The driver of red Citroen LJ14 PYP broke the law by driving while operating a mobile phone/ even as a camera CU80 Offence 6 Penalty points. However it would mean that the airport police have more powers than every other cop in the country. When in reality airport police are at the bottom of the pile. Its worth noting that it is in section 10 which is all about accidents, so the giving of name and address in relation to an accident would be reasonable. To give it for no reason other than a cop asking for it is not reasonable. It would mean that a cop could get a woman's name and address and not be punished for it. Totally unreasonable. Also worth noting that article 8 stands so a law has to be broken before details can be given.
Don't you only have to give your details to a judge.
You know there's a big 'except...' in Article 8 though.
Is works in the same way as GDPR/DPA - there's a ton of exemptions where policing/security are involved.
The specifc authority to create a byelaw for this is given in the Airports Act 1986 s2 and applies to any Airport Official and Police Officer.

I really don't know why people are so afraid to get arrested, it means you get a free lift back to the station. It also means you get a meal for free cup of coffee and you get to consult the codes of conduct which can take quite a long time then you get a nice interview and you can also get your solicitor to come in there and give them fuck.

That access road is part of the airport. The detention centre is not. He is standing on the access road. Look at page 153/154 of the gatwick master plan 2019

That's odd, I flew out of Gatwick recently, while at the airport I needed directions to the gate, I asked a policeman. He didn't ask me for my name, address, passport etc, he simply gave me directions, so clearly he didn't need to know who he was talking to.
I hear that DJE has gone into hiding, but not from the thugs at Fort used car sales, but from the old pensioner woman who is going to sue him for filming her. I just hope all drivers turn their car cams off when she’s around😁.

Ive had armed police after flying by accident into a temp red area. They were amazing with me and i learned how advanced their drone tracking tech is.. they can see your drone and controller even when your controller is off. Furthermore they hold a seperate database for drone missuse and citations given with date,time and why.
When they check your detaila they are checking 3 systems. Anti terror , outstanding warrents for arrest international and any active resteictions you may have..
For example if you have a restriction to film people due to an offense.

If that law is on the Hatwick bylaws then it is in breach of the Human Rights Act. Take the arrest and appeal, go to judicial review and then sue

The police constable when asked what would happen if you flew your drone where you stood and replied, arrest you was incorrect. What he would do would be ask you have you got permission and the relevant permit to fly in the Gatwick 5km restriction zone and when you say yes go away after he has verified it. Just because you're in a FRZ doesn't mean you CANNOT fly it means you MUST obtain permission first. DJE probably wouldn't get permission but the officer would be wrong in arresting first without checking. Gatwick provide their own Permit service. NATS provide the Permit service at most other UK airports including Heathrow. And smaller Aerodromes usually a call to ops will get you clearance again depending on local restrictions at their discretion.
