Great video!2/3 of my births we're natural and this 4 th one I plan on it being natural as well.

Thank you so much!! I used an app called “Freya” and I used it during labor to help me count my contractions and breathe. It helped so much! I have a birth course that I’m releasing soon that will help you get through labor and delivery let me know if you want the details on it 💕
Great tips which are actually effective. The statements that stuck with me most are “labor starts in your mind” and it’s absolutely true it does matter what you feed your brain 🧠 and also your body is made to do this! It can handle it!!! Thanks 🙏

i felt like i was born to do this labor wasn’t hard for me the contractions however was a different thing but i got him out easily
