I could not believe my eyes when I saw the trailer I knew it was Xenoblade as soon as I saw the weapons and heard the accents. Everything I’m seeing so far has gotten me so excited this announcement made my day I’m extremely hype and can’t wait to see all the speculation and discussion from everyone.
The moment they shown the guy playing the flute I KNEW it was Xenoblade. The way the models were shaded and the background reminded me of Xenoblade so I just went with my gut.

It's not Vandam, it's older Zeke. He has an eye patch and you can see Pandoria's core crystal scar if you pause at the right time. Also the MC's name is Noah and the girl who looks like Nia is named Mio.

Something that might be missed is the talk of clocks and all the characters have dials/clocks on their weapons as well as the white building so maybe some new time mechanic or time related story gimmick. Maybe in relation to the instability of the new world? Also sounds like some characters talking about having plenty of time and filling up their clocks? Is it relevant to fate of the blades or the glowy balls at 7:35 and in the title font. Feels relevant Nia and Melia are present as they are the 2 characters who both will out live their friends if peoples clocks ticking away are a major theme 7:38 time reference, 7:57 clock on tower, 8:07 filling up clocks (in our hearts?), 8:12 (flame?) clock has to go

It made sense to me after I realized that the Definitive Edition subtitle is red. X being blue and Torna being gold makes sense, since they're the spin-offs.
I’ve made a small analysis of my own of the trailers and tweets posted by the official Xenoblade account. - Two nations of sorts seemingly using either magic and Ether (Xenoblade 2) or technology (Xenoblade 1) in the tweets about the Xenoblade 2 nation, they mention “mobile weapons” so blades might be making an appearance. - It looks like descendants of both Nia and Rex are working together, given the white haired cat girl has a core crystal identical to Nia’s, and the Rex descendant has his same sort of voice and philosophical attitude. - Many locations from previous games meshed together into one massive world - Many returning characters, from what we’ve seen we have Nia, Melia, Zeke(?), and possibly Fiora in the flute scene where it sounds like Vandham talking. I would add him to the list but he’s dead.. perhaps Zeke just got an accent, or Vandham is related to Zeke in some way. - These two nations seem to be fighting while a greater evil brews.. Rex and the Aegis aren’t out of the question, as we haven’t seen them. I doubt they are villains, but something powerful is there. These two nations may see eye to eye once they realize what’s going on, and we get a massive war with both sides fighting this great evil. Can’t wait to see what you see Luxin! There are surely more trailers to come.

I'm so happy that this is happening. If Xenoblade 3 somehow doesn't get delayed this will be an even shorter time between reveal and release compared to Xenoblade 2. I also can't wait to finally suffer once again trying to order the collectors edition.

Its hard to mistake it. As far as I know Xenoblade has been the only game with voice acting to use the British accent. I know there's at least one other game Ive played with it, but I cant even remember the name. its also from the ps1 era too.
So you think the main characters represent both of the games they come from? Like, maybe our main male character is a descendant of Shulk and Fiora while Nia is there from the cast of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, but she just lived past all of them. So if Nia is alive, is Pyra and Mythra somewhere here? Do you think we might see them? Also that high entia party member literally has a staff rifle, so she's just Sharla + Melia as a character and that's hilarious. Especially if she gets the Melia treatment. Also that future equipment being used could hint at the fact that Shulk succeeded in making his own Monado for others to use. Hell, Shulk might have even experimented with the Machina and implemented them into Mechon. Hence why mech suits are very apparent here. Edit: Also did we hear Rex's voice actor in the trailer??? Does that mean we're getting flashbacks of Rex and Nia after the second game, or is it just Rex's voice actor being reused for another character???
No joke I was catching up on the direct during my break at work, and LITERALLY two minutes before XC3 was revealed, the Xenoblade Amino made an announcement confirming its existence. I was no less excited, but man did it gut my hype for the reveal. 😅
It’s been awhile since I played but I think that’s Zeke instead of Vandham. Because wasn’t Zeke a blade eater? So he lives a long time. Also, I wonder if other blades like Brighid will make an appearance. And of course what about Pyra/Mythra and Alvis?
There's no way it's Zeke. He have the same face scars as Vandham, and sounds near identical. I know he died, but these games operate on multiverse logic.

Honestly, I think that “Vandham” is just the Xenoblade 1 version of him. And I know that in Japan, Vangarre is Vandham there, but this still could be a “Van” character.
I've seen some theories wondering if the two nations at war are descendants of the Xenoblade 1 characters and Xenoblade 2 characters fighting each other. The big landscape behind the Xenoblade 3 logo at the end of the trailer fits into that, where it shows a giant wound in Uraya with the Mechonis Sword in the back, almost as if the sword caused that wound. I wonder if Noah (black-haired protag) hails from the Xenoblade 1 nation while Mio (Nia-looking girl) is from the Xenoblade 2 nation? And also, the masked characters right before the logo shows up are obviously Melia and Nia, and I wonder if they aren't like the leaders of the nations (Melia leader of Xenoblade 1 nation and Nia leader of Xenoblade 2, obviously) since they've been around so long. Part of me thinks that after a misunderstanding due to their being from opposing nations, Noah and Mio go on a journey to stop the two sides from warring.
The other thing I noticed was there were circular markings on that one black-and-gold flute that is very reminiscent of Zanza and his weird halo thing.
Another thing worth mentioning is the logo and its font. Xenoblade 1 had brush marks in the "Xenoblade Chronicles" part, which reflected the arts I guess, and Xenoblade 2 had fire which reflected Pyra and her fire power. Xenoblade 3's logo has this weird blobby particle thing going on, which makes me think of the Fogbeasts and Fog King from Future Connected. It was said that Future Connected was supposed to show something about the future of the Xenoblade series...
Depending on how far into the future this is set Nia could be the only person left alive to remember Alrest. She would naturally outlive everyone except maybe Zeke but even he would die eventually. Given about 100-200 years she would be only in her 30s-40s physically but everyone else would be long gone.
@@ltb1345 Yeah Pandoria would still be alive in her current incarnation if Zeke is. And Nia doesn't age as she's a perfect flesh eater, so she'd still be the same age 200+ years later.
Crack pot theories The party member nia look a like moi, is actually an alternate version of nias sister who became a blade eater. Would explain why they look the same, nia said they were alike, but why they have different voice actors. As for 'melia' I think she could be tyrea in disguise. Why would melia go back to hiding her face after just coming out to her people in future connected. The game will involve time travel. The snow rasing up from the logo and on the final shot with the titan and sword is a clear motive when going back in time, rain going upwards rather than down. The biggest theroy At the end of the game we will find out the new world, after fully uniting will call their planet mira and then x will be a direct sequel. We know that they have been planning this since in between 1 and 2 and since x came out then it could still work
I think you are right about this planet being Mira. Don't the big rings in the desert at 7:54 look a lot like Oblivia's rings? Also the Titans forming permanent landmasses in addition to the other Space Needle World Tree things confirmed in 2 would resemble the Mira concept art.
@@mr.beluga3996 if you look at the top you can see the mechanis's fallen arm fingertip. It has the same platform with the lvl70 something pterix at the top. The trailer even shows the characters walking on it. By the ring structure do you mean the broken ring like thing on the ground in the background?
Yeah now that i look at it closer it definitely is the fallen arm fingers. The Oblivia rings do still look similar, so maybe they are still mechon remains from one of the giant mechons?
I've been waiting for this video... 3:39 this, exactly this. Okay, ok ok. Starting at 7:50 and going to 8:00, is it just me, or do some of these environment designs really give off Mira vibes. like the overlook at 7:51 looks kinda like Primordia, the shot at 7:53 reminds me of Oblivia and the shot at 7:59 really reminds of the floating Mining platforms in Cauldros.
At the end it just reveals there was a timeline loop in a sense where the world they are on eventually became Mira and the aliens that gave humanity skills are them and this is all a paradox or some shit

95 percent sure this is how it's gonna go: This is confirmed to be the combined worlds of 1 and 2 at the end of each game. That's definitely Melia in the mask. She's noticeably older, and with how High Entia age (6 times slower than homs) it appears that this future is set roughly 80-160 years in the future. Melia is in her 20's-30's (High Entia years) here. Nia is the other masked figure. Her flesh eater core crystal makes it obvious. The new character that resembles Nia is named Mio. Since Nia is a flesh eater and has human aspects, it's not out of the realm of possibility to assume she doesn't age and can reproduce. Mio has a core crystal so it would make sense that she could be a biological daughter of Nia albeit with a core crystal. Noah could be anyone. He's the main protag here. I'm guessing that his sword has some connection to the monado or the Aegis Sword. Possibly a manifestation of both since 2 universes are now confirmed to be combined and in the same world. This is why you see Uraya, Nia, Gormotti, the Mechonis Sword, High Entia, Melia, and general Mechonis imagery all together. The universes merged and we are seeing a society in the future and like 100 years after is the perfect setting. We won't see Shulk, Rex, or any of the other human characters, but any Machina, High Entia, Indoline and Blades/Flesh Eaters are on the table!

I think that's Future Zeke and not Vandam. We see his scar for a brief second on his chest, his hair color is still a darker grey like when he was younger, and as a pseudo reverse blade eater theoretically he should live longer.
So basically -Two Nations :Keves and Agnus. -Keves is Xenoblade 1 world because, it's said on twitter Keves nation wears black and in the trailer the black dressed soldiers had a Mechon like artillery-unit, also 90% of their weapons are "Monado like" quite meaty and mostly loking like swords -Keves is the one leaded by a High Entia, Melia? she has the shame hairstyle and has short wings so it's half breed, but why the mask? In theory she no longer needs it and why wears black?, fit's with the nation color but it never was part of her design, she always wore white and blueish colors. -Agnus it's Xenoblade 2 world, wears white and in twitter it's shown the design of the soldiers which I'll dare say it's like a mix between Mor Ardain and Torna, Imperial with a bit of japanese type of armor. CLEARLY her leader is Nia without a doubt. many of Agnus weapons ironically are blade weapons, Hammers, spears, twin rings. -7:31 alright Purple/blue hair, white robes so Xeno 2, wears a hammer, tank weapon, has light lines through her/his skin so Blade or flesh eater and has brilliant blue hair tips that have a blue aura, is this Morag's and Brighid secret love child or what?. - 7:29 I don't think it's an indoline party member, If we assume this is a full on Xeno 1 vs Xeno 2 war and wears black robes, it's most likely he's a Machina also uses Keves nation weapon has a circle on the center of the weapon that displays a shield. -7:33 Xeno 2 Vandahm is dead so the complexion, the eyepatch and dark hair, and the fact that lacks of any Urayan traits like elf ears and scalie features on his face suggests me it's Zeke as it's the only important male human character that could survive long enough due to his condition as a blade eater -8:08 this character is using the birds to create some sort of wind barrier which could imply Xeno 2 elemental combos.
We've got Uraya, Mechonis Sword, Nia (or her descendent), Vandham?!, Blade weapons without blades, possibly Melia and a nopon with an afro. Man, this game is gonna be wild. I'm playing this on launch and I won't be touching the internet until I roll credits on it.

We going back to Xenogears here... just assuming that's how it is going to be and maybe the Ourouboros are the gnosis/fog stuff we saw in FC. Also not related at all but two figurines of Melia and Nia were made.... not sure if that was to hint they would have a role in Xenoblade 3 or not but i'm thinking that is the case. Since KOS-MOS had one too i'm hoping she will be more than a cameo here. We see blades still existing but unclear if blade eaters/flesh eaters really. That being said i'm incredibly excited for your analysis!
I'm kinda disheartened that this takes place so far in the future. I really wanted Shulk and Rex and the 3rd protrag to meet up canonically but it seems like only Melia/Tyrea are still alive(maybe pyra/mythra will be too?). Really sad. I wanted the 3rd protag to come from some other universe but it seems like this is just a battle of the previous two games.
We can't be sure yet, the fusing the landmasses and first interactions could cause tech revolution and shulk and Re could just be old men living out retirement away from the events of the game.

It took me far longer than it should have to recognize Nia. On the other hand, I wasn't exactly checking her bust area very closely, either. (;p) It was an action shot near the end (8:13) where her Red/Blue marbled Core was imposable to miss, and even then I had to rewind and pause the footage just to be sure. Edit: 8:18 Holy shit! @@GalderaVG Having rewatched the trailer multiple times now, I am convinced that this game is a mashup of more timelines than just Alrest and the Endless Sea. Meaning that these two Flesh Eaters could both be *Variants* of Nia, rather than either one being the Nia we all know and love. It would also go a good distance to explain the Vandham Zeke hybrid character.

Also judging off the fact that Rex spoke as well, just older sounding, this probably means that something happened at a point with xc1 and xc2's worlds combining. Also I doubt it's a vandham zeke hybrid as the hair color plus the eyepatch literally has the insignia on the eyepatch that zeke wore, so unless he is a descendant, which is unlikely due to rex talking, just a bit older.

As the character that is just after the Melia looking character looks exactly like Nia and has Nia's outfit. This is probably many many years after the end of Xenoblade 2. I wonder what the line "I refuse to believe you're him" refers to, the character I assume they're talking to sounds kind of like Rex? Maybe that scenes further in the story and Rex has been reincarnated or something as it doesn't look like Rex at all and i think they referred to him as Gil? But there's also the problem of where's Shulk as well? I think we saw Fiora in there at one point of the trailer and everyone's pointed out Melia. Vandhams opposite is there (Vandham is tan with light hair, this guy is white with dark hair). I wonder where and who Rex and Shulk are in this game. And what happened to the blades as well as Mythra, Pyra, Dromarch, Brighid, Pandoria. Since one side of the group are blade eaters did the blades all get consumed? As we see ether being used by the main girls former community. This game seems like a big mix of both Xenoblade 1 and Xenoblade 2s problems so this will be interesting. This game will be so good omg, I can't wait to be able to play it. At least we got a month it'll release by too.

U played XC1 on 3ds and didnt like it. Years later i got a switch and played xc2. Your channel made me want to play xc1 and the definitive edition came out and i loved it. Now we're here, and i cried when watching the xc3 trailer. Time to finish future connected finally

Red is usually the main color. The exception is XCX,s blue.
It made sense to me after I realized that the Definitive Edition subtitle is red. X being blue and Torna being gold makes sense, since they're the spin-offs.
I mean, the weapon the main character uses is that same shade of red, so it makes sense they'd still use it.
I’ve made a small analysis of my own of the trailers and tweets posted by the official Xenoblade account.
- Two nations of sorts seemingly using either magic and Ether (Xenoblade 2) or technology (Xenoblade 1) in the tweets about the Xenoblade 2 nation, they mention “mobile weapons” so blades might be making an appearance.
- It looks like descendants of both Nia and Rex are working together, given the white haired cat girl has a core crystal identical to Nia’s, and the Rex descendant has his same sort of voice and philosophical attitude.
- Many locations from previous games meshed together into one massive world
- Many returning characters, from what we’ve seen we have Nia, Melia, Zeke(?), and possibly Fiora in the flute scene where it sounds like Vandham talking. I would add him to the list but he’s dead.. perhaps Zeke just got an accent, or Vandham is related to Zeke in some way.
- These two nations seem to be fighting while a greater evil brews.. Rex and the Aegis aren’t out of the question, as we haven’t seen them. I doubt they are villains, but something powerful is there. These two nations may see eye to eye once they realize what’s going on, and we get a massive war with both sides fighting this great evil.

Its hard to mistake it. As far as I know Xenoblade has been the only game with voice acting to use the British accent. I know there's at least one other game Ive played with it, but I cant even remember the name. its also from the ps1 era too.
So you think the main characters represent both of the games they come from? Like, maybe our main male character is a descendant of Shulk and Fiora while Nia is there from the cast of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, but she just lived past all of them. So if Nia is alive, is Pyra and Mythra somewhere here? Do you think we might see them? Also that high entia party member literally has a staff rifle, so she's just Sharla + Melia as a character and that's hilarious. Especially if she gets the Melia treatment. Also that future equipment being used could hint at the fact that Shulk succeeded in making his own Monado for others to use. Hell, Shulk might have even experimented with the Machina and implemented them into Mechon. Hence why mech suits are very apparent here.
Edit: Also did we hear Rex's voice actor in the trailer??? Does that mean we're getting flashbacks of Rex and Nia after the second game, or is it just Rex's voice actor being reused for another character???

No joke I was catching up on the direct during my break at work, and LITERALLY two minutes before XC3 was revealed, the Xenoblade Amino made an announcement confirming its existence.
I was no less excited, but man did it gut my hype for the reveal. 😅
It’s been awhile since I played but I think that’s Zeke instead of Vandham. Because wasn’t Zeke a blade eater? So he lives a long time.
Also, I wonder if other blades like Brighid will make an appearance. And of course what about Pyra/Mythra and Alvis?
There's no way it's Zeke. He have the same face scars as Vandham, and sounds near identical. I know he died, but these games operate on multiverse logic.

Honestly, I think that “Vandham” is just the Xenoblade 1 version of him. And I know that in Japan, Vangarre is Vandham there, but this still could be a “Van” character.
I've seen some theories wondering if the two nations at war are descendants of the Xenoblade 1 characters and Xenoblade 2 characters fighting each other. The big landscape behind the Xenoblade 3 logo at the end of the trailer fits into that, where it shows a giant wound in Uraya with the Mechonis Sword in the back, almost as if the sword caused that wound. I wonder if Noah (black-haired protag) hails from the Xenoblade 1 nation while Mio (Nia-looking girl) is from the Xenoblade 2 nation? And also, the masked characters right before the logo shows up are obviously Melia and Nia, and I wonder if they aren't like the leaders of the nations (Melia leader of Xenoblade 1 nation and Nia leader of Xenoblade 2, obviously) since they've been around so long. Part of me thinks that after a misunderstanding due to their being from opposing nations, Noah and Mio go on a journey to stop the two sides from warring.
The other thing I noticed was there were circular markings on that one black-and-gold flute that is very reminiscent of Zanza and his weird halo thing.
Another thing worth mentioning is the logo and its font. Xenoblade 1 had brush marks in the "Xenoblade Chronicles" part, which reflected the arts I guess, and Xenoblade 2 had fire which reflected Pyra and her fire power. Xenoblade 3's logo has this weird blobby particle thing going on, which makes me think of the Fogbeasts and Fog King from Future Connected. It was said that Future Connected was supposed to show something about the future of the Xenoblade series...
Depending on how far into the future this is set Nia could be the only person left alive to remember Alrest. She would naturally outlive everyone except maybe Zeke but even he would die eventually. Given about 100-200 years she would be only in her 30s-40s physically but everyone else would be long gone.

The party member nia look a like moi, is actually an alternate version of nias sister who became a blade eater. Would explain why they look the same, nia said they were alike, but why they have different voice actors.
As for 'melia' I think she could be tyrea in disguise. Why would melia go back to hiding her face after just coming out to her people in future connected.
The game will involve time travel. The snow rasing up from the logo and on the final shot with the titan and sword is a clear motive when going back in time, rain going upwards rather than down.

At the end of the game we will find out the new world, after fully uniting will call their planet mira and then x will be a direct sequel. We know that they have been planning this since in between 1 and 2 and since x came out then it could still work
I think you are right about this planet being Mira. Don't the big rings in the desert at 7:54 look a lot like Oblivia's rings? Also the Titans forming permanent landmasses in addition to the other Space Needle World Tree things confirmed in 2 would resemble the Mira concept art.

The trailer even shows the characters walking on it. By the ring structure do you mean the broken ring like thing on the ground in the background?
Yeah now that i look at it closer it definitely is the fallen arm fingers. The Oblivia rings do still look similar, so maybe they are still mechon remains from one of the giant mechons?
Never actually played X myself, but I always just assumed that X was a prequel that took place in the same universe that Klaus did the experiment in.

Okay, ok ok. Starting at 7:50 and going to 8:00, is it just me, or do some of these environment designs really give off Mira vibes. like the overlook at 7:51 looks kinda like Primordia, the shot at 7:53 reminds me of Oblivia and the shot at 7:59 really reminds of the floating Mining platforms in Cauldros.
At the end it just reveals there was a timeline loop in a sense where the world they are on eventually became Mira and the aliens that gave humanity skills are them and this is all a paradox or some shit

This is confirmed to be the combined worlds of 1 and 2 at the end of each game. That's definitely Melia in the mask. She's noticeably older, and with how High Entia age (6 times slower than homs) it appears that this future is set roughly 80-160 years in the future. Melia is in her 20's-30's (High Entia years) here.
Nia is the other masked figure. Her flesh eater core crystal makes it obvious. The new character that resembles Nia is named Mio. Since Nia is a flesh eater and has human aspects, it's not out of the realm of possibility to assume she doesn't age and can reproduce. Mio has a core crystal so it would make sense that she could be a biological daughter of Nia albeit with a core crystal.
Noah could be anyone. He's the main protag here. I'm guessing that his sword has some connection to the monado or the Aegis Sword. Possibly a manifestation of both since 2 universes are now confirmed to be combined and in the same world. This is why you see Uraya, Nia, Gormotti, the Mechonis Sword, High Entia, Melia, and general Mechonis imagery all together. The universes merged and we are seeing a society in the future and like 100 years after is the perfect setting. We won't see Shulk, Rex, or any of the other human characters, but any Machina, High Entia, Indoline and Blades/Flesh Eaters are on the table!

I think that's Future Zeke and not Vandam. We see his scar for a brief second on his chest, his hair color is still a darker grey like when he was younger, and as a pseudo reverse blade eater theoretically he should live longer.

-Keves is Xenoblade 1 world because, it's said on twitter Keves nation wears black and in the trailer the black dressed soldiers had a Mechon like artillery-unit, also 90% of their weapons are "Monado like" quite meaty and mostly loking like swords
-Keves is the one leaded by a High Entia, Melia? she has the shame hairstyle and has short wings so it's half breed, but why the mask? In theory she no longer needs it and why wears black?, fit's with the nation color but it never was part of her design, she always wore white and blueish colors.
-Agnus it's Xenoblade 2 world, wears white and in twitter it's shown the design of the soldiers which I'll dare say it's like a mix between Mor Ardain and Torna, Imperial with a bit of japanese type of armor. CLEARLY her leader is Nia without a doubt. many of Agnus weapons ironically are blade weapons, Hammers, spears, twin rings.

Also not related at all but two figurines of Melia and Nia were made.... not sure if that was to hint they would have a role in Xenoblade 3 or not but i'm thinking that is the case. Since KOS-MOS had one too i'm hoping she will be more than a cameo here. We see blades still existing but unclear if blade eaters/flesh eaters really. That being said i'm incredibly excited for your analysis!
I'm kinda disheartened that this takes place so far in the future. I really wanted Shulk and Rex and the 3rd protrag to meet up canonically but it seems like only Melia/Tyrea are still alive(maybe pyra/mythra will be too?). Really sad.
I wanted the 3rd protag to come from some other universe but it seems like this is just a battle of the previous two games.
We can't be sure yet, the fusing the landmasses and first interactions could cause tech revolution and shulk and Re could just be old men living out retirement away from the events of the game.

It took me far longer than it should have to recognize Nia. On the other hand, I wasn't exactly checking her bust area very closely, either. (;p) It was an action shot near the end (8:13) where her Red/Blue marbled Core was imposable to miss, and even then I had to rewind and pause the footage just to be sure.

Meaning that these two Flesh Eaters could both be *Variants* of Nia, rather than either one being the Nia we all know and love. It would also go a good distance to explain the Vandham Zeke hybrid character.

Also judging off the fact that Rex spoke as well, just older sounding, this probably means that something happened at a point with xc1 and xc2's worlds combining. Also I doubt it's a vandham zeke hybrid as the hair color plus the eyepatch literally has the insignia on the eyepatch that zeke wore, so unless he is a descendant, which is unlikely due to rex talking, just a bit older.

I'd maybe guess that it's her sister perhaps and that either she's been reincarnated or Nia did something to bring her back? idk it's been a while since I've played xenoblade 2 and this new reveal kind of has me wanting to replay it to rewatch the story over again. I don't quite remember if Nia had a sibling who also died or Nia was the only kid that the father brought back? It's either the sister thing or this ones a long shot she's Nia's daughter. As the character that is just after the Melia looking character looks exactly like Nia and has Nia's outfit.
This is probably many many years after the end of Xenoblade 2. I wonder what the line "I refuse to believe you're him" refers to, the character I assume they're talking to sounds kind of like Rex? Maybe that scenes further in the story and Rex has been reincarnated or something as it doesn't look like Rex at all and i think they referred to him as Gil? But there's also the problem of where's Shulk as well? I think we saw Fiora in there at one point of the trailer and everyone's pointed out Melia. Vandhams opposite is there (Vandham is tan with light hair, this guy is white with dark hair). I wonder where and who Rex and Shulk are in this game. And what happened to the blades as well as Mythra, Pyra, Dromarch, Brighid, Pandoria. Since one side of the group are blade eaters did the blades all get consumed? As we see ether being used by the main girls former community. This game seems like a big mix of both Xenoblade 1 and Xenoblade 2s problems so this will be interesting.
