- In this video we visit Topsail hill preserve state park campground in Florida. One of the premiere state Parks in Florida, Topsail Hill state park is a must stop destination for any RVer. Close proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants with all the aminities one could want.
The campsites have full hook ups (Water/Sewer & Electric 30/50amp) Clean bathrooms and showers and laundry room. Plenty of hiking and bike trails and a quick walk to the beach. When we checked in we told them this was our first time here. They said, "we would be back" and sure enough, we want to go back!
We also take a drive down Florida sceneic Highway 30-A. A quick stop at Grayton Beach State park and dinner at the famous "Stinky's Fish Camp"
We are Chris & Katrina embarking on our new full time journey. A journey that will take us from one coast to the other. And stopping at various places along the way. Exploring new site and meeting new friends.

My favorite tent camping place!
We can definitely see why it would be. 😁
Like the new hat
My favorite hat so far! Thank you and thanks for watching!
Loved your video! Yall are so cute
Thank you! Appreciate you watching and leaving a comment. Safe travels and Hapoy New Year!
Just down the road from me
Exactly where are you staying? And is it the same or better than Topsail?
@@oureverydaygetaway I'm currently living on property of the electrical contractor that I work for. The good part is my rent is very cheap. The view sucks, but I know some boondocking spots that put me about 15ft off the water and I stay at those on weekends from time to time, if I haven't gone somewhere.out of town.
That is a really nice looking campground and beach.. thank you for shearing :)
It really is! Dude, I didn't want to leave. Could get use to that Florida living, at least during the Fall and Winter months.
That is a really nice park. And the best way to explore it is with bike. Thanks for showing around. 👍
Topsail is laid out real nice. And yes, a bike is the best way to explore it.Trying out best to get back there next year. Our video review of Topsail will be out next week. Thanks so much for watching!
@@oureverydaygetaway looking forward to your review 👍
Great looking beach. We need this on our list.
It really is! Do yourself a favor and try to stay there if and when you can. We trying to go again next year.
If Y'all go back to Topsail head west toward Fort Walton Beach just past Destin Fl is a place called Stuby's best seafood in the area the only place I eat seafood when going there
Thanks for the suggestion. Will be there this December. Thanks for watching and enjoy everyday you can getaway. 😊
Very nice, added to our Florida places. love it. "The Gator Hunter" You are correct where there is one there is more. NO......Thank you! lol See Y'all
Katrina has a fear of Gators and Bears. Thanks bro! I said it before and will say it again, looking forward to meeting you guys in person one day.
That’s a cool campground your videos are great! 🙂
Thanks so much Makayla! You would love it!
Sweet. Right next door to the Topsail Hill is the Coffeen Nature Preserve where my sister-in-law lives (her husband was Ed Coffeen.) That emerald coast beach area is really beautiful, but the roads where she lives are too narrow, with low hanging branches that took off the WiFi antenna on my MH. That park looks much more spacious though. It's a small world.
Too bad you can't get in there without issues to your motorhome. That is one of our favorite areas. Small world indeed! Thanks for watching!
We stayed for the first time last month, just after Thanksgiving. We just booked again for the same time next year. Perfect weather and quiet. We had site 73 last time and will be at site 75 next time. Both sites are on the large pond, some call a lake.
It really is an amazing place. And conveniently located as well. Thanks so much for watching!
That's a nice state park campground. Full hookups is a bonus. I could skip the gators though lol.
You got that right! It's a hard park to get into but it's worth it. We are trying to secure a stay there in February 2022 or next Fall.
We're looking to book for November next year. This place looks so awesome. Love that it's full hookup, great t-mobile coverage and even a pool and cable tv.
I’m telling you, this is place was great! The gal at the check in counter was right. We’re trying to go back next year around the same time. Good luck!
did u see any gators come out of the water?
Yes, we saw one in the larger pond. 😱
Lyn's sister is always looking for gators when she is in FL. LOL Thanks for showing around the campground, something that
RVers are always interested in of course. Showing the site map of campgrounds would be appreciated too. Another good video, a suggestion....when there is that much inside back ground noise make it a very short clip.
Wherever we go, Katrina is paranoid about Gators and Bears. Go figure. Funny you should mention that Jim. We have a review of Topsail coming out next week. Thanks for the suggestions and I'll remember that for future vids.
