Great video aaron, ive also been doing triathlon training but want a watch. Im looking at garmin forerunner 945, 955 and 255 for black friday. I heard all of them were good triathlon fitness watches, do you have any recommendations?
@FastFitnessForever oh no i haven't tried any of those u mentioned 😅😅 cos my 935 still going strong. Im thinking of the garmin 945 because it has track mode. So each lap of the track will be exactly 400m, not according to gps.
I use the Garmin 255 music. You can save around $70 getting the non-music version. I prefer the 255 over the 945 as it has a much more accurate multi-band gps and heartrate tracking. The 945 does has built-in map and navigation while the 255 only has breadcrumb navigation, which is not a deal breaker for me as I always bring my my phone along with me when running unfamiliar routes.
Great analysis Aaron. There are no secrets to training; consistency is key!
Ok 👍 8h ironman next :)

It's either that or the coros pace 3, I personally don't want to drop 400+ on a watch
