The Wreckless thing is very important. I am pretty sure most who complain that medic is 'underpowred' or that TTK 2.0 has killed it, simply run around randomly. Also nice 1906 Sniper gameplay, wish they would remove that stupid unlock requirement so that more people can appreciate it. The 1906 Factory is really unappealing after it. Rifle grenades can be super hellpful in clearing a Grappa bunker camp, especially with someone givin ya small ammo packs. Forgot loadouts existed. Defineddisaster is an underrated youtuber that has made a fantastic video on how to do pro-active play. ua-cam.com/video/QOapozvkH8Y/v-deo.html
Should run reciprocity over flak, especially if you run pouches. Helps save a pouch for later use (6 seconds can feel like 6 hours in a firefight). If you and a teammate are hurt, you can use only one pouch to heal both of you. 😄
Ranges is essential in battlefield so for the support class it is wrong to go very short rang fights with ur enemy...the best is medium , to far range for me
Disagree with equipping he mortar on infantry only maps because the max damage for the frag mortar is 60 but the HE mortar does 100 max. I personally don't use mortars but when I used to I always equipped the HE mortar because it was a one hit kill if you land the shell close enough
I think it is a big problem fpr many players when a support player is running around just planting ammo boxes or pouches for himself and ignoring the once in need.
One of my favorite medic classes to use is the following: 1) Farquar-hill Optical 2) Incendiary Grenade 3) Medic Pouch 4) Medic Crate 5) Specializations: Quick revive, Flak, Respiratory
For me the most annoying thing is people who play medic but get rid of the Syringe replacing it with a Noob tube and just using med pouches too..they cant revive...and very rarely throw heals to anyone that isnt them. they turn into total loan wolves. To unlock the 1906 and i believe the Liu storm or something i had to use rifle nades which although frustrating as i feel rifle nades shouldnt be given to medics. i always had Syringe equipped to...so i could HELP THE TEAM.
Great vid! I've currently got 112K revives under my belt and run the exact same specializations and totally agree with all the tips. Can also recommend using smoke grenades. Sometimes when there are lot of dead team mates under heavy fire popping a few smoke grenades can make the difference between losing a flag and keeps you and all the fuckers you are reviving alive :)
there is also the issue with support players running around like rambo wielding their heavy AF MGs as if they were modern assault rifles instead of using them in a defensive manner to defend your teams flags or to lock down choke points. As It stands their is no viable method to defend objective when players simply zerg rush points en mass like lemmings resulting in a repetitive back and forth shit show -_-
actual LMGs like the Madsen, BAR, M-1909 Hotchkiss, Huot Automatic Rifle, exc exc should have been used like that for aggressive support players while the rest should have been used defensively ..... right now there is no distinction between the LMGs and the heavier Medium MGs ..... they are all rambo guns :/
Or they just don't equip an ammo gadget and expect other supports to... you might think I'm dumb, but I equip both ammo crate and pouch, and I run with a Parabellum Low Weight
Two things: 1) why not mention the Reciprocity spec? It benefits you for healing teammates. 2) no need to mention ARMA or PUBG when BF1 already has plenty of modes that make “die less often” a necessity: operations and rush come to mind, wherein every death is a lost ticket; if you die without reviving anyone, that’s 1+ tickets wasted; if you die trying to revive a lost cause, that’s 2+ tickets wasted; and for everyone (not just medics), if you respawn when a medic’s on his way, that’s 1 ticket wasted unnecessarily (2 if the medic died trying to save you).
The selbsplatter optical with incendiary grenade along with medical syringe and bandages. Either follow your squad everywhere (if you're with a decent one) or just everywhere along the Frontlines reving and healing all allies that need. Desmond Doss at your service.
I hate to admit this, but I'll sometimes even waste my concealed rescue smoke thing in a really hairy situation...if im cornered in fort vaux and a squad mate goes Rambo ahead of me and dies, use him as essentially an extra smoke grenade. He could be around 2 walls and 20 ppl between us, but it's just a fact that having an extra smoke grenade can come in handy even if u don't intend on reviving him.
Hell Let Loose is another good example of prioritizing survival when playing as medic. As a medic, I had to let people die because it was too dangerous to revive them. Having mostly a rifle and/or pistol, it's a pain to fight. But being the squad's medic who needs to hang back and let the more combat effective players fight is a smarter strategy than rushing towards every downed player. But this is Battlefield, so this may come as wasted experience.
scouts should have been restricted to iron sight rifles only with optical snipers being limited to a faction based elite class pick ups on the maps ...... best way imho to eliminate the sniper hill humping spam while also showcasing how rare sniper rifles were during the great war.
same goes for medic SLRs that comes with long range optics as semi auto DMRs were not even a concept back then seeing as semi auto rifles alone were a very new and experimental concept at the time.
not really it puts more emphasis on scout players to play aggressively and actually use their spotting flares. As for the hellregial and SMGs in general I feel that they should have been limited to a new 5th class right before assault, the officer / squad leader class with the assault guys being more focused on pistol caliber carbines and shotguns for primaries. At least then the tanker / pilot primary weapons would be used more often.
after all we did have 5 main player classes back in BF 1942 and I still remember DICE saying that they were going back to their roots before BF1 launched. Its one of the main reason I bought the game as I started my history with BF games back with BF 1942 ..... what we got instead was the watered down casual version which was a major disappointment.
I cant think of the name of it but I like the medic specialization that refills your health when you heal someone else very useful. you wouldn't believe how many times ive been like do I refill my health or my friends?
it's hard being the medic because people will skip the respawn when there's a medic is literally just feet away. even I do it but on accident but when I play as the medic everyone that dies near me but as soon as I get to the they just don't let me revive them and it just piss me off so much that I will stop being a medic.
This is tho the medic pouch has a longer cooldown and can only heal 1 person at a time. If you are in like, Fort De Vaux, you will be much much more useful healing the 15 people in the fort right next to you than healing 2 people every 10 seconds quicker.
As always I agree with most of your point, but I don't agree with your last point with medic pouts being superior to crates. Playing conquest or any gamemode with 64 I find that you more often need to heal more than two players or more at once. I therefore find the crates superior to the pouts, which applies to ammo crates as well. Change my mind
As I said the crate can be good for healing multiple friendly players who are static behind cover. On the move the pouch is better and if you're in a squad with at least one other medic (as I mostly am) there are always enough pouches to go around. I think Operations is a gamemode where the crate could be a more powerful option on certain objectives.
You missed one of the big ones; running over a med pouch when you're already being healed by one. The healing doesn't stack and any pouch you run over after the first one is wasted.
Hi again there. This is an issue that is currently under investigation. We are working on getting it fixed as soon as possible so please bear with us. -Bob
The biggest mistake of players that use vehicles is, to get out of the vehicle because they are getting hit a few times. It is a real annoyance and can also give the enemy a big advantage.
Well after you are done with this series why not make 2 or more hypothetical videos on what BF1 would look and play like if it had mod support like back in BF1942 and BF2 days? Like an Origin version of the steam workshop for user created content? like a more in depth and community oriented CTE where users can make more than just simple maps. Im talking about new weapons, vehicles, factions, gadgets, game modes, gameplay mechanics, exc exc along with dedicated servers. A video on the pros and a video on the cons are what come to mind for me as I feel like they would be very interesting and thought provoking topics.
I highly doubt this comment will be taken seriously at all given the amount of criticism I give EA and DICE along with their paid YT PR shills but at the very least I thought it would be worth a shot since you seem to be more receptive to your community & new ideas than others who cover BF1. Make of it what you will as its just my 2 cents :/
I’m the medic who uses stimulant syringe, concealed rescue, and reciprocity
The Wreckless thing is very important. I am pretty sure most who complain that medic is 'underpowred' or that TTK 2.0 has killed it, simply run around randomly.

Yep, I agree many people don't run good specialisation according to the situation and most of them are reckless.Nice Vidya
I love the medics who run the default specs. What's so great about "quick heal" when you're a fricking medic?
Should run reciprocity over flak, especially if you run pouches. Helps save a pouch for later use (6 seconds can feel like 6 hours in a firefight). If you and a teammate are hurt, you can use only one pouch to heal both of you. 😄
Next up is the support class. What is the biggest mistake a support player can make?
Ranges is essential in battlefield so for the support class it is wrong to go very short rang fights with ur enemy...the best is medium , to far range for me
AKA-ART when someone doesn't equip either the ammo pouch or ammo crate and they have like the mortar and repair tool
Disagree with equipping he mortar on infantry only maps because the max damage for the frag mortar is 60 but the HE mortar does 100 max. I personally don't use mortars but when I used to I always equipped the HE mortar because it was a one hit kill if you land the shell close enough

Not dropping ammo!

NorT I feel as if it’s a sin to use the rifle grenades over the syringe. A disgrace to mankind if you do that
112k! Damn! And yeah using smoke is a great tactic I see some medics use, maybe you won’t die straight away after getting revived that way :P
Harry Goddard yep that's it my man :) The concealed rescue is a bliss to use but you can never have enough smoke when the bullets start flying :P
Yooo didn't know you could get ninja smokes when you revive people, thats sick!
1) Don't use the 1907 Sweeper
BloodHound you can’t tell me what to do daaaad
BloodHound but its so good
why the hell not? I have 5 stars in that gun its amazing
@@sethoquinn7122 use the auto .25 extended for close range i have 6 service stars with it, it will NOT let you down.
Instead use the auto. 25 extended! Its good if you have a nasty trigger finger and good for hip firing.
For support not being able to resupply

yea I know .... the limpet charge alone should have been for the assault class given how its used for anti tank work and breaching doors / buildings
All classes have some kind of anti-armor things, so the support has a limpet, and anyone can equip a light anti-tank grenade
Good points. I prefer the bandages as well. It’s easier to pass those along to teammates.

I disagree because that's like making the hellriegel an elite class
not really it puts more emphasis on scout players to play aggressively and actually use their spotting flares. Thanx for the 1906 gameplay..Stimulant gives the ally you revive a sprint boost too??

All those single-bullet reloads with the Selbstlader 1906 hurt me. Better to burn off the magazine and do a clip reload.
As a medic you should run smoke to get those in the line of fire revives.
Most annoying things with medics having a revive tool but not useing it
This is tho the medic pouch has a longer cooldown and can only heal 1 person at a time. If you are in like, Fort De Vaux, you will be much much more useful healing the 15 people in the fort right next to you than healing 2 people every 10 seconds quicker.
Good content..keep up the good work champ
I feel like a housewife being told how to take care of her home
I find using smoke grenades with syringe is a great combo for reviving teamates.

Yeah they don't stack. I often find that I miss when I'm being healed or not and then just throw additional med pouches anyway :D
supports not repairing vehicles whenever I play as support if there is a vehicle near me I always equip the repair tool
Mistake 1: using the Selbstlader 1906
You have to use the Factory 1906 to get the Sniper variant. The 1906 Sniper is actually really good :)
AKA-ART I can’t be arsed to to that, I hate the factory 😂
Damn play it like Arma? Like we don't have enough hill humpers already.
That squad leader is me ^^
Hi again there. This is an issue that is currently under investigation. We are working on getting it fixed as soon as possible so please bear with us. -Bob
i think the smoke perk does not always work
The biggest mistake of players that use vehicles is, to get out of the vehicle because they are getting hit a few times.
It is a real annoyance and can also give the enemy a big advantage.
Especially if you then kill them, take their kit and steal the tank :p
Is it weird that my fav gunin the game is benet mercie telescopic
How do you throw the pouch so far away?
Big mistake a medic can make is letting your pilot mate switch to your kit to revive you..
how most bf1 players try to get success with the medic:
1.) they don't revive.
2.)
3.)
tai lopez came on add saying t things left

Why are you always right😂

i enjoy being the third like on the video
o7
I camp AA guns
Not reviving
So wait....two mistakes they make: reviving people and then not reviving people.....sure def the medics making the mistakes, not you
What’s up with cyst white hetero males and battlefield
The medic is so op after the ttk patch it’s almost useless to play any other class
Lol
First mistake: playing bf1 when you also can play bf3 or 4😜
1- Play medic.
No thanks, you end up bottom of scoreboard for carrying everyone.
BS!
Your commentary put me to sleep liven up ffs
