Thank you for making this video! I am an American man who by the miracle of modern technology has fallen in love with a Tongan woman. I have been to Tonga once to know her home, and she is currently here with me in Utah to know my home. The plan is that I will join her in Tonga and it's something that I never thought I'd do and requires a lot of faith. Your story is beautiful.
Love your story. I met my palangi husband on a blind date 23 years ago and next month we will be celebrating our 22nd anniversary. ‘Ofa lahi atu kia moua mo homo fanau.
By serving your mission in our homeland, you’ve nurtured our culture and have made it a part of your life. The love that you have for Tonga shows by the way you talk and carry yourself. Thank you for choosing to share your story with us!
Don't know how I stumbled upon this, but what a beautiful story! I really admire the love and respect you have for your wife! I hope to find love like this one day!
One of the best things about most Tongan women is that they will always stay loyal and stick by your side through the worse. You did a great thing following your heart.
Awesome stuff. I couldn't stop laughing at the "LOCK YOUR HEART LOCK YOUR HEART!" But a beautiful love story, and you're a trooper for being the obedient missionary. Your wife is beautiful too. Defs a new subbie, will watch your other vids now! Much ofas x
I love how transparent you are. I want to thank you as well. I am Hawaiian an married a Caucasian man who sounds much like you. He accepted the Hawaiian culture after being raised by a Hawaiian family at the age of 16. He fished in a small opelu skiff to make a living. The part you talk about looking in a mirror expecting to see someone brown looking back sounds just like him. Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed your sense of humor and I can see Tonga has embraced you as well. Aloha🌺

Great vid Kulisi, I stumbled across your channel searching for Ha'afeva - you're a legend and your Tongan is pretty impressive! Was just reading up on Captain Cook who stopped by in your vicinity in Nomuka after Tahiti, and it seems like his crew shared your sentiments Tongan women were 'fo'i suka'....('ouaaaa!).. referring in diary entries to their 'exquisite' forms.
