I start of this lesson talking about what exactly intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) is and review over the normal pressures and what it means when those pressures are elevated. From there we take a deep dive into the physiologic implications of elevated pressures before finally discussing the various different causes of elevated intra-abdominal pressure.

Can a patient with an EGD leak still develop increased IAP even though it was supposedly fixed with an intraluminal wound vac?

I use adobe photoshop for the canvas to write on, then screen cast from Mac to iPad and write with an Apple Pencil on the iPad but recorded onto the Adobe file. Then just screen record with Quicktime.
