Hey man, I'm pretty young, 31 years old. I've been doing heavy civil construction now for about 12 years now and I just recently got a superintendent position about 6 months ago, at a different company. I was at my company before this for 11 years. Went from apprentice laborer to foreman. I've had serious imposter syndrome going from foreman to superintendent, instead of being in there and doing the work I've had to separate myself and plan ahead of the guys which is weird. I've been watching a lot of your videos for tips and help on how to be a good manager. I try and emulate you a lot. And I appreciate the advice you give.
