I don’t think this is a likely scenario even though it is alternate history for these points: 1) Germany and the Austrian-Hungarian Empire would not allow the independence of a Polish state, which could threaten ethnic Polish territories they had inside their own Empires. This was shown through multiple instances during Polish history (Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Duchy of Poland, Poland during WW2). There would be certain war between Imperial Germany and Poland here, or before WW1 happened. 2) France would have likely collapsed, however if this happened, and the British decide to keep fighting like in this video, there would be more troops than the shown in this video (like in the Napoleonic Wars). Not less than 200,000 troops in each side. Had Britain decided to keep fighting in Spain, the United States would still likely join the war effort.
