After so many years I still love this game, and it's amazing that there are still many active players in 2024 after so many years. Good video, congratulations.
I just recently finished my computer / game room. I built a retro PC and installed all my favorite games from 1995-2004 on it. Been playing a lot of Unreal Tournament 2004 the past few days and having as much fun now as I did when it came out😂
You get adrenaline by either picking it up or scoring points with frags or flag captures etc. Once you've got 100 you can do an adrenaline combo: Speed = forward four times Booster = back four times (gives health & shield over time) Invisibility = right twice, left twice Beserk = forward twice, back twice (doubles the fire rate)
... I have been playing this game so much when I was a small kid, and recently I decided to relive the magic, I DIDNT KNOW ANY OF THIS (or well almost, I figured out elevator jumping myself lol), but then again I only learned about what adrenaline does like... yesterday, hopefully this will help me with Clanlord :p Thanks for the helpful video!
Haha this is such a hilarious video! Educating in such an entertaining manner :D Even though I know all of these movement tips, they are delivered in such a great way. Especially that this video has no bullshit in it, just straight to the point, and good with 3rd person view just to clarify things. Thumbs up, sub and shared. Thank you for making this, KindaRandomUsername! :D
When I played UT2004 for the first time I disabled dodging since I used to double tap on edges like an idiot and always killed myself. Later my friends told me you can be really fast with dodge. After some practise, I got from experienced to adept. Now after those years I started playing this game again. Still adept... x3
@@esef6910 hahaha only single player. I played this when I was younger, and I never figure out how to jump higher or how to climb some obstacles like the bots and other players. I am from Brazil, here nobody plays this anymore.
@@marceloavila786 thats awesome! i played all versions since ut99 - but my favorite ut (2003) is completely dead. no server, no players. i would love to play online again. :)
Then there is bio-shield jumping, shield-elevator jumping, bio-shield-elevator-jumping maybe combined with wall-dodge jumping lol, tho I doubt they have much practical use in deathmatch
you're good, both at the game and at explaining things, i just installed this game to play with some highschool buddies that i dont see around often and i found your thread this and the weapons guide is great, very nice job...can you tell me whats the adrenaline for? i didnt pay much attention in single player
Always wondered how people kept up with Quake 3's speed in Unreal Tournament and, thanks to this video, I now know how.
Thanks for the guide!
Why am i watching this when ive known this for years lol

@@esef6910 It's sad that epic sattled down with fortnite and completely forgot unreal franchise.

Thanks man...just bought the game yesterday on steam
Thanks. Nice set of tutorials there :)
I'm sad I've missed out on a lot of the UT days.
Btw I like you and your videos.
There are still active people today. Especially the UT 1999. That's really active nowadaya.
Is there a way to bind your dodge to a single key press instead? I'm used to how Warfork does it.
Great vid ! Wish i saw it in 2004 though ..

Great guide! Thanks for the investment :)

Oh hey. Love your Doose Ecks video man!
goood! this was accurate
Why couldn't you dodge at a wall and dodge off it? I hated how they limited you to only jumping at a wall which made it useless 😒
aye guys wanna play sumtime?
Sure
And they never settled to play
And bacause the comment section didnt bother to learn any of the games fundamental mechanics we now cant have good fps games.
Thanks sir!
