Whether you liked what he did as president or not, you have to give Bill Clinton credit for speaking without a teleprompter (I think) and knowing so much. I've seen him speak and the guy can rattle off statistics on pretty much anything. And when he talks you feel like he's speaking to you and not some politician reciting a campaign speech.
