This procedure hurts, it's even worse when you have to test for exercise induced compartment syndrome. you get stabbed once, then go walk/run on a treadmill, then come back and get stabbed again.
You know, I learned that from a bald old fat and grumpy orthopedic surgeon, I wish I had this video before because this lady is phenomenal

On the volar compartment, do you mean aim towards the radius? Because the diagram on the right side of the screen is pointing towards the radius
