Hats off to her work to support people with mental illness. Its a big thing in a people life but very much neglected in Nepalese society. I live in UK and mental illness like anxiety and depression has a really big prioritiy and given very good treatment here.But in Nepal there is zero treatment and people fear to reveal the situation they are going through.These people need support and right direction. She is not just a heroine in a movie but a hero in Nepalese society.
I just love the way how composed the talk show in kantipur are. I think Namrata Shrestha is a perfect example for saying In life there are not only good things going to happen but bad things will also come but you have to have the ability to get up and take a stand for it.
