ok you've got 3 interpretations of this song. Simom and Garfunfunkle, it was a warning. Disturbed it was anger at failure to heed the warning. Puddles, it's a deep sadness at the result of failure to heed the warning. 2 covers true to the original but with different emotions
I love Puddles his voice is amazing, I have followed him for a while. He did an interview years back it was really infighting. I saw him on AGT they did not understand him, He did make it past the 1st round.
You gotta react to "Du måste finnas - Helen Sjöholm (Kristina från Duvemala)" It's from the musical "Kristina från Duvemåla" written by Björn & Benny from ABBA. The story is about the swedish emigration from Sweden to USA during the 1800's & early 1900's. The summary of the story is that Kristinas seventh child died during the migration, and she's singing about God. Fun fact is that actually 10% of Minnesotas population have Swedish heritage (It has english subtitles)
What else can I say... loved the reaction again 😊 P.s He's the only clown I know without a chainsaw or some other thing that can cut you in a half, lol 😅
Hey 👋 great to wake up to see you! Woah the headphones made all the difference!! It gave me brain tingles! Ok I’m off to do some research! See ya later I’m back and I got it! brilliant! You’re funny 🤣
Hi Chris, he’s got a great voice. That being said…. the whole clown thing really gives me the heebie jeebies. I have to just listen to his voice/song without watching him and then I really enjoy his music. 😀 As always, great to see you Chris.
Bobaflex has a decent cover of Sound of Silence, but Disturbed's and likely Puddles is better. They are all unique in their own way and not just a carbon copy. And sorry but my 20+ year old Creative Labs 5.1 speakers are FAR better than most headphones. I do like that he slowed the song down like Disturbed did as I think it suits the song better. Bobaflex is probably even faster that Simon and Garfunkel's version, but it is more of a harder 80s rock style with a cool video too. Puddles has a crazy good voice, but I am not sure I like the style as much as the original or Disturbed's... or even Bobaflex.
Saw Puddles on AGT a while back. I just can't do it. The clown thing just messes up the whole vibe for me. It's too bad because he can actually sing, but I just can't take it seriously because...well...clown.
Puddles ends it with the literal sound of silence.
A genius move.
That was a cool ending!

A classic song just has to be treated differently. This was, indeed, brilliant.
Puddles can sing and that's a fact my friend. Great review Larry 💟

He is so good. Like an old school country western take on it.
That ending 😂 genius

Puddles is amazing! Glad to see ya Chris!
You too! Hope all is peaceful on your end!
Wasn't sure about this one at first but it kinda grows on ya as it goes. Good one Chris. And yes I had head phones on.

This sounds like if Johnny Cash did this version.. holy shit. I love Puddles Pitty Party since AGT!
Darn has it been too long since I've seen a video of yours! Love the new intro. Much more in line with your laid back demeanor!
Thanks Angus!
Hi Cutie
Ha ha the best end ever 😅
Loved this 😊
This version is every bit as good as Disturbed's.
but can everyone else do it without blinking?

lol, too funny! I totally get it!
The bad part about not getting Marcel Marceau jokes is that a mime is a terrible thing to waste.
You LITERALLY just made me crack up out loud! BRILLIANT!
Can you please react to Life is Beautiful- By Lil Peep…..I think you will enjoy this one.
third is a charm… 😎
U couldn't just say different while it still played?
you need to take your pills. The one artist who could cover this song right is AURORA.
Oooooh, Aurora would crush it.

Too funny! I totally get it. His "shtick" seems to really work for me, but clowns could be a little... unsettling...
First! 😅
Nope Disturbed and Panotinic both BETTER! Puddles had a great voice but seems he would be more fitting with Gospel
