This video might seem a bit unpolished, the reason for that is, after filming this, I was supposed to film another one fixing all of the problems, but the next thing that happened was me waking up early in the morning because of a loud bang, only to see my bagpipe on the ground in pieces… I will eventually 3d print it again whenever I can, this time with better settings.
IMPORTANT NOTES
I can’t play the bagpipe with the chanter and drones playing, I simply don’t have the blow strength, and playing the bagpipe is a pretty rare thing for me considering my neighbors, that should explain why the last part sounded so bad.
The tenors were tuned incorrectly, I mentioned in the video that there is another way to tune them which is by playing the chanter on a high A, and that is the ONLY good way to do it and I should have done that instead.
This bagpipe was printed with a very small amount of infill, about 30%, which is nowhere near enough to be good enough for the bagpipes, you should print these at 80% or more infill, with a minimum of 5 perimeters to prevent breakage.
As I said in the video, the chanter squeaks very hard when playing a grace note, hence why buying a real chanter can be a game changer.
Most of the problems in these bagpipes can be boiled down to human error, like tuning, printing settings, etc. which is why you should take this video with a grain of salt, this is only a concept showing how well it works and how much potential it has, I wish I had some information about this when making them, because I learned the hard way by spending a lot of wasted plastic just testing things, hopefully this video can be of help to you.

All other parts like the reeds were purchased on an online bagpipe parts store, any of them will work.
Thanks a lot to the Reddit community for helping make this possible, I started not knowing anything about pipes, and they have helped me troubleshoot all the problems I have encountered, this project wouldn’t be possible without them.
Do more videos on these pipes and updates videos.
once i reprint it i will post another video :)
A year later and no update video.
Long story short, bagpipes fell and completely broke into the pieces i once printed, i wanted to print another but my printer decided to not want to print properly for the last year, tried many things to fix only for nothing to work, in a couple of months im going to upgrade to another printer and then maybe hopefully i can go back to playing my bagpipes.
Sorry for the absence
