Man that is a dream come true, someone's baby for sure. Given its pristine original condition pretty sure it sold quickly even at the asking price. The supply of mint 45 year old classics is very small.
This truck did sell for $42,500. You can follow www.lewismtrs.com or call 812-867-0775 for any upcoming 77-79 trucks. We do have two coming in very soon, they are gonna be very nice also.
My first truck , same thing almost exact ! First four digits of the vin were FISH it was the Fish truck . Eight track , cleavland , headers , my god I wish I had the cash .. Beautiful work of art !
"335" series engines were garbage. "385" series engines are about the same weight and easily replace the "335" series engines. Far more HP and greatly more reliable. My '77 F150 has a 460 "385" series engine. More HP and better MPG than a 400 "335" series engine.
What a sweet looking truck
That is a real truck. Love it.
I need that truck,my year!!
