Worth every penny given the amount of work for ONE dish. Looks just mouth watering, for starters.

In Austria this is called G'schisti G'schasti when you are not pondering the fundamental depths of creativity. Without adding onions, a savoury broth or cheese you cannot finish an aromatic risotto with herbal infusion & oil alone . . .
