As a Paralegal, it is extremely important that I track all case data. I need to keep all case data very organized in order to optimize my results when the attorney asks me to find a needle in a haystack. That's essentially what we're dealing with if we do not organize to optimize. I do not want to be lost in the search for things down the road when I have the software to track case data with intention and starting with the end in mind.

I have been using Microsoft Lists for a few years now. It's great to keep track of so many case-related items on Microsoft Lists as opposed to Excel. I find with Excel, there are too many copies and versions floating around. With Microsoft Lists, it is in one central location. I especially like the filters, colorful choice options, different views and groupings, conditions, and notifications. It keeps me organized and it's ideal to integrate them into Teams.
Couldn't agree more! Thank you for watching and sharing your story. I appreciate you!
