thank you for a very informative video ,been using this scope in its wulf 4k guise in the UK for a year now , absolutely over the moon with it and agree with everything you mentioned,
also cleared up a question as I thought it was a rebadged atn 4k but obviously not otherwise you'd have mentioned it ,

Great review, I have owned the atn 4k pro now for nearly as long as you because of the reviews you gave it, you helped me make up my mind to get one ! Thank you, my question to you is , if you're atn failed and couldn't be repaired, would you get another one or would you get this one ? But I am asking as a shooter,it's not as a film maker, I have been and am still really pleased with my atn ! Thanks for what you do and please keep on doing the great work 👍👍👍
With the new Gen 5 line from ATN being released, you can now get the 4K pro 3-14x for $570, so I’d probably give the edge to ATN due to $80 cheaper. But it’s a very tough call at this point. Depends on what broke on the ATN, and how well it suited you thus far. I think you’d be very happy either way.
Hind sight I think thermal imaging as a monocular and a infrared scope would be most advantageous imo. Pan with the thermal detect any heat signature then confirm with infrared night vision through your rifle weather it is fair game or a mistaken livestock or non game species. Seems safer this way to me. I have the ATN Thor 4 rifle scope. Have not hunted with it yet as our season is only November - March.

Agreed in your logic, and this would be the ideal setup in my opinion. The one advantage to a dedicated thermal optic is that if shooting animals on the run you can quickly identify hazards in the background, whereas night vision may be more limited to what is visible outside the IR flood.

@@Hunter4Life. not for cheap at least! I think thermal overlaid on night vision imagery is starting to be a thing, but not cheap or readily available on the civilian market.

I believe I may be one of the first. But it looks like Sniper Hog Lights is now selling this same scope package under a different name, and in the European market it sells under a different name as well. I have only seen good reviews elsewhere, and I still believe it’s the best for the money that I’ve tested to date

I reached out to AITO and they said up to .416 Barrett, so you’re good under a majority of calibers.
If you were looking to buy in this price point would this be your choice compared to x sight 4k or some of the others?
This comes in less then the X sight. Not sure it’s a totally fair comparison. I think this is one of the absolute best I’ve tested for the money though.

How does it compare to scopes like the Pard DS35-70 LRF and HikMicro Alpex if you have used either of those?
I have not used either. Hopefully the sample footage I included let’s you judge it’s performance compared to anything you may also be considering.
