Judging by the length of those skid marks on dry pavement I would be willing to bet that at least one of those cars was doing way more than 25mph.
Also that the accident occured on both passenger sides, meaning one of those cars wasn't in the correct Lane and the other probably swerved to avoid it, but still caught the passenger side.
Im mean i dont like to assume, but i can bet it was the lambos fault. And i also bet he was speeding.

Garrett the only person who is going to get an insurance payout is the lady in the Toyota if she decides to sue. Raymond will get his medical covered and maybe some minimal compensation. Only way Raymond will get his “supercar” will be to sue blu beauties. You think that’s gonna happen? No. I’ve been in this situation. It’s not what you think and it’s definitely not fun or worth it for both parties.
Garrett at the end of all this it’s just going to be 2 people with totaled cars that will get replaced and Raymond taking the biggest loss with his injuries and having to get better.

N I think your pretty close. I’ve driven 3 different awd lambos (all on track) and I’ve only gotten oversteer once and I was going about 70-75 in a corner so on a public street probably slides out around 60-50 and it’s pretty scary because in awd you keep sliding and can’t really do anything. I think the Toyota May of been close to stopped also because it did not move back that much.
