@@Docstantinople Yea that’s very true. In some aspects its good that he knew what the problem was but I tend to think if a mechanic knows the problem before even looking at it then maybe they contributed to the problem? Back when I worked for somebody else, my boss never once took me out to eat to a restaurant in 10 years working for him and I would imagine 99% of bosses in construction don't do that. thank you for taking us on the way with your business and paving the road for some of us new business owners. An idea would be a couple fuel tanks on that Pad with the electricity box. Would be EASY money!

I’ve been a construction worker before, carpenter, installing doors and windows. I currently weld and make cars for GM. I’ve never really watched any related content on UA-cam, I’m a gamer and rap enthusiast so thats the demographic of content creators I typically watch, but I’ve been a full time watcher of you for just about a couple years now? It’s been awesome to see how far you’ve come, to see you helping out your crew and son with pursuing UA-cam as well as their career in concrete. Nobody could ask for a better boss than you. Congrats on the new land and the new shop you set up

Possible idea for the shed is where there are no shelves put up some peg board then you can hang some stuff up on it. They sell white faced pag board that way you get some brightness and possible storage in the same shot. Just a thought.

Please all of you don't take each other for granted. You have a good thing going. GOD bless!

Ryan if you'd do the required dot inspection on all trucks everyone that drives every morning, they would find things wrong before something happens.
That fuel filter or pump on the older dump truck seems needing replacement..that's one reason things break down and it's a surprise. Someone checking that old truck would have noticed low oil..again

Tinos definitely doing some kind of substance. Having to use the bathroom 6 times within a few hours. I’ve worked basement waterproofing for 8 years now and seen like 40-50 different co workers since. Alcoholics. Pill addicts. Other drug users. It’s the kind of people you run into working in the trades. The most unsuspecting people do stuff. You’d never think some of the people that do stuff. But always. He is too careless with it and wastes too much too doing whatever he’s doing
