Hey guys! Its that time of year when everyone is getting sick...Yara caught her first cold ever and this is a little bit of how it went. She is feeling so much better now! I hope you guys are all staying healthy and safe.

Hi. Please consider mashing up some garlic, adding to lime+honey and putting it in ur fridge. Give 3 times a day with 1ml syringe( as soon as they wake up, midday, bedtime). It should be the first and last thing in their mouth. Helps cure them of cold in 2 days flat. Works every time

Sick toddlers are no fun. They hate that nose Frida. It gets a little easier if you spray a bit of saline in the nose first to loosen things up.
