    Ahhh not only was this so much fun, but I learned so much about light analysis. 😃 Got me a light meter too. Thanks so much Darryl! 💚

      Have you actually used it? ... like you've been successful without one for a long time... so if you have used it, what changes have u made because of the light meter? Would be informative for us and a good selling point to get get us to purchase one. To me it just seems like a tool for more studious plant scholar. Summer rain used one to help a friend have the best success for plant care. But that's more for consultants- again more specific users. Thanks in advance if you cover this query!

      Oh WOW!! Looking through my favorite plant channels and I never knew you and Darryl made a video together!! I want the Watermelon Pepperoni's plant!! From Darryl I learned that in so many words, if the plants can see the sky, that's a good thing and that's how I learned about "filtered" lighting!! Two of my FAV plant dudes and that String of Hearts is GORGEOUS!!❤️❤️❤️🥰

    This guy has got the best String of Hearts since Mother Nature came out with them! I wish you had taken a light meter reading next to it. I’ve just potted my rooted cuttings and would like to replicate his conditions. *I’ve also got the same light meter.

    I don't know if anyone else hear it, but there's a ringing sound playing throughout the whole video that just hurts the ears

    I love your videos and your book. Thank you for taking your time to share your knowledge with us.
    I have a question. Is there a way that you could make a video about darker homes with only North and South facing windows? I’d love to see where plants would be located in that scenario.
    Again, thanks so much for the informative and passionate content.🌿🌱

    Wow! This is amazing knowledge to have. So did you end up moving your red prayer plant? I couldn't gather if he was saying it was getting adequate lighting or too much?? since you mentioned yours wasnt looking its best. Which btw, I still think yours is lovely! Was just curious if you left it or moved it further away from window. Always looking for advice on mine... My prayer plant is one my favorites, but it doesn't always look in tip-top shape so it worries me about all my care tips for it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks guys for such an awesome learning experience! 🤙🍃🌱🌿

    Hi, when you wrote x10 = 7.330 FC did you actually mean 7.330 LX?

    • @HousePlantJournal
      @HousePlantJournal  4 роки тому

      No, I meant seven thousand foot-candles.

    • @EdbertTjoniko91
      @EdbertTjoniko91 4 роки тому

      @@HousePlantJournal ah i just really zoomed in to the little "×10" writings on the display of your light meter. That's why i didn't get why it's still in FC. Thanks !

    • @HousePlantJournal
      @HousePlantJournal  4 роки тому

      @@EdbertTjoniko91 Yeah - I actually wish the display would go up to 10,000 so that we wouldn't have to be confused about the tiny little x10!
