Nothing like these old trucks. It doesn't get any better than this. Excellent job of restoration. I have a 77 Ranger myself. Work truck though. I rebuilt the 400m and with some serious machine work and cam configuration, it's pushing around 400 horses. 350 traction lock front and rear, and it gets the job done. But this truck is a work of art. Thanks for saving it, and sharing with those of us who truly appreciate these trucks.
Awesome truck , congrats on restoring it so well ! These are the best looking trucks , I've got a 79 F100 Ranger XLT and I love it so much . Bless Henry Ford and all the people that keep his legacy alive across the globe .
Very nice truck, I also own a 79 F150 4x4 painted mine black,it was the original color, congrats you did a beautiful job, I restored mine to original has the 460 eng just added a cam, wheels and 35" all terrain tires
Beautiful truck and nice music choice, pure class all around! This is a nice change from the half done lifted trucks and janky country-rap (crap), hick-hop. Keep up the good work!
Bought one new in 79 except a f250 4 speed dana 60s front and rear , the 400m was a gutless teard but still was a good truck , sorry I sold it. I believe I paid $ 13'500 for it new
Do you still have this Forward pick up its beautiful you did a fantastic job on It Curious if you would part with it please comment back thank you for this video
I love your truck! What brand of steering column did you put in there. Is it a tilt wheel? I would like to put one like that in my 77 F-150. Also what brand of steering shaft fits that? Thanks in advance.
How long was your rig down, start to finish. Know that frame off’s are time consuming and laborious, much less $$$$$. Have had my ‘79 since ‘86 having bought it from the original owner and it is time to start my project. Any do’s or don’t’s and which company did you prefer for replacement parts? Appreciate any guidance someone who has been there and done that could give.
Beautiful truck my friend, the the paint is called light fern gray, That is the exact color I want for my truck, where did you get the paint? Having a hard time finding a source with that color. Thanks.
Got a 79 f250 with 77k miles on it. Brings a smile to my face everyday! Sweet ride buddy, thanks for sharing.
That truck was in great shape before all the work! Beautiful truck!
Grew up with 60s and 70's Ford trucks. Greatest time to grow up.
Best looking truck Ford ever built was the 1979. Awesome job man! I love it. Its perfect.....I would not change a single thing
+chris f Thank you Chris
Troy L. Should've put a brand new frame under it, I never use the old fitigued stock ones, to many years of flex and twist all abused.
Where does a 79 Ford bronco full size have it’s vin number where on the frame
no- 96

Hi how are you doing hope you had a nice day. I'm Maria from Minnesota, looking for a new friend Ok.
A 460 is 8 cylinders of testosterone.
I've 2 79 regular cabs , and a 78 4door , I need to redo both that have the 460 engines
Have any videos of the truck running
what kinda axles and transfer case ? gears ?
Nice truck! If I were doing the project, I would have dropped a diesel into it. Just my opinion.
