RAY is Great Addition Remember He has a big family to support his main priority.
I have been thinking about this video all day. I think it is one of the best ever you have ever made, especially for business owners or future business owners. Perfect demo of how to have patience with employees while keeping your eye on the narrow path of getting the goal accomplished and being happy at the same time. Everything could have turned 180 right off the bat if any of the obstacles made you think oh poor pitiful me and you just stayed positive no matter what. I really appreciate the honesty about Bugs that you showed us and him. I am 62 and still work for money outside everyday, and wish he could have the eyes to see what you have done for him in return for what he has done for you and how excited you are to have finally accomplished the goal of getting the new land. Keep up the vision and everything looks awesome, including the new Mack and the wrap guys must have watched you and Eric joking about their ads on your box, lol.
Ryan thanks for all you do. You work hard and it shows through your guys (employees) Good wholesome content that is educational as well. I love Ray! He is always up to learn. I truly hope he is back next year. With nothing but respect from Kentucky
Man, I hope Ray comes back next year. I hope they all do! I've watched every video since the beginning of this channel, but I don't remember so much negative talk toward Bugs. He's the best guy you have and your right-hand man. Maybe talk to him about why he's so miserable?
Last year some of the attention could have been taken off Bugs, as the Destroyer was getting allot of it from slacking to wrecking stuff..... I agree Bugs is his right hand man, and something can be fixed at home so he is more happy... For Jades sake if nothing els as any dog should have a happy owner...
Great video. Love your crew. Bugs is a great guy: I can fully understand his negative attitude: he signed up for concrete not timber 😂 Hope to see Bugs Ray Franny and Eric next year. Tino is just around the corner😂
I really do hope so too that ray comes back next year! He seem to be a great addition to your team. You can tell he respects you and is receptive to you as well. I really like how patient you are with him how you are giving him that amount time to learn the skid steer. The more training now will make your job easier in the future.
I hope you and Bugs can hash it out, he's the only one who's ever shown up without an excuse everyday on time. Jade can be a little bit of a pain but I think Bugs is a great asset.
He is a great asset for sure… but any form of construction work is aggravating and stressful enough and your crew does not need a guy with an attitude to make it worse
I do hope Ray will be back next season, but it's understandable if another opportunity comes along, of course. With Ray, he's always on time, shows up with an open attitude of putting the right foot forward, and is always open for learning how the boss & team wants things done the correct way - not just him start doing it, and it end up being the wrong way. He takes responsibility for his actions too. It's quite commendable and he's an invaluable member of the team, regardless of the little tasks and jobs he does. He's still learning and wanting to be actively doing something - you can tell he doesn't want to have to keep asking the boss of what's next, he has that drive of wanting to get in the loop of things and just automatically start doing them, similarly how Bugs does. I believe the Victory team got a winner with him for this season. it's a rarity these days of hiring a worker that isn't set in a specific way or path, but instead, is open for criticism and learning the proper ways of doing the job per the employer. I don't work in construction, but I've managed retail in the past at a huge conservation retailer, and to be honest, it was similarly in the same boat of hiring someone that's willing to work with you, not against you. Good work!

Hang in there! some days you have to be more of a "boss" when we don't want to cause you've seen how well they can work. But when it comes to realizing the day to day issues or excuses is when you put the foot down. They will truly know what opportunities you have given them and being such an awesome boss. I hope Ray sticks around same with the rest of the crew. Your cohesion is just awesome.

You know Ray has had a huge smile on his face reading all these comments the last few videos. All my homies love Ray
I love to watch you guys having fun to try and figure this stuff out. I've been in remodeling for 7+ years and I've seen it all. On some of my personal stuff I love to do the same things if I mess up a cut. As long as the customers stuff is right then we're good 😂
Man I know Bugs is tough around the edges but he is the most solid guy you got! Without a doubt! 🤠
Yeah but being negative spreads to the rest of the crew . You can get off a crew quick with a bad attitude.
@@tylerwhite4743 53:20 says otherwise, and I'm sure you know more about ryan's crew than ryan himself
15:37 Every single time Ryan does a bugs impression, it gets me, I cant help but smile or chuckle a bit.
GOOD Job with the storage shed Ryan for Victory, Three Days, Cheaper if you got someone to do it for you, just in diesel alone to get supplies, is expensive Love the channel, take it easy on bugs he's always on time and reliable when you get to his age being moody is part of getting Old to some people, your sense of humor Ryan is why this channel is popular and better than any other concrete channel. RAY is Great Addition Remember He has a big family to support his main priority.
Ray looks cool all the crew looks cool hope they all come back next year
The work yall have put in looks amazing, thanks for taking us along
Francisco and bugs have done a great job❤
An HOUR of FINE entertainment is exactly what I needed right after church! It's VERY EASY to relax to your videos!
Always a good day when there’s a victory video involved enjoying seeing the land come together
Ray is great he is so funny. Especially when he said Tino better start walking
Really enjoying this content about the land - nice variety. Thank you.
Lol
Love all the daylight showing through the siding when you did the tour st end of the video!!😂😂😂
Bugs has worked for him for like 20 years. That's just how he is. Having a talk isn't going to change who he is as a person.
Great video. Love your crew. Bugs is a great guy: I can fully understand his negative attitude: he signed up for concrete not timber 😂 Hope to see Bugs Ray Franny and Eric next year. Tino is just around the corner😂
I hope Ray comes back he is so willing to learn
He already has a new job the sesson is over
How do you know? @@Sa.d.bo26
Not helpful if the bad energy is there hes the guy that spreads negativity and most guys wont last working with that type of every day work
I agree ,complaining, like that on the channel is very childish
Youneed a number one guy to help n with n evertything
Good work!
i cant say it enough i absolutely love this channel and what you guys stand for. the land is looking great! my family and i are in the process of buying anoff grid land to homestead with chickens, goats, and eventually a few cattle but as you know its a learning process. weve seen 3 places so far and have yet to find our new home but i know in time we will. i pray all goes well for everyone although our plans arent always His plans. its in HIs time not ours. stay humble, be kind, help each other out to achieve victory together. VICTORY for the win! God bless yall
This was a refreshing video, reminds me of home projects: slow progress and tons of HD trips!!
You are very have lucky to have ray apart of the team he is so loyal and honest just a all around stand up dude!
really enjoy these videos, looking forward to the winter shop vids again too.
Ryan doing carpentry is probably the best content I've ever seen❤
Thought it was sooo entertaining 😅I especially loved the template fiasco and the multiple trips for shopping. Why can’t one just get on the job !!😮😳😰😂
Hope he doesnt try to make a living doing carpentry
Keep up the good work. My favorite thing was the video was long, every time so I can watch it like it a movie. Make some popcorn and too watch your videos.
Tino is a hard worker and just needs a bit of luck 🍀 and definitely a reliable car.
I'm loving the land improvement videos. Very interesting and something different from concrete jobs every video.
Been a subscriber for a long time now, and I can say I love your videos normally. Concrete is awesome! But these special project videos are just that…. special. Your crew seems to have a blast (aside from some pows given here and there) lol
Cut BUGS a little slack!!! The man is a priceless jewel. He doesn't gripe any more than you. Listen to yourself some time. You have a great crew. Watching you all is a treat for many of us who look forward to each and every episode of your lives. Thank you for everything.
Completely agree. When did disrespecting your elders become ok?
@@teresastephenson84He's not disrespecting anyone. Bugs needs to change that bad attitude.
He doesn't gripe anymore than you? How would you know, you clearly dont work there or stand next to them 24/7 to know what happens there behind the camera. That was probably years of built up frustration that Ryan has over bugs constant bad attitude.
@@Bundy663 well…I don’t think you work there either.
@@Bundy663we may not see bugs on cam complaining but we see ryan complain in every video. We know for a fact ryan complains, but we just gotta take ryans word that bugs complains all the time off cam.
Thanks for the Sunday video Ryan you have a great crew
You have the patience of a Saint Ryan lots of stress in your day but then you are ok pretty quick again lol Good work 👍
Bugs did really good on the shed! Another Great Video 👍 Great content, keep up the great work!
As a carpenter, it is hard watching the shed construction lol woooeee
This is a good video it shows it’s not all laughs and clowning around . Keep it up your doing good bossman
Awesome upgrade. You all have good skills That roof though!!!!!!👍🏼😎☀️
Ray good job man keep learning your the biggest dude and you offer to help like your 3 guys. If that makes sense
It’s honestly hilarious how efficient you guys are at concrete, and how brutal a little carpentry is. Me and my 3 guys would knock that out in a 10 hour day maybe a few hours the next day. But it’s what we do…have us pour 3 yards and it’s taking two days and there’s gonna be a lot of whining 😂
Same with us carpentry we’re the best, we did 2 4x4 side wall slabs, took us 2 days 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yeah as a carpenter, watching them frame was hilarious, but i'm sure it would be just as funny for them watching me do concrete.,
@@tommosher8271*tolerance. Spelling doesnt take much skill either
@@tommosher8271 imagine gatekeeping different trades 😂
@@tommosher8271 that doesnt make any sense
Love the videos Ryan. I have watched all of them.
Its much anticipated and must see tv! Thanks to you and all the guys.
Ryan is the perfect example of how nothing in life works out perfectly but you have to adjust on the fly, often.
The crew is awesome!! A couple of them might need a good "POWWW," so they quit taking your kindness for granted, but hopefully, they straighten out!!
An hour long of victory to start my week IS MY FAVOURITE
That ratchet belt is the best thing ever. I'll never go back to traditional belts!! And Ray better come back. Love your crew!!
Poor Ryan should not have to deal with grumpy old men, to the point he rather send him home. Awesome job Cisco the roof looks awesome and everything looks good at the new land. Ryan your plans are coming together
@@tommosher8271Bugs needs to lose the bad attitude.
@@tommosher8271 The only one whining every day is bugs. Bugs needs to apologize to the whole crew for his terrible attitude and realize he cant get a job anywhere else being a felon.
@@patrickstar1303Bugs is like 70 years old lol he’s just a grumpy old man
@@tommosher8271 of course he needs another job, he couldn't even spare ryan 250 dollars for a few hours the other day because he had "things to pay". None of the people in that crew need to respect a felon
The reason why he let crabby Al go
I don’t want anyone leaving, love all of you guys. Loving watching you guys build your dream Ryan I laughed a lot today. Love to you all and no one leave please please please stay together.
I do believe you bought and have a paint sprayer in your winter shop. Know this is a few days delayed and doesnt matter now, but you definitely have or had a sprayer at the winter shop.
All I can say Ryan your an exceptional person. You treat people with respect.
Bugs is bugs he helps keep everyone in line 😅 Ryan your a good dude thats taken advantage of but its worth it 99 percent of the time 😅
That crinkle look paint job looks professional !
Perhaps Ray is working carefully rather than slowly. I imagine he's worried about scraping up your truck.. The shed looks pretty good!
I love you guys Ryan...Absolutely some of the best individuals that I would love to meet! Keep up the good work guys
Oh cmon Bugs don't complain that much he was stressed wantes to get it done for you on time. He didn't wanna disapoint... the crew did a amazing job! You honestly have a amazing team and i hope everyone stays next season. This is a golden crew! Also paint the metal bars white or red Yes victory red!! Gonna look amazing for sure
Buggs is killen us..." he's not a roofer he's a man on a roof!!😂😂😂". Yes praying Ray can make winter work and hopefully come back next season. He has become a large presence among the men and with a beard
😊.
Bugs the best🔥cranky or not you’ll never find another man like that💯
Sure you can
go to real construction sites, they're full of them. Actually, bugs would never last there cause they wouldn't put up with his nonsense and send him home with a lesson
@@Bundy663he’s a conceret worker? I mean being rushed to do something that’s not on your job description it can make you moody! American mantality is wack😂😂don’t get offended
You have a good solid crew now I’m happy for you sir I wish I could work for you to show you my dedication and skill
Gotta let Big Ray know other places might not take him to lunch. Or have best mom Mondays.
I’m sure this is not rays first job
Having your boss buy you lunch occasionally and having his mom bring lunch isn’t gonna be a deciding factor for anyone.
You definitely need to keep Ray around. Like someone else said his vibe at work is excellent and that's hard to find these days. As far as the coffee maker goes Ryan, they have those one's that have a timer on them. You can set it to start brewing at 6am and it will be there waiting for you. I know, I know it's trip #74 to Home Depot but it's worth it. Wishing the best for all of you.
Bugs seems like he doesn’t have any close friends to spend time with. Loneliness will make you bitter
shed looking good.bugs is old school but getting old hens he doesent like to be under pressure. great job.
Not everybody can be in a good mood all the time man but bugs always shows up early or on time and always works his hardest venting his frustration or not. If anyone should be let go I would say Tino, I like Tino but he acts like a teenager most of time. He always makes excuses and shows up late.
And always first that wants to go home lol
What you saw on video was years of Ryan's built up frustration of dealing with bugs constant whining and terrible attitude, doesn't matter how good you work. bugs needs to be shown the door.
