Awesome Video, we have a place at Tops'l and love it there but Grayton Beach is by far my favorite place in SOWAL.

Can’t wait to go back. I was in a cottage but next will time I’ll try for a condo directly on the beach with view. thx so much! ♥️

Im a 45 year old single male. Where if any are the younger or single partier type people. Or the beach that single women would go???😂 would that be Grayton beach? Or would there be 30 times better luck in Tampa or Broward County

Crab island is 10 miles from Hidden Dunes but the time will vary with tracffic 10-20 minutes
What is your favorite Beach on 30A?
The one I plan to see for the first time this weekend. Alys Beach!
None of them - they are all too crowded!
Fun Fact: Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach were all designed by DPZ, one of the premiere design and planning firms whose principals were co-founders of The Congress for the New Urbanism. They also participated in the county's regional planning and are largely responsible for the prevalence of mixed-use buildings, generous public spaces, and neighborhood connectivity in south Walton County, having famously fought tooth and nail to connect the streets of brand-new Seaside to those of older Seagrove Beach (a design ethos adopted by the planners of Watercolor who, in turn, connected their streets to Seaside). The few gated communities are hideous aberrations that violate the principles of the regional plan. Shame on you, Watersound! Shame!

Could you please explain "Regional Beach Access" versus "Public Beach Access"? I like to camp, sleep in RVs, use inexpensive housing/motels north of the beach condos, etc.
