The music is one of the only things about the show that stays consistent in its quality.
Literally the only thing that fell off was the writing. The cinematography, vfx, music, acting, editing all stayed as good as they ever were

@@MCRadical25 GOT's high points will never be topped for me so altough the ending really fucked me up the show will always have my heart, the actors seem so perfectly picked the music is GOD level, the cinematography is CLASS. I just read fanfics to give me different endings to the show I loved. I will say tough I feel season 6 wasn't bad I know the writing got more basic but it wasn't bad considering it was the first season without GRR's writing to help, also S6E10 has to be the best episode. Season 7 did mess it up for me tough the pacing was way too fast and it felt like the show outpaced the characters to the point that it feels like us and the characters are confused as to why things are just happening one after the other. in my opinion S8 did not have a chance bc of what S7 did.
Man, you can really tell Ramin loved Dany and her dragons. They always have the most powerful themes throughout the show.

The Mother Of Dragons was the reason we watched Game of Thrones! As least in my case! She won the last war but was triggered by the Bells? Jon Snow killed her as he shoved the dagger into her heart! Kinslayer/ Queenslayer is the worst U can be in Westeros! I read the books & it's emphasized! martin has had 13 years 2 deliver us Winds of Winter! D&D did both Queen Daenerys and Jon Snow dirty!!!
I cried when Breaker of Chains was played at the very end when Drogon carried her away! He's definitely going 2 Volantis 😢 where Kinvara is waiting!

Ugh my heart... Honestly been so depressed since the show ended, I honestly couldn’t describe it. The end of the show and how horribly it ended hit rather close to home for some reason. Dany, was strong like a dear friend of mine who helped me grow into the person I am today. Helped me be strong even through so much turmoil.
Dude as someone who was enamoured with Arya the first time she apeared watching them make her a CAMERA ANGLE in season 8 essentially hurt me a lot. Altough the show was still great I just read fan fics to help with it.

It literally does NOT make any damn sense how good this music is. Calling this a masterpiece of composition and arrangement is an understatement.
Ramin honored Daenerys Targeryen with his music if only D&D had done the same. The editing was flawless.

The dragon flying away with her body and the chime... absolutely tragic. In a tragic way she got what she wanted, the breakage of the wheel. Drogon didn't just stop it, he completely finished it off.

It seems to mainly focus on the Targaryen house, which is lovely, as the wildness and the impetuosity in their themes are always mystical, almost refering to living gods.
Targaryen, the house of Fire, therefore of raw life.

I can't hold my tears. So sad, Heartbreaking and beautiful. It is a Farewell to my beloved Daenerys. It is Drogon carrying the breathless body of his Mother to Valyria or to some other place in the East, where Danny can be revived.

Volantis, even Samwell Tarly was cut off by Bran. I think he's pretty evil because he could have spoken 2 Danny but kept his mouth shut.

All hail Queen Daenerys Targaryen Queen of the Andals and the first men, Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, Queen of Meereen, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, the Breaker of Chains, Protector of the Realm and Mother of Dragons.
There is one thing I really like about this arrangement. They say before you die your life flashes before your eyes and I think this soundtrack does something similar.
In the end we start hearing the music that accompanies Danaerys death, but instead of just fading out the music bursts again reminding us of all of Danys story. We hear Gorgeous beasts and are reminded of the awe that we had upon seeing the dragons for the first time, than it turns into Arrival of the Queen, showing how powerful she became and from that song we turn to her love theme with Jon in Flight of Dragons, which ultimately leads to her death, where her once so powerful theme turns into a sigh. I think this is really well done!
She was in Winterfell! Of course Jon would have people around him! They even drank a toast 2 the Dragon Queen! D&D just had LAZY script writers! She wouldn;t be phased! They should've gotten married!!

My Dragon Queen always had the best theme music! The music that was played as Drogon picked up and flew away with Dany's body broke 💔 me, the tears came out.

Drogon is said to be the embodiment of Balerion (aka black dread).
In the end, one of the three dragons, the strongest, was always and only enough for Daenerys.
In the books Daenerys gives more attention to Viserion and Rhaegal. But I guess the show didn’t have enough budget lol

Daenerys herself in the books is definitely a better character than the show.
Showrunners never understood the characters in the books ... or maybe they didn't really care about Martin's story, since they made bad characters who never were (Ellaria, The Waif, Stannis ...) and made completely good characters who instead had a gray soul (Tyrion).
@The Four Horsemen Stannis was completely ruined by D&D: I think the two of them also hated the actor who played him, Stephen Dillane, who in my opinion was also one of the best.
Then let's not talk about Euron, who in the books is literally the most evil and badass character of ASOIAF (the only one in the world to have Valyria steel armor!), and instead look at what they gave us on the show: a clown sadistic with a childish brain!
Really, from the fifth season onwards the show has become a D&D fanfic with the characters of Martin (to which, however, only the name remained, since their personality and their storyline has been radically changed!).
@The Four Horsemen If you want to watch the show, stop at the end of the fourth season, when show and books are still very similar.
If, on the other hand, you don't care that the show follows the books, then s06e10 could be a good ending to the show, because so far the story makes sense.
From the seventh season onwards, in fact, there is no longer any element of the books, and everything becomes stupid and illogical.
However, even the seventh season can still be watched, if you have no big claims.
But stop in the eighth season ... stop because from episode 3 onwards everything becomes a huge poke at the spectator, with the main villain completely changing from one episode to another, and everything to subvert the expectations of the spectator (while the writing becomes faster and more forced, until the last 35 minutes of the last episode, where the show becomes the parody of itself).

Emilia Clarke is Stunningly, Breathtakingly !! Unbelievably BEAUTIFUL and TOTALLY and Immaculately Convincing as Daenerys Targaryen !!!
If they had let her storyline end organically rather than making the changes to her psyche that they did the ending would have been amazing. Instead they dropped the ball for season 8 just to get it over with and call it done. They threw all their carefully cultivated legend and lore to the wind. They changed their main chsracters' personality types so drastically with barely any reason to warrant the change , they left really big plot points unresolved so they could focus on tiny ones that weren't as big of consequence to the story and ruined something that had become an obsession of a huge portion of the global populace. They were offered more time to aire more episodes to end it in a way that didn't feel rushed and half assed but didn't take it so they could just speed through and leave it with a lead up to an ending that not only reflected their rush job but also left 90% of the fans feeling insulted by the lack of care taken with ending a show that had become a large chunk of their weekly routines. I imagine if Leonardo DaVinci had just drawn a cresent shape with no lips or detail as the enigmatic smile of Mona Lisa it would have been less insulting to the art world than the last season of GOT was to its loyal fan base and viewing audience.

I just picture that once they ran out of book material they hired the minions to write their continuing story , and not the main minions that can say banana but the reject one that ate all the lead paint off the wall at his mom's house.

Yes, she did. Someone willing to kill hundreds of thousands of people does get the throne, doesn't deserve it. To quote King Jaehaerys II, every time a Targaryen is born, the gods flip a coin. Daenerys clearly got the wrong side of the coin and was batshit crazy.

Real ending: Jamie attempts to kill Daenerys, but Jon Snow saves her by sacrificing himself. Cersei then trys to kill Daenerys but Drogon arrives and breathes fire on her just before she reaches the Dragon Queen. The Targaryen Queen is pregnant with Jon snows child, the stallion that would mount the world. The Targaryens rule once again.
But she is Jon Snows aunt, the baby would be all disformed.
Daenerys Targaryen and her Dragons are the reason I watched the show. At the end I was screaming burn them all after Missandei yelled Dracarys as her final words.

The following themes: "Light of the Seven", "The Winds of Winter", " House Targaryen', " Long May She Reign" and all other themes are so powerful . They give you Goosebumps, TEARS and reach deep into your core AND HEART. I am in Love with Targaryens !
Season 8 is a perfect example of what happens when the guy who wrote the book the TV series is based on let studio executives have too much control of what they do with the source material
