I wouldn't put salt around the home because that can ruin the soil - ground eggshells can do better since it's protective naturally (protects behbeh birds n such) and it can actually help plants grow.

Exactly! Thank you for clarifying this for people who don't know!! You can safely use salt INSIDE the house but never place it on the soil where plants grow.
Side ramble - I feel like not enough people consider it's the energy that does the spiritual cleansing and not just the ingredient that carries that energy. Like, you can always substitute ingredients or use you own energy (if that's something you feel like you can do)!!! Salt, vinegar, charcoal, eggshells et cetera all carry a unique blend of protective and/or cleansing energy and if you get to know the ingredient, you will also be able to adapt the cleansing to suit your specific situation.

I feel sorry for ghosts . Imagine walking around your old house without being seen by your loved ones or being able to feel the hug of a loved one. If I ever feel a presence in my house and it’s friendly I always let them get comfy and feel at home . Hope someone does this for me when I’m a ghost 😂
Same when I feel a presence I only say if your a bad spirit you need to leave and if your good you can stay and I talk to them like if I’m taking to someone
You know when someone passes too close to you your heart physically feels it and you immediately get a vibe? I let them or invite them to chill with me or other times I tell them to go away because I’m not doing it right now. Usually the second one bc I try not to acknowledge them in case they’re masking themselves as good energies. By doing this I hardly experience anything horrible unless it’s because I smoked that day and create paranoia for myself.
how can you tell the difference and if they are good how can you keep them around and make it known they’re allowed in your space and recognized

I sympathize with the kid with the kid with the monster in the closet. I used to have one too. From my mother's words "It was so negative that It filled the whole closet and I could feel it in the living room." For context, my closet is in the furthest corner of the apartment. Thankfully my mother got rid of it. I still don't like my closet but it doesn't keep me up at night anymore. :)

My mum always said I was a scary child because I would wake up in the night crying and she would enter the room asking what's wrong and I'd scream and cry about "the man in the corner" and I still wonder what I was on about til this day

eggshells work for protection, also as someone who was terrorized by a demon, if youre not religious sometimes yelling that its not welcome and needs to leave immediately because you refuse to let it torment your family any longer can get them to leave (if ur religious... get a religious leader to bless/cleanse/exorcise that stuff)

Animal bones are used in too many ways to assume I’ll intent. Evil eye can also be unintentional. But like… if you don’t know why something’s at your door you shouldn’t bring it in. For all you know it’s filled with fucking anthrax.
I have a theory about the Berenstain/Berenstein Bears phenomena.
First of all I am sure the video was edited but it's so cool nonetheless.
So my theory:
When I was a kid, I had the stories read to me, as I got older, it started to air on TV. Every series of the show I've personally ever seen, the title song is sung with a country twang. That twang makes it sound like they're saying "Berenstein Bears." I would bet that more of us have memories of hearing the "e" than we do seeing it and our minds fill in having "seen" it with the "e" as a false memory.

Not sure if all Hispanics do this, but in my family when children have consistent nightmares, have trauma/get scared (which causes nightmares), or can’t sleep at night, etc. We get a candle and light it, move it over the child’s body, and pray. It makes the child sleep easier and I guess protects them.
I’m not sure exactly how it’s done or what the exact reason for doing it is (like idk if it’s for protection of warding off negativity) but my grandma does this for everyone in the family. She can even fix a babies sleep schedule if it’s messed up by wrapping them in a blanket and rolling them a specific way. Her mom is closer to being an indigenous native of Mexico who still practiced a few native and religious traditions. My great grandma (who’s still alive) is a bit removed from being fully “Indian” as we call it, but she still grew up with things like never cutting her hair, braiding it in ribbons, etc. So when it comes to warding off negativity or whatever we go to my Grandma because she’ll likely know what to do lol.

I really truly love you Loey, but that Berenstain Bears video is 10000% edited on video software. It wouldn't be super hard to do.
The lady with her son being scared of the boogeyman in the closet, should have her son draw what he sees. And journal what hes saying at the times.
I think her son is creating it. If it started in his dreams he definitely got scared in real life and his negative thoughts created the negative energy. He can see what the monster looks like because he's creating the monster from in his dreams. Now hes scared with his mom thinking about his sister and that's why the energy went to his sisters room.

i experienced a lot of similar things as a child and knew that drawing it would only give it power. When I grew up, I was finally strong enough to draw it. Always be careful when drawing, naming, speaking the name of, etc, when it comes to an entity. A journal and a thorough description would still be a great idea, however to document the experiences (I did this, also).

It helped my son (around the same age when we went through similar nighttime issues in an apartment we were in briefly)..
One night I felt the urge to draw a sigil for him... a simple spiral with dashes around it... told him it would remind him of my love for him, how bright it shines and never ends.
I also gave him one of my little brass bells and had him help me cleanse the apartment. We started skiing it every week or whenever he would get extra nervous... I'd hear him playing and all of a sudden start chanting away scary vibes and ringing his bell.
It really helped to empower him to help... We've been having more anxiety issues recently (3 years later)..
So I'm going to take this as synchronicity and a reminder to get back to doing this ourselves!

Loey! In the first video of tenderslug's, the little doll that was found inside the first doll looks a lot like a Guatemalan Worry Doll! Usually they are given to children so that they can tell the dolls their worries and put them under their pillow before they go to sleep, and so when they wake up their worries should be gone. Though the doll in the video isn't as colorful as a normal worry doll, it still looks a lot a like!! Maybe the first doll Abagail had the spirit of a kid in her? It would fit in with the whole doll theme and with the worry doll theme...
It reacted negatively to cleansing it’s definitely not a child spirit

Sometimes I forget children can have night terrors…and why I forget I’ve no idea. But I remember when I was little I use to have them a lot too. And I just remember because there was one particularly bad night where I scared the daylights out of my grandparents from my kicking and screaming. (We had to share a bed because we lived in a tiny bullet mobile home at the time). And I just remember my grandma didn’t know what to do so she just held me and prayed most the night until I calmed down and fell asleep. After that though it convinced her to get me this Precious Moment angel doll that would say a prayer and she’d have me say the prayer with it every night. It didn’t help the terrors but it was just one event that has stuck with me ever since.
I used to have night terrors when I was younger and my parents would make fun of me but I remember it till this day. I had a shadow figure follow me for a long time

In my family we kind of have solutions to nightmares. We’d lay the child down on the bed, light a candle and hover it above them and pray (there’s probably a specific way of doing it lol). My family is from Mexico and my great grandma was basically a native/indigenous person so my grandma has a lot of tricks for getting rid of these types of things. One trick that I often use (anybody can do this to themselves) despite how silly it looks is to lay your hand (palm down) flat on top of your head, make a fist with the other, and hit over your palm (hit with the side where your pinky is) a few times (kind of hitting your head lol). We do this anytime a child or adult, etc. gets scared and wants to forget it. Like if you got into a car accident and were still scared/in shock, you or someone else can do this for you. We often use it when kids see a scary movie (after we get them in trouble for watching it in the first place lol) or something.
I’m not sure if everyone in Mexico does these things, but they worked for my family and I’m at least thankful for it because it always made me feel better. Wether it was placebo or not, I always felt better knowing I could do something about nightmares, etc.
Oh! Another trick I recently learned (from my dad, not my grandma) was to turn your shirt inside out when you don’t want to see something scary (like a spirit) but it probably has to be done before you see it to work obviously. I’ve done this a few times at night when I’m just sitting in my bed and start to get goosebumps and feel scared.
@@marcen7067 oh eventually my grandma had other remedies too. She is also Mexican/indigenous. Often times it was the white candle treatment OR the ojo. I can’t say they always worked seeing that even as an adult I still have them but not as much as I use to as a child. The white candle is a pretty common practice in most cultures though, I know she also just use to RUB my forehead with her palm and say the “sana sana” chant XD
I have a square room and when I was younger my bed was on the opposite side of my door. As in opposite corner and wall. I woke up from some type of night terror and went to go see my mom but I couldn’t find my door handle nor the light switch. I searched for like a half an hour, high and low while screaming my head off for my mother. I finally gave up and sat on the floor where my door would have been and decided I wanted to lay in my bed again, and I couldn’t get away from the wall. I swear I had 3 feet of space and then another wall. I was terrified bc I couldn’t go anywhere, it’s like the walls closed in on me. Just enough space for my 6 year old tiny self to sit on the floor with my legs out straight. I finally fell asleep crying and more screaming against a wall and when I woke up it was bc my mom pushed my door open and I was laying against the door. I then had a baby monitor in my room till 2 years ago. I can’t sleep with the door shut and no one really knows why.
My son had night terrors and they are named that for a reason. They are TERRIFYING!
Some of these are indeed creepy. My aunt was a magnet for spirits and I saw many strange things when staying with my cousins. Recently though, after going to bed, I was nearly asleep when I heard a woman say hello. I instantly woke up, thinking my daughter had come into my room. She hadn't. I later dismissed it as as auditory hallucination. However, my dogs will randomly bark/growl at the corner where my bedroom door is. No other issues out of the ordinary.
The smallest doll on the first video (te one inside Abigail) is usually used to wish things; You wish something while holding the doll and then put it under ur pillow :)

yooo, my pillar candle has been acting up the last two days and i mean really acting up, it grows like 3 inches long and it gets wide and it flickers, so this had me thinking there's probably a gjost in my room messing with it or something. and i knew it had something to do with my mirror, so today i cleaned, cleansed, and locked my mirror. and to prove my theory correct, i lit the candle and it's being completely normal :]

Actually the Bernstein bears one is clearly a video edit, you can see the patchy work on that part of the book. And the fact that everything gets slightly out of focus when he moves in the room, while at the beginning the image was a lot sharper.
Cool theory, but in this case it’s just video editing.
In all reality our world currently exists in such a terrible form that people create their own little world to make sense of/distract from the intense and overwhelming bleakness that we experience everyday. I suspect that's why ARGs and tik tok ghosts and "disassociation" type of thinking has become popular as the world dives deeper into the societal decay that covid has helped to accelerate.
The one with the old guy and the bag might be more of a physics thing. I’ve had heavy messenger bags throughout my school life and when the strap starts to slip, once it passes a threshold it LEAPS off of you. Hi Loey! I absolutely loved this video. I think my favorite was the time to wait video. Please don't recommend salting outside of a house it can take generations for things to regrow if there is a ton of salt used. What I would suggest is getting quartz crystals & setting them with your intention to help keep the property & everyone inside safe then bury them either at the 4 corners of the house or at the 4 corners of the property itself. What you do to charge the crystals after they're buried is just visualize a bright white like (I also like to use the elements, green or brown for earth, blue for water, red for fire, & yellow or gold for air), then you just visualize light coming from you & then going to the location of the first crystal, then from the 2nd location to the 3rd & then the 4th & final one. Once that's done you will then picture them all coming up like a giant square surrounding & protecting the property & anyone within from whatever you're trying to protect them from.
This might be THEE dumbest question but what about those big salt lick type (or bigger than fine ground) salt crystals? Would that work similar to quartz?

It won’t exactly protect it, BUT it will help it vibrate at a higher frequency, this would be a great place to start just to clear out the negative energy & get your house back to feeling like your home. The quartz are what keep it protected. Selenite can also be used to charge the crystals. Feel free to message if you have any questions!

That one at 26:18- I replayed it three separate times out of sheer disbelief and horror. The first time I wasn't really paying attention (flipping through discord) until something moved. Just- WHAT THE HECK. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT. It is terrifying; I still have chills just thinking about it.
The bag one is cool because you can tell that he just thought the bag fell off his shoulder and caught it like anyone would, not really even thinking about it or reacting to it. But when you can see what happened it's super crazy!

in the video with the bag: u could tell he knew it was there, probably sensed it, and knew to hold on to the bag cuz when ur bag gets pulled u dont grip it immediately, u take a second, grip it and get it back or u didnt realize what was happening until after someone has ur bag, but he knew before.

So for a while now I’ve been feeling a bit more paranormal activity in my home, but while I was watching this, something literally moved my hair.. like I glanced at my reflection in the turned off tv screen, and it was like something had a strand of my hair held up and then it dropped like it let go..
This vid is scary and I don’t want to watch it going to bed but I’m super sad and you always make me feel so much better so I’ll watch through the fear 😩

The smaller doll within the larger doll from the first video looks like a Guatemalan worry doll. They are tiny dolls you whisper your worries and fears to, then place them under your pillow before you go to sleep and they are supposed to take your worries away! ❤

I know this vid is old, but for the little ones who have a fear towards entities... Conquering the fear is a huge first step. Allowing a child to understand and set their spiritual boundaries will help them grow into their gifts. Parents/ guardians can make a 'spirit/ monster' spray using water, salt, and perhaps glitter. Together with the child state over the spray that the use of the spray will make all unwanted things go away (state your intentions). The child can keep the spray with them and use it whenever they see something that's not allowed in their space. The child sets their boundaries and the adult sets theirs whenever and however they want. Family boundaries are immensely helpful in negative hauntings. (And remember to hug your kiddos and tell them how proud you are of them for being themselves)

Yeah, the Berenstain Bears vid was just some editing, but so was the bathroom faucet one, just in a slightly less obvious way.
Probably a clever jump cut just before he opens the door, but a clear giveaway of some editing i noticed if you go frame by frame after the door slams, the doorknob disappears for one frame, just a a little mistake left in while editing im guessing
