Plus nowhere is it implied that Hikaru iniated s*x, in fact the paneling of ch 154 suggest the opposite, that it was Ai. Hikaru even seemed hesitant and upset during it. Hikaru can file a charge against Ai. And even if people don't believe it, an accusation like that would ruin Ai's career especially when the father of the kids was indeed him
