Tomato Soup Recipe - It Doesn’t Get Any Easier!

A creamy tomato soup which you can make in no time 🍅 Baked tomatoes, basil, a touch of garilc, everything you can ask for. Definitely one of my favorite soups.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 8 medium tomatoes, about 2 lbs (900g)
- heavy cream cream - 1/4 cup (60g)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- garlic - 2 cloves
- extravirgin olive oil - 2tsp (30ml)
- parmesan cheese, grated
- a few leaves of fresh basil
- salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil
