The problem is that the Blood elves are unable to stop the scourge incursion because at level 20 all their heroes leave for parts unknown and never, ever return.
Said Apprentice was trying to discern if it can be cured using wholly arcane means. Meanwhile in Cata, we see that the Plaguelands (which are even more corrupted) can be cured by druids, which sadly the Blood Elves didn't have in their starting zone. Even better, the Sunwell (which infuses the entire land with energy) is now part-Holy. So who even knows what might happen?
+Wowmusicable Making terrain is the easy part. Coding the quests, npcs patching and spawnpoints, nodes, loot drops, mob abilities, timings, events, etc, etc. That is the hard part.
+Hayven Games Random Question, have you been to the blue/green valley behind the Ghostlands portal? I went there with a friend and eventually we managed to get onto a roof in the uninstanced version of Stratholme.
+Spaetzle May as well have just swung the camera around to the non-ruined areas. I can't get with this because it's fixing a handful of blemishes in what is otherwise a homogeneous zone.
what he is doing with the restoration is showing us what quel'thalas looked like before arthas and the scourge attacked silvermoon in search of the sunwell's powers. this is what the area probably would have looked like prior to the coming of the scourge, and prior to the events at stratholme. this is also just before sylvanas windrunner died trying to defend silvermoon, when she was raised as a lich/banshee as a slave
I would have kept a _sliiiight_ blueish hue to the ghostlands, make the grass be more of a darker shade of greenish blue than the bright lemon/lime colors you picked for it. More golden and bright the closer everything is to the sunwell, and more emerald & malachite green the further away everything is. But that's just me... to each their own...
This was just 5 minutes of me repeatedly saying "oh it's so beautiful". I'll be honest, there were a few times I teared up. Absolutely wonderful job so far, can't wait to see the finished product!
They will need "experts" to make concept even for existing zones. Then another experts who will decide about cutting content and another set of experts to execute it. After this 1 year long process just another set of experts would come to select what to scrap (because they don't like it) and then it will go to PTR because paying for QA is too expensive so players (paying customers) will spend their time to test product for which they are paying instead of just playing it and have some spare time for real life too. Do not forget about long and boring anouncement video full of passionate gibberish set to june, with selected representants so people will start thinking "Bobby good, Bobby no goblin". 😁
As a blood elf fan looking at this frustrate me even more over Blizz. Fantastic work they did Blizz should really hired them for these restoration projects God knows it long since overdue.
This is absolutely stunning. As a long-time blood elf fan, I have to say this fills me with so many emotions. It would be great to see this implemented into the live servers, though I doubt Blizzard would ever put as much effort as you did to the game. Thank you for this, it's absolutely lovely. Can't wait to see more!
I would love to see the High/ Blood elf starting zones revamped like this. It would be awesome to see them do something close to what they did with East and West Plaguelands. Also be nice if the did work to Silvermoon so you could use flying mounts in the zone. But, it would likely be more work then Blizzard is willing to do, seeing that they haven't touched The Burning Crusade zones since they finished them back 2006.
+Laughing Man They actually touched the zones for one little addition back in Cataclysm... The additional flight paths. v..v I would love to see them incorporated into the normal game maps by now with the proper settings, so that you can simply fly into the zones without having to change maps.
Now that the Lich King has been dead for several years, I think it would be high time for the zones that were corrupted by the Scourge to atleast start recovering from the Scourge taint. In the end, nature always prevails. But In my opinion, Blizz should go back to old zones and change them according to where your character is in the story. What I mean is that if your character is 110 and you go back to the Eastern Plaguelands, grass and trees should atleast have grown back and there should be a lot less Scourgy things. Going back to old zones should feel as though it's been saved and that you are actually making a difference in the world. I would say that Blizz should, while developing expansions, make a version of a zone where things are as they were before it went to shit. Just my opinion.
This remind me Quel'Thalas from Warcraft 3 and Undead Campaign. It's more High Elven version of Quel'Thalas. Quel'Thalas from WoW with all those spring/autumn trees is amazing too, but not the same as in Warcraft 3.
First I thought that restoring Quel'Thalas meant restoring the city from its lazy design so that you would be able to finally fly over it and don't see a horrible messs.
This is lazy, because the only reason to make a location that is observable only at a certain angle is to have less work. Every single other zone is view angle friendly. And at the very least it's lazy because now flying exists and instead of finishing this zone and placing it where it's supposed to be on the map, Blizzard simply banned flying not only here, but beyond Azuremyst Isle too. This reminds me of a story where a sleepy sailor gave an order to change the course of the whole ship (with thousands people on it) just to move a sun beam from his eye since he didn't want to make the effort of moving his ass along lol
no, originally everything looked like crap from the sky, except for certain parts of major cities (the ones you flew over in cinematics and on flight paths). When they introduced flying on Azeroth they went back and redid a lot of the buildings in various places so they didn't look like shit from the sky. Silvermoon and the Exodar were stuck on the BC servers, where you couldn't fly anyway. I'm pretty sure that's not the reason why they didn't update these places. I'm quite sure the reason is that they were focused on updating all of Azeroth. Since Eversong Woods was one of the few zones in the game that actually had decent questing (along with Elwynn Forest and a few others) they didn't see a reason to change it. I was hoping they'd revamp it for Mists when they added monks. But no, they just stuck a monk trainer there. *sigh*. Given that, it looks like they'll never update Silvermoon: even though it desperately needs it now.
You can say it's lazy that they still haven't revamped the region for flying mounts at this point but the reason it was designed in such a way in the first place was so that it could run better on people's PCs at the time. There is absolutely no reason to render every little detail if the player can't even see it. Every video game does this.
As a huge fan of high elves it really makes it worse when i remember the legacy you could have had that was cruelly stripped from you, may you rest in peace hayven
That is tremendously impressive, definitely a perfect illustration of what Quel'Thalas looked like before Arthas moved in with his friends and ruined the neighborhood.
Imagine the rp that could be had there. We could literally make a live, breathing kingdom with many people, depending on how many people this server could handle. Beautiful work!
Aw, I thought he meant restoring it to back before the high elves got there... as in, I was hoping for this sweet ass Amani empire... kidding, very well done =) Especially awesome about Tranquilien and other areas in Ghostlands.
That wouldnt be hard, just switch the trees with pines and replace Blood Elf architecture with crappy troll Huts and non ruined troll ruins..makes me wonder why the Darkspears dont ever build anything like the old trolls did..maybe its because blizzard feel that only Orc buildings fit the Horde? I could even go further back, around the time of the Old Gods Black Empire, during that time that area of Quel'thalas and Lordaeron belonged to that fat stone queen in deepholm :P...sorry i ramble and rant alot
***** i think its because i ended it with saying that "Fat Stone queen in Deepholm" you know that big boulder lady with arms and tiny legs? my guess she must just be really fat in real life and got triggered, which is funny because I wasnt even trying too, because i just dont know how to spell her name right and i wasn't arsed looking it up, its terazane or something
***** Just missed a 'H' TBH I knew her name to say but i didn't know if it was spelled that way, take Al'Akir (my fave elemental lord) id spell him as Allaker or something if i didnt know better, or emporer Thisarian of the dark Irons is actually emperor thaurissan..but i dont feel like looking up WoW pedia for every comment. Also I made those assumptions because they did it to me first, in my opinion if you can dish it out then you can take it too. and don't worry i handled it how i planned too, i honestly don't care what some nutty feminist who thinks they know everything thinks of me, I have no problem defend my point of view when called out, they asked for it and anyone reading this trend will agree they called me out.
Cool concept, I think the zone wouldn't be the same without the scourge or dead scar, so I wasn't sure about this this until what I saw you did with Ghostlands, makes you forget Ghostlands was actually Elven lands and must make the place feel so much bigger
you should make a private server man, this shit is astounding, tranq looks really well done and not depressing as fuck. would be cool if you made a private realm and re worked all of azeroth and had it play out in the style of witcher 3, but thats justa wishful thinking idea. either way awesome work so far man!
It's beautiful work and you could really imagine that's what it looked like before the Scourge marched through. That made me sad which hands down makes it art.
This is still one of the greatest fanworks I've seen. Eager to see anything further from this as time (and health) permits! (BTW, would love to see Quel'Danas get this treatment too!)
As nice as it would be for Blizz to update the Myst isles and Quel'thalas, I don't see Blizz remaking it immaculately. Look at Cataclysm, all the destroyed regions remain largely the same. Western Plaguelands is slightly better than it used to be, but Eastern Plaguelands is almost just the same, even with the Argent Crusade establishing more throughout around it. Felwood remains largely corrupted, with only one druid settlement cleared up, while goblins have begun harvesting resources towards the north. The Searing Gorge and Burning Steppes, which were incinerated as a result of Ragnaros' first appearance during the War of Three Hammers, remain an almost literal Mordor despite Ragnaros being pushed out of the Molten Core beneath Blackrock Mountain. Even many classic instances were never updated, despite their content now being outdated even for the regions they're set in, or in the case of Gnomeregan, they only claimed the surface, but the instance within remains the same despite us having cleared it countless times prior to the failed gnomish reclamation. And of course, the Shattering did damage to other regions which previously weren't devastated. Look at Ashenvale or Loch Modan. Blizzard doesn't care to have current "Mordor" regions returned to their former glory; they'll either suggest that the corruption persists or only barely cleared up, or perhaps there'll even be yet another calamity which strikes, destroying it in a new way. The main reason for this is simply in regards to the quests in the area. If Quel'thalas were restored, what would Blood elves do between levels 1 - 20? One could suggest that Amani trolls become more of an issue and start claiming large areas in the Ghostlands, but they've been hit hard twice with Zul'Aman initially and then its redo; although Blizz never bothers with a body count, so the Amani could still have billions of childish warriors attacking for no real reason (as is the typical MO of most things in WoW) despite their losses (especially given how many Thalassian elves populate the setting despite having 90% butchered off). And as for the Myst isles, if the evil blood elves were finally picked off and the crystalline corruption cleared up, they'd need to be redone in a fashion which still allows for a looming threat to keep everything in jeopardy; either naga would ramp up their actions, especially with Azshara becoming more prominent in Legion, or perhaps even Void entities have seeped in before the crystals and ambiguous technology of the Exodar was cleaned up. Given there are godly Void beings who created Old Gods, that could be a possibility, especially given the Draenei have 25k years to fill in, they probably encountered some uber gnarly cosmic things that want to follow them, not just the Man'ari, and there was remnants of the Exodar causing void creatures to appear.
It'd be nice if they took into account a lot of things, too. If you really think about Dalaran, is lifting the whole city up and moving it to hover above a dangerous area all that smart, after having been destroyed a couple times? Maybe if the Kirin Tor established a colony on Crystalsong, that'd've made more sense. And in terms of mechanics, it limited certain things they could do, having a city detached from the ground and hovering above a place. It's amazing that Malygos didn't pop out, disable whatever magic made the place hover, and let it crumble into dust. That, and why did the crater still have the cheap old human building ruins? It didn't sync up with the outer part of Dalaran. In terms of the older cities, I was hoping they'd've made Ironforge tiered, going further down into the mountain to give a better representation of a dwarven city. Instead, they kept wasting time with Stormwind, adding a harbor, then a huge cemetery, then the stone circle bit. It'd also have been cool had they made Teldrassil look closer to its art depiction, rather than just a gigantic stump. Even the Undercity could've used a revamp to showcase the newer Forsaken aesthetics added in WotLK. And I agree, I think the Caverns of Time could've been utilized a lot more to explore older time periods.
To be honest, that would be an amazing thing, no, it would be THE BEST THING to happen in WoW, as a RPer II would much love it, it would open more places to RP in, if Blizz actually did it, it would be amazing, especially if they also made Quel'Thalas as actual part of Azeroth, it would be amazing IMO
I hope Blizz will appreciate your vid and finally start working on Quel'Thalas revamp (as Azure-, Bloodmyst islands too at all). After beating Kael, restoring of Sunwell, Quel'Delar quest chain and Lorthemar's activity in MoP there are much things to be told. Still, Silvermoon ought to be rebuilt, because of its ruination, Kael's statues and almost 2D textures. Probably, we'll see some high elves and Scryers who returned from Outland or Theron as an actual king not a regent lord. And your vid is great, wish you success in all things you do :)
I personally would love to see a restored Lordaeron, but Quel'Thalas is also great... You put a lot of effort in it, even its still not finished (which everyone can tell, cuz some places look a bit "empty" without Trees or Bushes etc etc) it looks amazing at the state it is. I hope you will continue with it. I really love your Chanel, even when i know how most of the "Maps" are looking behind Blizzards "Beauty Curtain", its always nice to see it again or to see it from another person, even with some Background Informations. Keep going, dont stop!
Liking this "What if?" type videos. And while many wish they fix the Dead Scar. I think it's due to the lore that they're not going to mess worth that area as much. (any plants agree unable to grow for a thousand years.) But they could try to fix up Silvermoon, though not many go there. Anyways, like to see more of these. Keep it up.
+Cpt. Mirones Not quite sure what you're trying to say, but I'm sure having a giant road replacing the Dead Scar and having it go into Quel'Thalas, might not be that good of an idea. Plus there would still be dead or dying things all around it. Plus I would hate to see the quest here. Maybe cleaning the roads of trash? I've been by this place many times and wish for it to be nice and pretty but know that it might not happen. It's like saying "Why not fix all that's broken and in disrepair." That would be like fixing Undercity to it's former glory when it was Lorderon. But while the Bloodelves might not be able to fix their once proud and beautiful lands, having a road like that.. might be something else.
I wish the developers could do something like this (even place a bronze dragon for poeple under level 70). it has been a while since we have taken back Quel'Thalas from the scourge and get the Sunwell back (thanks to Velen). We should have, at least rebuilt the left part of the city since ...
Definitely long overdue to see someone's take on a revamped Quel'Thalas. Keep up the good work on this. And hopefully, we can see something similar done with the Exodar? I really would like to picture the Azuremyst Isles with the architecture used for the draenei in Warlords. And the Exodar and its surrounding area being turned into a large city.
Yeah I agree with some of the other comments that it would require a lore and questing revamp in that area. Blizz got enough flack for the Cataclysm revamp haha. Love the look though! Happy and magical once again!
+GusMiccy yes, I am considering aiming for a Quel'thalas before the invasion of the scourge rather than a post war restoration. Either way I make it without game play reasons in mind, but as a nice resource for anyone who could want to use it for their liking whether it be machinimas, rp or just to explore it.
After seeing your work that you do i can gladly say that it was really worth to subscribe to you! Keep up the awesome work! You deserve the positive comments from people :)
This is absolutely stunning! :( Blizzard has become so careless about lore and restoration (save for the Alliance counterparts tbfh - I'll acknowledge revamping Stormwind was priority .. but still.. come now), so seeing this really warms my heart because you can immediately tell how much effort and care you put into it! I seriously wish I could that, since I absolutely adore the idea of fixing up and sprucing around Eversong, Silvermoon and the Ghostlands myself.
I understand the Blood Elves are addicted to magic but not enough to neglect their surroundings. It would seem to me that after a decade of Arthas' march on their capital they would at least start rebuilding Silvermoon and their lovely lands.
Magnificent! Only thing I find weird is....isn't the Dead Scar the old main road to Quel'thalas? Shouldn't it be a broad and impressive boulevard? I mean, judging by this map vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/wowwiki/images/e/ec/Quelthalas-1-.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20050721160651I It looks like those gates are placed in vastly axis of transportation.
if they revamp silvermoon ansd ghostlands, they should put it in azeroth and remove the current instance hidden in outlands. So no longer will you be unable to fly and get a loading screen at the gates. Plus it will make the unused area near stratholme easier to make.
Looking at this, I was also thinking. "If they can fix the Plaguelands like they did for the most part, they can easily fix these Scourge-scarred lands."
_Hah_! I _knew_ it was only a matter of time before you started making your _own_ maps. ;D Looks pretty good so far, I have to say. Brings me back to the _Warcraft III_ days... Ya know, back when the all the key figures were still alive and had personality. ~w~
Suggestion for new dungeon ; Carvens of time sacking of silvermoon/sunwell, it'd enable us to reenter these areas as they were and fight along side sylvanas who is now leader of the horde. I can't think of a way to revisit this zones though, besides having an option when your max level to visit some areas as they exist currently in legion timeline there isn't any content there. Another idea might be pvp assault on silvermoon/exodar battleground, they could do this a year or so before they find a reason to revamp the zones after these battlegrounds have laid waste to the area and they rebuilt.
I can't believe you've done all that in around 10 hours. It looks really good! I wish they'd heal eversong and the ghostlands. I love their feel now, it's always a bit sad going there and remembering the stories, but I think it would be nice if they'd fix em. Maybe like, with the help of the new sunwell and the druids.
I like this a lot, and I appreciate the idea of wondering how it would have looked before it was attacked. Though if this was aim for more of 'restored after the Sunwell was cleansed', I dunno if I can agree with the Dead Scar being fixed. Only because there's a specific quest where you find out that it's corruption can never be reversed.
Looks really good, hopefully they'll return to those old TBC servers one day and do some updates. I'd love if they phased Quel'Thalas so it was restored when you hit level 71 and had completed the Dar'Khan Drathir questline or something like that. Hope you're gonna keep us updated on this, looking forward to seeing a fixed Silvermoon
Absolutely beautiful I wouldn't mind playing a game based entirely in Eversong. they could upscale it to more of what it would really be like lorewise.
To all people saying "10 hours, go work for Blizz. and show them effectiveness": You do realize that if blizz were to create this map, they would change up the structures a bit, which means entirely new models and textures, which is what actually takes the most amount of work. However, this is a very nice map, @Hayven Games keep up the good work :)
I love how it looks, I do. But I believe there's a quest at the east sanctum where an apprentice or magister tries to figure out more about the corrupted soil of the dead scar, what she found was that it was irreversable. Thus I assume that restoration will never happen unless they add something else.
Rest in Peace Hayven.
the whole comunety misses you, brother.
The problem is that the Blood elves are unable to stop the scourge incursion because at level 20 all their heroes leave for parts unknown and never, ever return.
In truth the lands of quel'thalas is incured so it can never be restored according to apprentice mirveda in the quest unexpected results
Said Apprentice was trying to discern if it can be cured using wholly arcane means. Meanwhile in Cata, we see that the Plaguelands (which are even more corrupted) can be cured by druids, which sadly the Blood Elves didn't have in their starting zone. Make this happen Blizzard! The Sin'dorei deserve some lore updates to their homeland!
Amazing work! You should help Blizzard restore the zones in Azeroth that were destroyed in Cataclysm. Make Azeroth Great Again!
+Wowmusicable Making terrain is the easy part. Coding the quests, npcs patching and spawnpoints, nodes, loot drops, mob abilities, timings, events, etc, etc. That is the hard part.
+Otto Niittymäki Not really, those are only lines in a database. Time consuming, yes, but not hard.
+Otto Niittymäki not hard at all lmao
Time waits for no one, no one should wait for time.
Wow, this is really impressive for only ten hours of work, especially with just one person working on it. Keep it up man!
+Spaetzle thanks :)

I completely agree, I was touched. I would love to see this happen❣️❣️
If only Blizz had as much passion for the game as the fans do...
Honestly, that was beautiful, I'm really looking forward to seeing more.
+Midare13 There was a time when they were. But then they got with activision and things started going downhill.
+Jackpkmn true
I dont know...they put alot of passion into making suramar.
HOLY SHIT? 10 hours of work and you did all this. Imagine how short it would take a team at blizz to do this. it would take them like a few days
+The 8-bit Medic Yeah but you know ..it would take ...THOUSANDS of man hours..

The work you're doing is beautiful! It makes my heart hurt with love and happiness to see this~ Good luck on the restoration!
Glory to the Sin'dorei!
Hopefully Blizzard doesn't slap a C&D like they did for the non-profit vanilla server by Nostalrius
Hmm. Well, if there's no content and/or view only, I would hope that won't be a problem. Either way, the work animators do is amazing, fan made or no.
This is something I have wanted to see for AGES! Oh my goodness, that's great!
We've lost Hayven :'(
I fucking love you dude lol xx
notice me senpai
Still more content than WOD
+Airsoftdeathroll no
It's mutual, now get over here and give me a hug!
As a blood elf fan looking at this frustrate me even more over Blizz. Fantastic work they did Blizz should really hired them for these restoration projects God knows it long since overdue.

Game needs more Blood Elf architecture and flora! Exciting stuff here!

That is tremendously impressive, definitely a perfect illustration of what Quel'Thalas looked like before Arthas moved in with his friends and ruined the neighborhood.
i don't know why but the sight of it fills my heart with joy
Let's get real, who else would role play in a rebuilt Qel'Thalas? I would :D
This is maybe everything I would ask from Blizzard to do in my beloved forests. They should just hire you. Beautiful work!
Amazing video man. Blood Elf architecture, atmosphere and music are my favorite in the entire Warcraft universe.
Imagine the rp that could be had there. We could literally make a live, breathing kingdom with many people, depending on how many people this server could handle. Beautiful work!

***** Just missed a 'H'
TBH I knew her name to say but i didn't know if it was spelled that way, take Al'Akir (my fave elemental lord) id spell him as Allaker or something if i didnt know better, or emporer Thisarian of the dark Irons is actually emperor thaurissan..but i dont feel like looking up WoW pedia for every comment.
The Hat Thieves Guild I hope you look back at this every once in a while and see how cringy you were 2 years ago
This guy did more work than the entire Blizzard corporation
Omg, this is amazing! I'd always wanted to see how Quel'thalas looked before the scourge, great job
I think it's about damn time to fix up all the sh*t from Cataclysm or Lore events.
THis revamp easily makes both zones the most beautiful places in the game
It's beautiful work and you could really imagine that's what it looked like before the Scourge marched through. That made me sad which hands down makes it art.
This is still one of the greatest fanworks I've seen. Eager to see anything further from this as time (and health) permits! (BTW, would love to see Quel'Danas get this treatment too!)
Very nice. I've always wondered how things would have looked before. It was nice to get a glimpse of it in your video :)
I'm all woofed out! It's as beautiful as it should be. You did a GREAT job!
I don't play Warcraft so I have nothing to compare this to, BUT this is still really nice looking! Fantastic job! :)
That's great work. Look forward to seeing what comes out at the end of this project.
'What would you rather have, a raid tier or a restored Quel'Thalas?'
One man. 10 hours. Restoring huge parts of land.
Gee thx a lot. Seeing how the area used to be, the story of that zone is even more sad.
Nice job. Very impressive.
Liking this "What if?" type videos. And while many wish they fix the Dead Scar. I think it's due to the lore that they're not going to mess worth that area as much. (any plants agree unable to grow for a thousand years.)
But they could try to fix up Silvermoon, though not many go there.
Anyways, like to see more of these. Keep it up.
+Gamer Dan so what? make a gigant Road to Silver moon. if Lakeshire can has a Massiv bridge why not giv the Bloodelfs some highway
I cried a little. This is fucking beautiful and the fact that we'll probably never see something like done on live servers breaks my heart. :_:
wow.. I have little to no words for this, i'l be honest, it's just wow.. amazing work!
Amazing work! The restored Ghostlands is making me emotional. ;__;
Wow, from past experience of using Noggit for a long time something like this is no easy feat. very well done looks very professional.
Glory to the Sin'dorei
Amazing video Hayven! I personally think it's long past overdue that the Blodd Elves rebuild Silvermoon and go back there.
This is such awesome work. I can't wait to see the rest when you finish
for very early work this is really amazing
I greatly approve of this. I love all things Blood Elves and you're doing a great job.
One of my favourite zones in entire game ! This remake is very awesome ! (Y) hope they´ll do something like that (:
After seeing your work that you do i can gladly say that it was really worth to subscribe to you! Keep up the awesome work! You deserve the positive comments from people :)
This is absolutely stunning! :( Blizzard has become so careless about lore and restoration (save for the Alliance counterparts tbfh - I'll acknowledge revamping Stormwind was priority .. but still.. come now), so seeing this really warms my heart because you can immediately tell how much effort and care you put into it! I seriously wish I could that, since I absolutely adore the idea of fixing up and sprucing around Eversong, Silvermoon and the Ghostlands myself.
loved your work! Took my breath away!
I understand the Blood Elves are addicted to magic but not enough to neglect their surroundings. It would seem to me that after a decade of Arthas' march on their capital they would at least start rebuilding Silvermoon and their lovely lands.
That's really good insight. Thanks for sharing friend. :)
Beautiful work. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I need this in my life. I need this in my WoW.
Magnificent! Only thing I find weird is....isn't the Dead Scar the old main road to Quel'thalas? Shouldn't it be a broad and impressive boulevard? I mean, judging by this map vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/wowwiki/images/e/ec/Quelthalas-1-.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20050721160651I It looks like those gates are placed in vastly axis of transportation.
lovely really wish they would revamp the zones certainly make playing through it again enjoyable :D
wow, this is amazing, blizzard should let more Fans work with there stuff, since I can really feel the love on this ideas!!!
if they revamp silvermoon ansd ghostlands, they should put it in azeroth and remove the current instance hidden in outlands.
So no longer will you be unable to fly and get a loading screen at the gates. Plus it will make the unused area near stratholme easier to make.
Looking great so far, keep up the good work!
i don't think this kind of restoration is possible in the lore, BUT, this map would be really great for machinimas.
Please, let's share this. Maybe Blizzard will hear us this time.
:'(
Looking at this, I was also thinking. "If they can fix the Plaguelands like they did for the most part, they can easily fix these Scourge-scarred lands."
OMG IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL I WANNA RUN AROUND IN IT AAAAH
Please do release it when it's done!
This is damn impressive.
_Hah_! I _knew_ it was only a matter of time before you started making your _own_ maps. ;D
Looks pretty good so far, I have to say. Brings me back to the _Warcraft III_ days... Ya know, back when the all the key figures were still alive and had personality. ~w~
It's gorgeous!! Would love to see more of it :D
Absolutely gorgeous!
Wow if this is only an early look...blizzard need to hire you for zone design, my friend. Great work!
Really nice to see the original version before the attack of Arthas against Quel'thalas. (Sorry for my bad english)
Restoring QT and allowing flying might actually bring some players there, hope Blizzard does this in the future. Nice job!
+goosearev they wont ever. its old content
+goosearev also it wouldn't make sense considering its in the past.
+NonsensicalSpudz Certainly one of the issues with WoW's world design.
Gloriam sticking with lore?
***** yes because there wasn't enough quests in general to get to 60, if you played back in the day you'd absolutely know that
Absolutely beautiful I wouldn't mind playing a game based entirely in Eversong. they could upscale it to more of what it would really be like lorewise.
Yeah Scar is dead, but i can
resurrect him, so LONG LIVE THE KING 😈
Nice work, looks amazing.
Damn, man, its looking AWESOME. :O
So cool
Now restore the Exodar!
...
... please.
I'd like to see the exodar as a proper built city now. As though they've cleaned up the crash sight and it now floats above the land.
Echoing Ooze I get the feeling we could one day see a repaired Exodar as a capital or hub if we ever go to Argus.
well...
I love how it looks, I do. But I believe there's a quest at the east sanctum where an apprentice or magister tries to figure out more about the corrupted soil of the dead scar, what she found was that it was irreversable. Thus I assume that restoration will never happen unless they add something else.
