic gun, but the class has certainly some good ones. For cqb we have the fedorov, m1907, cei rigotti and 8.25. The fedorov, m1907 and 8.25 are great at cqb, but horrible at range. U don’t want to be that limited. So, if you’re on a map that’s exclusively cqb, like vaux, use the 8.25. But, in most maps you’ll have inevitable mid range engagements, só for it the Cei rigotti is the best bet, as it’s the same as the m1907 and fedorov at cqc and better at mid range, at the cost of some reload and bullets (can be managed, git gud). For mid range we have the selbstlader m1916, the autoloading 8.35, the rsc, the Liu and the Farquhar Hill. The Farquhar Hill and m1916 are really easy to use, but have real limitations at close (bad rpm, selbstlader->225, Farquhar->257) and long range (m1916’s bad rpm and Farquhar’s 4 bullet kill) and as sad, u don’t want a limited gun. The liu has a decent ttk at any range, but suffers from extreme horizontal recoil (not controllable) on the factory and bad spread decrease on the storm, reducing its effectiveness a lot. Let’s wait untill its bolt action mode is implemented, so then we can analyze properly. The rsc and 8.35 have some of the best ttk in the game. The choise u gotta make is: do I want the ability to take 3 targets per mag, but having to be pin point accurate (if u miss you’re ttk becomes horrible, so 100% accuracy per engagement if u want to be effective) or do I want to be able to take max 2 targets per mag (3 body shots+1 body/headshot combination) and focus more on my positioning (remember, the 8.35 kills just slightly faster than the rsc, but still does). Both of this guns have great performance up close (with the autoloading shining a bit more, cause you’re likely to miss shots upclose and flinching play less of a role on this gun than rsc) with similar ttks to the parabellum, both shine at mid range, and both are ok at long range (with rsc being the only medic gun that can body shot+headshot at range, shining more than autoloading). If u want to be better at range, you’ll have the selbstlader 1906 and mondragon at your disposal. If u want a ease of use weapon go for the mondragon, however, unlike the 1906, it suffers at close range (257 rpm 3 hk). I have to go now, ask me anything in the comments
U know what.. I find increasingly that is mostly the case in these games that within the default weapons are the best.. depends how u define it... but for example one can dominate with the rigotti with medic class.. it all is arbitrary tho x

For medic, I usually go with the autoloading 8 extended, but I've started playing with the Seldstlader 1906 and it is a beast at all ranges. It takes a while to figure it out, but once you master when to reload and who to engage, it is a great gun.
Secondary pick: Auto revolver, hands down. Great hipfire, quick deploy, very fast kill time.
Support: Lots of great guns. Bar storm, MG15 low weight, parabellum, and the m1917 are all great picks.
Secondary: 1911
Scout: Depends on the map really. SMLE is a great pick, but the gewver 95 and the two new rifles can be very competitive in close range.

I highly recommend using the Chauchat Low Weight. It can win in face to face encounters with assaults.

Support: Parabellum Low Weight or Chauchat Low Weight because both destroy while being not overpowered
Sniper: I dont really care, I like all infantry versions, but I dont use scoped variants.
Note that I play on console, so the Parabellum is much harder to use.

Medic- Farquhar hill optical or Autoloading 8.25 extended
Support- Parrabellum or Madsen low weight
Sniper- Arisaka infantry or Russian 1895 sniper
Medic: CeiRigotti factory new

Scout: Mosin Nagant or Gewehr 95 and Russian 1885 sniper for long range.
If you play only hellriegel and Bar storm, stop it, get some help.

Kieran McSweeney I'm #12 worlwide for mondragon sniper , so for the rare occasion that I use the support class I think it's the closest I can get , but in an automatic version ! I wonder if I say that because it's truly balanced and great or just fits my playstyle greatly ?

Assault MP-18 Experimental because unlike the Automatico,Hellrieg or Shotgun takes a bit of talent to use and doesnt require running and storming in and requires you to think tactically..Id say the SMG 08/18 is the same...suits an assault player that hangs back providing suppressive fire.
Medic - RSC 1917 - the 2 shot potential is so effective if you know how to use it...can be aggressive or hang back to as it is very accurate.
Support - Parabellum agreed.
Sniper - to many to choose from and there is no "best" it depends on how a sniper plays which varies widely.
The Farquhar Hill optical is imo the most versatile gun in the game. Can win at all engagement distances with good enough accuracy. It’s a beast

Xbox player here with 85 service stars on the parabellum low weight 😁 for the first 100 kills I was learning the recoil (yes on console, it's recoil is extreme) however, I learned how to control it and I am now super effective with it, by far my favorite gun in the game

I do my best in the support class with the mg 18 low weight, period or the browning lmg from the turning tides dlc. In assault mp18 optical and the smg08 from the Russian dlc work best for me. But the helrigel is one I get out when I want to have some fun.my best match was with it. For the medic the fedorav is such a fun and good gun. I love the Farquhar hill but the autoloading extended is a favorite I come back to. The selbstelader optical is a good one for longer range open maps. I rarely play scout. I rarely play scout. The carbines work for me.

Mika Cho I like it to clean trenches and buildings, but honestly the iron sights are crap when handling the recoil, especialy after 50ft.
Honestly I prefer the Cei Rigotti for medium range and the Mondragon for Long Range. I haven't tested the Farquar Hill yet.
Been using the sweeper consistently since launch and it can't be beat IMO. Fedorov is excellent for short range and clearing rooms, the Farquahar is ideal for medium to long range engagements, but the sweeper handles it all. Highly under rated weapon.
Mika Cho, yeah 1907 Sweeper has more damage per magazine and pretty much same DPS with Fedorov Avtomat and its more accurate at range but still people prefer Fedorov...

Outclassed at close range by the autoloading extended, beat by multiple rifles at medium to long range. Good to use if you wanna switch things up i guess.

Medic. Run the auto 8.35 factory, federov optical, or Farquhar hill (either variant). 1906 sniper is really good too, 1907 factory is amazing on Amiens/Vaux type maps. I main medic GT RiceLegs
Browning LMG all day long. On consoles the Parabellum is no Lazer beam, but it is good in close quarters/ if playing aggressive Support. But playing as a suppressive Support player, 250 round magazine, the Browning is the best - accurate and no reason to reload. Just my opinion of course.

Will you do this kind of video again, when the new TTK patch goes live. Couple of guns get crazy buffs, like m1903 experimental being an 3 shot kill and the same goes for the M1917 Trench carbine if I am not mistaken. And all weapons get tweaks of course
I find the hellreigel (probably spelled it wrong) extremely annoying. The automatico and other weapons at least require skill enough to maneuver into close range but the hellreigel can just be mindlessly sprayed at to many distances

For support, as much as I enjoy the BAR and Parabellum, I enjoy the Madsen more, especially recently.
Assault however, I'd hands down go for the MP18 Trench, the Maschinenpistole or any other shotgun that's not the 10A. Also tbh, the MP18 just does everything the Hellriegel does better but the Hellriegel is just convenient
The Medic... The class that has a hard time having a "best gun" (not statistically at least). But I definitely wouldn't count the 8.25 as one of the better weapons, yeah it's spammable and can save your ass at close range, but come the ranges where medic is supposed to be effective, it just doesn't do as well cuz y'know, it's 3HK is pretty short as it is
Scout, well, all of them can be good, but for convenience, just go with the Arisaka and the SMLE already lol

Parabellum kills as fast as the chauchat and autoloading 8. Much more at range of course, but it’ll be fixed on the ttk patch, being better at cqb but worse at range than chauchat
M10-a is not broken. Just easy. The m97 has just -2 meters of 1 hk and much better rof. The sjogren has a even better rof and just -3 meters 1 hk. The 12g never 1 hk, but has the best ranged damage +6 (4 if it’s the backbored) meters 2 hk, the Farquhar hill’s/mondragon’s rof, a decent all round reload and the backbored has a insanely good pellet distribution at cqc. The 1900 is a 10-a, with triple the rpm, at the cost of bullets, same philosophy as the autoloading 8.35, insanely good ttk with bullet limitations.
The best all-around smg is by far the ribeyrolles, decent at cqb, great at mid range and insane at long range with the bipod. The reason most people might not like it is because of the recoil (can be controlled, git gud) and the fact that has horrible spread while moving. So, just stand still.
There’s no best medic gun, but the class has certainly some good ones. For cqb we have the fedorov, m1907, cei rigotti and 8.25. The fedorov, m1907 and 8.25 are great at cqb, but horrible at range. U don’t want to be that limited. So, if you’re on a map that’s exclusively cqb, like vaux, use the 8.25. But, in most maps you’ll have inevitable mid range engagements, só for it the Cei rigotti is the best bet, as it’s the same as the m1907 and fedorov at cqc and better at mid range, at the cost of some reload and bullets (can be managed, git gud). For mid range we have the selbstlader m1916, the autoloading 8.35, the rsc, the Liu and the Farquhar Hill. The Farquhar Hill and m1916 are really easy to use, but have real limitations at close (bad rpm, selbstlader->225, Farquhar->257) and long range (m1916’s bad rpm and Farquhar’s 4 bullet kill) and as sad, u don’t want a limited gun. The liu has a decent ttk at any range, but suffers from extreme horizontal recoil (not controllable) on the factory and bad spread decrease on the storm, reducing its effectiveness a lot. Let’s wait untill its bolt action mode is implemented, so then we can analyze properly. The rsc and 8.35 have some of the best ttk in the game. The choise u gotta make is: do I want the ability to take 3 targets per mag, but having to be pin point accurate (if u miss you’re ttk becomes horrible, so 100% accuracy per engagement if u want to be effective) or do I want to be able to take max 2 targets per mag (3 body shots+1 body/headshot combination) and focus more on my positioning (remember, the 8.35 kills just slightly faster than the rsc, but still does). Both of this guns have great performance up close (with the autoloading shining a bit more, cause you’re likely to miss shots upclose and flinching play less of a role on this gun than rsc) with similar ttks to the parabellum, both shine at mid range, and both are ok at long range (with rsc being the only medic gun that can body shot+headshot at range, shining more than autoloading). If u want to be better at range, you’ll have the selbstlader 1906 and mondragon at your disposal. If u want a ease of use weapon go for the mondragon, however, unlike the 1906, it suffers at close range (257 rpm 3 hk).

Federov Optical, good at close to spare and pray in cqc, keep it on automatic and tap fire for med and long it's a beast best medic weapon. And you can strafe with the hip fire and even win vs the cancer Healreogles
