4:43 That gesture means "rock on," but it is sometimes used by fans of the Texas Longhorns as part of a rally cry.

the touching the noes on in UK means 2 things. The first means keep things secret, the second means none of ur business when u say to someone dont be nosey keep your noes out.

Finger to the nose means "not it," i.e. when there is a task that needs to be done and a person needs to be chosen to do it, the person doing that gesture is signaling, "not me".
The Japanese picked up the V from American soldiers who were taking pictures celebrating their victory at the end of WWII, so it's now very common in Japan and they even do a horizontal V.
Never offer your left hand to a Muslim. They don't use toilet paper, but instead wash their butts with water using their left hand, so it's considered dirty (even if you wash your hands every time).

Finger to the nose can mean (not always but can) "I know" or "I understand" or ina more slang English it could be said "I got you". So someone may say something like "don't let me forget milk when we go to the store" you could then gesture your finger towards your nose then point at the person as a way of saying I'll remind you.

Don‘t use the „thumbs up“ in arbic countries. It means l....let‘s say the finger ends up in a place where the sun does not shine.

I was speaking with someone in russia and they made a peace sign
✌️ But moved the fingers together and apart like a scissors ✂️
They said it is a greeting?

What does it mean when a person from Russia makes a diamond Shape with their hands. I see it on video shows and my favorite singer does it. I asked what it meant and they don’t know. Any ideas?

Like Jay-Z does it? I only know it from the Order of the Golden Dawn. An old occult symbol.
