- Hey everyone! In todays video I am working from home while also taking care of Yara. Aadam is back at work after almost 8 months of leave (Paternity leave + School) which is a little bittersweet! I am so used to him being at home all day with us. Nevertheless, this is what a typical work day for me is like lately. I hope you enjoy!

I'm not a mom or anything but back home in Zimbabwe I always saw breastfeeding moms eating a lot of roasted nuts with more than normal salts and they swear by it so maybe try that ♥️

Hi Yasmine I’m also breastfeeding and dealing with low milk supply but power pumping in the morning sometimes between 1-5am, using my elvie when I’m lazy to pump with my spectra, and a tablespoon of moringa powder helps me along with everything else you mentioned 🤗
