They say they’re similar in strength but that’s BS. Jason is far far stronger. The fact he punched a guys head off is one, but they ignored the comic where he throws a decapitated head at a helicopter so hard it explodes. This video was also clearly written before Halloween Ends which just proves Michael is canonically an ordinary dude who is really durable.
For the lack of the killers, I feel like a fake out was expected since Micheal didn’t realise Jason was more resilient then an average man, and they probably wanted to kill the victims before they escaped. Also the suspense after the death is befitting for a horror monster.
Man. After all the very consistent episodes we got in this season so far, it feels rough to think that THIS episode managed to fall under the standards. Just like you said, It's like the Blender Team from last season; We saw them do even better before, but the match that actually is hyped up by a lot of people... ends up a dissapointment. Worst off, I liked the initial conflict and it's potential it had; The atmosphere was strong, and the initial reasoning for it worked so well for them. It's just... we barely got to see them fight. It's like a Freddy VS Jason moment (Ironically enough) , except it's probably *WORSE* because the time ratio of Them Fighting to random side characters stuff isn't even in the slightest. Even the FvJ randos got actual creative deaths like the Death Bed... and y'know, an actual brawl with the two adversaries. This just had... a cool battle reasoning, a few small combat scuffles, and then a death topoff that's a stretch because it lingered too long on it. Even Bucky vs Jason (Again, Ironic) had the death be treated as he's actually dead... and the battle was actually a battle. ...Again, it's probably better than most of it. But It's very much the Akuma Kahn of this season... which is a shame. Heck, even Macho Kool had the charm of the unique format. This is just... there. Hopefully next battle they animate is a chance of redemption, cause I want them to be the consistency machine.
This season has been nothing but consistently amazing, so it's sad to see the season take its dip down with the matchup I was most hyped for. At least it didn't butcher one of the characters like predator; but even then the latter at least had them fighting for the most part. Next time is hype asf
My problem is that it's paced bad, I didn't get much of an interesting Michael vs Jason in my michael vs Jason episode. Not that I'm hating on it, but y know.
@@neko4069 I agree that it's a bit of a problem, but having a full fast fight the whole time doesn't make sense, though it would be good. In my opinion, they should have fought for a good deal of it, then ended up In a warehouse near the water. Michel/Jason show off their stealth skills, then the building ends up burning, and we get REALLY violent. Then a similar ending happens, but with more emphasis on Jason overpowering and ripping Micheal to pieces, then Jason returns to the water to heal as we hear his breath.
Man I don’t think I could ever be a fan of Death Battle anymore. I’m sorry, but after finding about the Bayonetta situation and being partners with a bunch of a-holes, I just can’t look at these videos the same way anymore. Just gotten to the point, I feel like I’m watching nothing but content created by monsters.
@@RaccoonBroVA these people are in realms when it comes to working with Rooster Teeth, that is full of terrible people who have done nothing but cause ridiculous controversies, just can’t look at that channel the same way ever again knowing that they work with them. I’m sorry, but just can’t view them the same way ever again

I really miss the times were 3D-fights used motion capture and were around 5 minutes long.
