I lived in Jacksonville back in the 90’s and fished Nassau Sound many times. I did real well there with sheep’s headband flounder and speckled trout.i used to wade fish on the northwest side of the bridge and slayed many nice fish. The finger mullet were always in abundance there. Nice video guys!

I have been wanting to try some sheepshead fishing from my kayak but that water definitely gets rough at times. You got me wanting to try it.

Awesome catch guys. I’m a disabled vet that just moved to Jax and looking to get fishing. I picked up a kayak to fish and think I’ll try some sheepshead this Tuesday or Wednesday morning. Have you guys ever fished the bridges in San Pablo creek?

I've caught many here in Louisiana.
Go along that shoreline and lift rocks up and you will more than likely find shore crabs to use for bait. That’s what we use they TEAR THEM UP!!!

@@SlotCityFishing We live in an area the “freezes in” every year, while it’s harder to cut holes in the ice and drag out our portable shelter we always have been getting heavy snowfalls with blizzard conditions.
It’s to difficult for my wife and I to get out on the ice because of these factors, we’re both in our mid 50’s and I have serious back problems.
We’re just going to sit back for awhile and watch you catch fish to get our angling “fix!”

So I guess you normally catch more sheep’s then they did and learned nothing. They showed great structure, demonstrated how to best fish it using free bait and free chum and you learned nothing. Seriously?
