Maybe you could create a list of star notes "orphans" that are looking for a twin? Could be a way to earn some money by matching these up from different holders. It could be like a dating site for star notes...
It's already being done... it's known as "Project B13" :^)
Google "Project 2013B" and you will find the website where you can submit your serial numbers. If a matching serial number is found in their database, or in the future, they will contact you and the other banknote owner of your match and various ways you can proceed from there in you are interested in selling or buying. Their database currenly has over 50,000 serial numbers!

So, B00250001 thru B03200000 = No Dice. Which figures, given the only $1 B serial star I currently have is... B03068791 :' (
