You can insert a toothpick into the candy, freeze the candy and then dip the candy into chocolate. It seems to me more convenient.

When I make this recipe or cake pops or you dip it at the end, I actually like this part of it. Once I get started then I love the whole process but thinking about it, before I actually get started, it always seems overwhelming and I'll even put it off for a while lol. I would say this is much easier to make than cake pops just because you have to bake the cakes and wait for them to cool down and there's just steps that take longer. You can just take this, mix it all together and there's your peanut butter ball. They're good without chocolate but you have to use a certain kind of chocolate to get it to harden and dry. I used to use just Hershey's Chocolate Syrup when I was younger because I would just use peanut butter and freeze it in these small looking, somewhat looking balls lol and then I would make a little pocket in the peanut butter, squirt the syrup in the middle and then freeze it again and they were good while they were thawing out but it's definitely so much better with the powdered sugar and the butter

    Nicely made video!
I make something similar for my family and customers. However I use a small melon baller (Mini trigger ice cream scoop) to maintain size consistency. The dipping always is a pain, but I find that the double fork method works well if you prefer not to use toothpicks to help reduce chocolate waste and handling time.

Just tried this. OMG. It tastes amazing. Everything was easy to do, but the chocolate wouldn't melt down all the way to a smooth consistency and dipping the balls in the chocolate was a little tedious because the balls started to melt. I ran out of chocolate with 6 balls left, so I rolled those in powdered sugar, which also tasted great.
Since it calls for so much sugar, I won't make these often (not healthy at all), but they'll be great for special events and holidays.
    Thanks for the recipe!

It’s natural peanut butter, it is the kind that only has one ingredient (peanuts) or maybe two (with sea salt) it’s very different than the common kind which has vegetable oil and sugar, it’s so much better in taste and health wise but it’s more expensive
