Planted? they're likely stocked fish but you think these guys are planting fish for less than 500 view youtube videos?? lol. these fish fight eachother in the spring when they are spawning, very common to have beat up fins.
Might be worn down from digging in the gravel to build redds. Quit handling those fish. Keep them in moving water, with their gills covered, and if one must take pix, then do it quickly. Do not hold those fish out of the water with one hand on the tail and one at their head. That can injure their internal organs.

these are all stocker trout. Im confused as well

Caught some giants! How is there that many big rainbows in there. Is that club stocked or private
