Fun fact: the police cars have the 02800 number witch is the non-emergency number. The police emergency number is indeed 112.
Emergency numbers:
Fire: 110
Police: 112
Medical: 113
Contact the police but not an emergency:
02800
You also have the non-emergency medical no. for the A&E, which is 116 117, which you can see on some of the emergency medical services vehicles (specifically the "Legebil")
Hi from Norway ❤ Proud Norwegian here 😂❤
The first ambulance was in Drammen. That’s my hometown. 🙂
1:52
From my hometown, Fredrikstad! Driving past the Fire Station
5:45
Also from Fredrikstad, same roundabout
Same here 😅
@@camillaGorilla Hællæ!!!
10:53, looks like a airport firetruck with that water canon on the roof.
It's a Rosenbauer Panther which is a Airport Crash Tender can't see the config if it's 4x4, 6x6 or 8x8 but the water canon can be put on other units as well
The 2015 model Audi A8 L Extended with reg no A2 at ca 9:15 in this video is king Harald V's car..
The Fire Truck from 11:27 is an Vehicle from the Airport Fire Department for Airplane Emergencies!
Not only Emergencies tho
Many of those ambulances have been made in Finland by Profile Vehicles Ltd. 🧐
Most of thises videos are from Oslo (see sll the tram lines which they also got in smaller scale in Bergen and Trondheim). Many videos from Storgata in Oslo (Hight street) outside Legevakten (medical emergency centre close to city centre) where tha ambulances have their HQ.
The whole yellow fire truck was from Bergen.
The police escort was for the king.
The colouring and the shape of the ambulances are decided thru an EU directive.
Emergency vehicles in Norway are eirher totally yellowir partly yellow, ( not older ones).
The reson is that that kind of yellow is easiest to see in both daytime and nightime.
But the older ones looked better. Red/white fire trucks, White/Red ambulances, and White/red/blue police
I`m from Norway and is good
If you call wrong emergency number it does not matter, because they put you over. All emergency number now go to thd same physical central.
11:06 That is a fire truck belonging to Oslo Airport, probarly an event or somenthing.
Many of these clips, are from exercises.
And of course a parade of older firetrucks.
The black car 3:20 is a civilian police car
The trailer looks like a snowmobile-trailer
To know which is where, for fire, "Bergen Brannvesen" = Bergen Fireservice and "Oslo Brann Og- Redning" = Oslo Fire and Rescue Etc. For ambulances the giveaway is the small wording usually on the upper part of the vehicle. for instance "Helse Bergen HF/Haukeland universitetssykehus/Helse Vest" = Bergen Health service(Old)/Haukeland university hospital(Vehicles belonging to Bergen central hospital)/Health West(The Western region)" To be seen around Bergen and its closer towns also "Oslo - Akershus, which is Oslo And Akershus" Etc. Police you cant really tell the difference from city to city. Highway police usually drive some BMW 5 series or Volvo. Except the Mercedes GLS (Incident commander/Supervisor), which only Oslo has access to. Usually police SUVs are also limited to the local swat team. Often marked and unmarked BMW X5s and the new Ford Explorer. The national responseteam patrol Oslo in different SUVs and Armored Landcruisers. All Vechicles with "A" and a number belongs to the kings car park. Usually accompanied by multiple SUVs from PST (National security police) which is kinda like secret service.
Can you react to emergency vehicles from Romania please
Mostly from Germany and Sweden. Makes pretty much sense. Some from the US too if you take a deeper dive :)
Theese were all in Norway!
