About Celeste:
Celeste is a 2018 platforming video game designed, directed and written by Maddy Thorson and programmed by Thorson and Noel Berry. It is a fully-fleshed version of the 2016 PICO-8 game of the same name, which was made in four days solely by Thorson and Berry during a game jam. Set on a fictional version of Mount Celeste, it follows a young woman named Madeline who attempts to climb the mountain, and must face her inner demons in her quest to reach the summit.

I have 100%ed the game except for the goldens :) I don't think I have enough patience to do all the b-side ones

Good. Now do all grandmaster levels in Spring 2020 Collab mod. It's easy. You just need to master chained ultras, do some good spike tech, master throwable objects, maybe a demodash, and a sprinkle of luck and your good lol.

I haven't worked up to the grandmaster levels (expert's bein a real bitch lol) yet but the Spring Collab is easily one of the best mods I've played of ANY game, let alone Celeste.

advanced heartside already took me 9 hours to beat, and the first expert level I played is kicking me (around 2 hours, probably near the final screen)

wait until it gets to the third gap, and when you wallbounce off the move block, try to wait till the very end of the dash to jump. it should take practice to get that down but it gives a major height boost.

why do you have to play 8-B ? finishing 7 B-sides are enough for the farewell gate
8-B is easier than 7-B according to me. Also note that clearing 8-B unlockes C-sides and golden strawberries, if you want an extra challenge
@@voltarix1,you need to beat 7B to unlock 8B tho

or you can just hyper/super/wavedash through the farewell gate without doing any B sides, and then cry because everything after the heart gate is “easy”

Here - after that 0:36 moment you can just turn on the assist mode and complete the game a little easier and faster!
(damn I was shocked by that door, having only 5 hearts at hand. I predicted that completing that would take many many hours who knows for what and decided to cheat...)
you can skip it with speed tech, but the gate isn’t here to hold you back
