When Barton was Ronin, would he have been taking assignments from Val? How else would Clint be able to travel all over the world and be placed in the middle of all of these crime organizations. If this was the case, it would explain how Val had a picture of Barton in the Ronin gear.
Watch out for the street level end game event in a couple years. Kingpin, Val, and Sharon Carters power broker VS all the street level heroes ..cap and buckey, young avengers, she hulk and more...it would be epic!!
I think Netflix shows is canon because we're now in MCM not MCU. They can use ANYTHING they want a long as the had the rights. That's a HUGE opportunity for them. They don't need to re-introduce Punisher, Daredevil, Deadpool or Blade because we already know them. That make using these characters in future shows or movies so easy.
@@rusenakman Yes, they can use anything that they want, but not necessarily all of the events from the Netflix world. For example, I do not think they are going to have Fisk start out knowing the identity of DD.
@@rusenakman Actually Netflix still owns those specific stories, marvel got the rights back to the characters but Netflix owns those stories they told even and they will forever because of how the contracts were written. If Marvel wants to use or reference them in any way they'd have to make a new deal with Netflix, which is not happening. They can use the past Spider-man villains and such because of the new deal they signed with Sony like a year or so ago, no such deal exists with Netflix. What they are likely doing is using the same actors that they liked and making them new MCU versions of those characters that will have different stories and lives.
Of all the people that was outside the MCU, Willem Dafoe and Vincent D'Onofrio was some of the actors I wanted to see the most make a return. Before the multiverse I didn't even consider willem would return, and now we got charlie back as Daredevil and Kingpin. It's all coming together perfectly.
I would agree, Molina as Doc Oc is another elite one. Now if they can just give me Bernthals Punisher, Tennants Killgrave and Bethel as Bullseye I’ll be extremely happy.
"Clint's part in Natasha's death?" you mean when he tried to jump off the cliff multiple times to save her and Nat wouldn't let him? When Nat had to literally tie him to the stone to stop him from falling and stopping her from jumping? I may not 100% agree with Nat's ending in Endgame, but Clint did everything humanly possible to stop her from dying and sacrifice himself, it was Natasha who did not let him, bested him, and scarified herself. Where is this "Clint's fault Natasha is dead" thing come from?
You guys obsession with wanting Clint to die “because of Natasha” is a bit weird. Did you watch Endgame? Doesn’t seem so, he fought tooth and nail with Nat to be the one giving up his life for the stone, in the end SHE got the upper hand. It was her decision, she wanted her friend to live and his family to come back. Maybe you should watch the movie again or something.
Clint was the very first to offer himself up to get the Soul Stone, despite the fact that getting the stones would bring his family back and give him a chance to see them again. He stopped Natasha from throwing herself off the cliff *twice* before she saved him with her grapple and then sacrificed herself. Why exactly does he deserve to die at Yelena’s hands for something that he had no control over? It was always Natasha’s choice to die. If you’re saying Clint deserves to die because of spending years killing hundreds of people out of grief and rage, that’s a more legitimate argument, especially if there were many people like Maya’s father who Clint killed. People involved in organized crime, but not necessarily completely bad and too far gone.
Well said. Even Maya is involved in organised crime and has caused collateral damage. What do people think she was doing? Handing out cookies? Just as Maya is blinded by her father's death to kill Ronin, as Clint was blinded by his entire family's loss to go out and kill.
I think it's more about Clint possibly having survivor's guilt. He probably still thinks "it should have been me." Clint probably blames himself still for Natasha's death.
No, it wouldn't. Clint dying wouldn't change the fact that Natasha made the sacrifice in the first place. Besides, how could anyone be worried he might die? This show is very plainly heading towards an ending where Clint finally gets to go home but with Kate Bishop in tow, because Kate's mother will be too busy either being in jail or dead to spend the holidays with her.
@@halamander1112 its because of his actions as ronin really thats why almost everyone think he will because he somehow 'deserve' it even tho hes just doing the dirty works that other heroes (avengers) cant/wont do like how is that different from what the punisher do. i personally think he should make it out alive, i dont know why people want him to die because of his ronin years and people should remember that he was supposed to be the sacrifice but nat was just too good
1. One more episode to go!!! 2. Y'all's laughter whenever Yelena spoke is proof that Florence Pugh has struck gold with this character. Such a personality.
Hold on.... what do you mean clint deserves to die for killing natasha?? You guys saw endgame... ive seen you talk about it... he tried to jump off the cliff... he DID jump off... he beat Nat to jump off and she jumped after him and attached him to the cliff... in what way is he culpable for her death? Yelena thinks he is responsible because she didnt see the movie Endgame... you all have... this makes no sense
No damn sense. So irritating. Like someone else said, it would also invalidate Nats sacrifice. She didn't just do it for everyone. A big motivation was reuniting Clint with his family.
Yeah we know. But Clint has survivor's guilt and remorse and wasn't GOOD ENOUGH to stop Nat from dying. So in Clint's eyes, he might think he deserves to die.
@@hectorminator okay, thanks for clearing that up, i can see Clint thinking his death would be appropriate as atonement for the things he did, i thought you guys were saying you all also believe Clint is culpable and were saying he “should” die in spite of the events of endgame and him trying to sacrifice himself. Thanks for taking the time to clear that up.
At 13:54, why does he think Yelena deserves to kill Clint when Natasha wanted to do whatever it takes to get everyone back and to get Clint back to his family. What happened on Vormir wasn't Clint's fault and their dislike for Clint doesn't make sense
@@crankfastle8138 What threw me was how they couldn't see past the comedy during the scene with Kate and Yelena to realize how threatening all of that was to Kate. The show even points out why she used her full name like that, it's all an interrogation.
@@wewoor it'll be sad if Clint dies and they laugh or cheer. Or worse he survives and they complain about it. Ignoring that everything she said about Clint applies to both her and Nat also.
Why do you say this show gonna make you like clint barton like we dont already. What happened on vormir wasn't clints fault. Natasha just had the upper hand on killing herself. I don't understand why people are seeing him as the bad guy for that
right? they just hate clint so much that it blind their judgement. do they even realize thay if clint dies then nat's sacrifice would've been for nothing? the fact that clint has a family to return to in endgame if they complete all the stones yet he still chose to sacrifice himself for nat, his family, and the world is truly a true act of a hero. He has spent his 5 years of his life killing people and he wants a perfect death at vormir but nat prevented that. Istg this people bruh like I respect them so much because of how they're knowledgeable about the comics and everything especially hector but I have to disagree with them with their opinions about clint
I disagree about how Clint deserves to die for Natasha sacrificing herself, because he wanted to sacrifice himself as well..He was already prepared to atone for his murderous ways, but Natasha felt she had more to atone for, so that, Clint could live for his family.
I think they want him to get punished or have consequences for him becoming ronin for those 5 years and literally just killing people. I personally don’t want him to die but maybe injured or loses a limb so that he can’t be Hawkeye anymore and the angle gets passed to Kate and then he can go be with his family, I don’t want him to die but I do want him to stop being Hawkeye soon
@@nagacha42 Its stupid to want Clint to die for being Ronin... he was killing gangsters and villains.. not single moms buying groceries... how many people have Nat murdered or Yelena? They speak really weirdly in this episode about Clint, like he was culpable for her death but he isnt, we and they watched endgame... they know he isnt responsible yet here they speak like he is.. like they are speaking from a place without all the information yet they have the information... its weird
Clint didn't let her go Agustin. There was literally nothing else he could do. He was holding her wrist, Nat wasn't even holding back. She kicked off without Clint being able to do anything. Again, your blind and frankly confusing dislike for the character is showing lol. And I STILL can't understand why you think "he deserves" to die. Why? He did everything he could to save her. He WANTED to take the jump. To each their own I guess, but I'm just trying to understand this thought process.
@@markson810 facts 😂 they're so mad bruh. completely blinded they're judgement. Who are they to think that Nat didn't deserve to die? like both of them are literally assassins, both of them deserves to die but Nat just saved Clint from that hence why now he's making up for Nat's sacrifice. Yelena killing Clint would literally just make Nat's sacrifice for nothing 😂 istg this people bruh i bet they were offended when they discovered Ronin killed cartel members in mexico cause they're latino or hispanic that's why they said last time that Clint was racist like what?? they literally revealed in Hawkeye that Ronin was in America, and probably later on he went down south and in a span of 5 years he moved East until when he finally arived in japan (who's located in the eastern part of the globe) in the 5th year of the snap and then he stopped when Natasha came for him when he was in Japan. How can Clint be racist when he killed all kinds of races even his own lol
its weird right? like they also talk about the people he killed during his ronin years, when he was just doing the world a favor by eliminating criminals who didnt deserve to be alive while others are dusted. he was just willing to do what other heroes (avengers) cant/wont do, the dirty works (killing people) like how is that different from what the punisher do? how is he wrong for killing criminals? also for maya's father, he was a good father but he was pretty high up in an organized crime so i wouldnt say that he is a good man. another point is how is maya any different, shes a part of organized crime too how is she getting a pass for her wrong doings? i dont really get why they think clint should die when clearly he regretted everything he has done even tho he was on the right.
Crazy how "Yelena" is pointing out all the red in "Clint's" ledger as "The Ronin" therefore he must die, but conveniently forgetting all the red in Natasha's ledger as "Loki" pointed out in the "Avengers" movie referring to "Natasha" as "Dreykov's daughter". "Clint" made the call to save her by not "judging someone on their worst mistakes"; will "Yelena" do the same for "Clint"? I absolutely love this series!
Not sure about that, but I think Yelena believes Clint is a monster, just like Maya thought Ronin was a monster. I am sure Yelena has done plenty to hurt people also.
did we watch the same end game? clint and nat fought equally for the chance to save each other and the world. it’s not like he pushed her, she just beat him to the martyr moment, he tried to do the same thing, just failed. not understanding how you guys seem to share yelena’s incorrect and misinformed perspective?
17:00 Everybody seems to confuse the Avengers Tower and the Avengers Compound. The Tower was sold and *emptied* during the events of Spider-Man Homecoming. The Avengers moved to Upstate New York newly built facility (i.e. Avengers Compound) after Age of Ultron (and first introduced in Civil War). Everything from the Tower was moved to the Compound after the sell of the former. The Ronin suit, sword, the watch and other items introduced during the underground auction were actual stollen from the Compound following its destruction at the hand of Thanos' ship in the 3rd act of Endgame. So, if Fisk went on to buy the Avengers Tower, he still wouldn't have his hand on any of their tech/weapons etc. The only one who got close to do so was the Vulture/Adrian Toomes with the plane heist in Homecoming.
Correct. But Fisk being interested in Avengers tech also means he'd be interested in Avengers Tower. That building is probably a bit more advanced than other offices in New York.
I think y'all are too hung up about wanting Clint to repent with his life when they've shown constantly that he didn't want Nat to die. At all. They literally showed the same scene from Endgame of her forcing her hand out of Clint's and how her death and his inability to save her still haunts him to this day. Him dying completely invalidates Nat's reason for wanting to sacrifice herself.
Matt being gone would totally allow Fisk to do that. Wilson only agreed to stop fighting and go to jail willingly because Matt could prove Vanessa was involved and could lock her away as well. With Daredevil gone and the world more focused on rebuilding and recovering from Thanos, who exactly is going to stop Wilson from discreetly breaking out again and regaining his power and influence in the shadows? The only person who seems to have been effectively combating organized crime during those five years was Clint. He was taking down cartels, the Yakuza, and all of the different factions in New York. There’s also a chance that Wilson did the same thing that he already did in Season 3. He gave out information on different organized crime groups to people like Ronin so it would create a power vacuum that Fisk could easily step into and fill.
@@AlasdairGR Bro, I am sorry to tell you but Netflix Daredevil ain’t canon. I read that they’re doing a soft reboot, so yeah…that part of “Wilson only agreed to stop fighting and go to jail” doesn’t apply here. For what we know for now is that this version of the character is going to be more comic book accurate. Vincent will be wearing a practical suit and with the help of CGI they will make him taller and bigger. A lot of people are already judging because they’re in love with the Netflix version (I am too, but I am more open minded than most people). Netflix’s version was amazing, but that show was more realistic and grounded, now he is in the MCU and we need the comic version that can go toe to toe for a little bit with Spider-man. Kingpin is 6’7, 400lb of almost pure muscle, he is arguably the strongest man (without powers or enhance), it’s either him or Frank. And with the picture we saw it looks like he has the walking stick he has in the comics, that stick has sleeping gas and a laser that can vaporize handguns. I really hope his power scare is more accurate to the comics, I can’t wait to see him in the final episode and see how he looks with the practical suit and cgi.
Yeah, im not sure why the guy on the left keeps insisting that Clint deserves to die or has any responsibility for her sacrifice. Clint made every effort ti make the sacrifice and is literally the person for saving her from her life prior to SHIELD.
Dude indescriminately murdered folks all around the world just for being associated with some criminality. Killing the doorman etc.lol Not to mention, that he alluded to him being an assassin for Nick Fury. Who, may i remind you, also had no issue with amoral behavior as long aa he thought its for 'the greater good (tm)'
i think the whole killing of echo's pops was the last piece of the manipulation puzzle to weaponize her towards uncle fisk's ends... as stated in the episode, it is much easier to manipulate someone when they are filled with rage... take away her ties so she can only focus on her revenge
yup! very similar to her comic origins, king pin takes out her father to manipulate maya based on her abilities and now that she knows…her show is going to be so much fun.
I know people are expecting the Echo, Kazi, and her father’s storyline to be wrapped in this show but I think that’s going to be her show. Echo discovering what really happened to her dad.
i get the feeling sometimes that ppl didn't actually watch "endgame." clint did NOT kill natasha. she sacrificed herself to save the universe AND HER SISTER (which is probably knew was dusted). clint feels guilty cause he wanted to be the one but he did NOT actively kill natasha. constantly framing it that way disrespect the fact that she made a conscious choice and her reasons for making that choice.
Exactly. I'm getting so bloody sick of some folks ignoring what, you know, actually happened on screen in Endgame. FFS why the hate? Also count me in as one of those who doesn't give a flying F about Kingpin. LOL
@@Silver-rx1mh Right on with the first point. But in regards to Kingpin, dont discount him so fast^^ hes great, especially with this actor playing him.
actually her reason was for clint to reunite again with his family (and to save the world ofcourse) so to kill him is too disrespectful to nat's sacrifice. also theyre saying that he isnt making amends for his ronin years when in fact he was the first to act on the situation and jump not just once but twice because he regretted what he had become (even tho he was doing the world a favor eliminating bad guys), nat was just too good saving him.
Why tf would he deserve to die?!? Hector of all ppl saying that is so disappointing. Y’all are starting to just say dumb shit. Do y’all not remember Endgame or something?
King Pin runs the underworld... He probably was leaking the info to Ronin of where to find the criminals and operations, having Ronin secretly kill all of the King Pin's Competitors....
I think this episode shows that Clint would be able to defeat her fairly quickly if he was actually going for straight up kill moves, there are like 3 times in the fight he could have ended it but he isnt there to kill her, he is trying to open her eyes about her boss. I did love how brutal the fight felt though. Echo is so cool, love her character.
Since when did Clint ever need forgiveness for Natasha's death? Do you 3 actually remember the movie? Or are you just on the Augustin hate train and are blinded to actual facts?
The latter of course. They don’t like Clint so it’s convenient for them to forget or act like the forgot the facts. Clint literally tried his best to kill himself….Natasha was just better
The one thing that gets me is Yelena's line "Why has everyone forgiven him for his past?" is something that could be asked of every Black Widow in existence, especially Natasha who doesn't have the "I was under control" excuse and any Black Widow who continued to do assassination work after being woken up. It's a line that just drips of hypocrisy and wrongness, especially when you consider that Natasha only had the life she did because Clint spared her and guided her into working for SHIELD.
This is going to end like Planes, Trains & Automobiles. Clint is going to finally make it home for the holiday and take Kate (and maybe Yelena) with him to celebrate with his family.
Yelna is my favorite MCU Character now and Florence Pugh is an absolute powerhouse. --- Additionally, wasn't Jack's line "I've never worked a day in my life" just such a perfect, poignant line highlighting just how completely f-ed up extreme wealth can be to a person? Amazing writing.
Yalena has to forgive him if she finds out the truth of what really happened. He didn't do anything wrong in that situation I mean the guy literally jumped off the cliff to kill himself lol Natasha was just better.
Clint does not owe her forgiveness... he didnt do anything wrong.. he literally jumped off the cliff BEFORE Nat and she followed and attached him to the cliff... how is he responsible for her death? I get why Yelena believes he is but why do these guys? When hector is like “will Clint die to earn forgiveness” its so confusing because i know they saw endgame! They know Clint isnt responsible yet here they act like he has something to atone for... its so weird
@@corvus2512 It feels like he wants him to die no matter what. I don't really see many other people saying Clint has to die story wise, because it doesn't make sense.

@@corvus2512 I think they’re joking. I don’t think any of them are dumb enough to actually think that. That said, in a way, I imagine if someone is legit suicidal/depressed or suffering from PTSD and survivors guilt and hearing these guys joking about how the guy with all three should off himself, it’s messed up. I love a good su*c*de joke like anyone, but to a certain point it does get a BIT too much.
I have loved these shows so much, they really feel like they've expanded the size of the MCU and just made everything feel...bigger. Seeing people outside of the big world ending events, seeing them crossover between shows and interact..I really really hope they continue this into the future, I think having these shows to supplement the MCU movies is a huge cinematic advantage for Marvel. Allows us to get to know new characters, get to know old ones better, and the movies can focus more on the action than on the introductions.
Episode 4 - appetizer with Yelena appearing Episode 5 - main course showing Fisk Episode 6 - dessert Full on Avenger battle with the Larpers. Calling it.
8:00 Except, she doesn't know what really happened and you do and should know better. And Hawkeye clearly was not "hired" by Wilson Fisk, that would be a really strange direction to go in.
I’ll admit it’s a little puzzling to say that yelena needs to “forgive” Clint as opposed to just saying she needs to learn what really happened. Nat’s death isn’t Clint’s fault . Regardless having her kill him would be so disappointing (and negates nats sacrifice) so I hope everything gets cleared up between the two of them! Lot of closure to be had
I don’t agree with it “negating” Natasha’s sacrifice, as she sacrificed herself not only for Clint and his family but for Yelena and the entire universe. But anyways, they do just need to talk it out. I don’t think their differences are irrevocable at all.
Laura is Mockingbird and that watch is hers. She knows what Clint is going through...like personal;y. I think that's why she is so understanding. That phone call nailed it for me.
@@mulukh7 That’s why she didn’t go to New York with them. She’s known there. I wouldn’t be surprised if she has a price on her head. That’s why SHIELD hid the family away and no one knows about them. I think it’s Laura that has history with him.
Loved your reaction. Btw; Jeremy Renner was promoting both Hawkeye & Mayor of Kingstown. Without revealing the end of Hawkeye, he said that he would stick around in the MCU............ If he can get quality time with his daughter offscreen and for Barton onscreen to have a leadership role. Referring to Hawkeye as leader of The West Coast Avengers in the comics. Maybe Renner would do something along the lines of that.
I beg yall to re watch the Vormir scene in Endgame. The fact that people who claim to be super fans think Clint is responsible at all for Natasha's death is insane. She literally did to Clint what Yelena did to Kate in the last episode. HE wanted to sacrifice himself to atone for his Ronin sins. HE got himself off the cliff first. NAT was the one who stopped. NAT was the one who wouldn't let Clint jump. NAT was the one who pushed herself off Clints grasp so she could save everyone and reunite Clint with his family. If he dies, her sacrifice was in vain. His repentance for Ronin is watching his kids grow up and being a good husband. Retiring. He does not need to die and yall have gotta let that go.
First Kang, now Fisk - MCU is on a roll! Loving Florence Pugh, got a great dynamic with Hailee Steinfeld! And Spidey NWH's getting good reviews as well, good week for the MCU! Given that he apparently knows who Yelena is, not a good look by Hawkeye to not go seek her out after Natasha died!
Enough with the Hawkeye hate, he didn't kill Natasha, he attempted to be the sacrifice for the stone and she gave her life for it. Get over the bullshit hate, good god
You all are straight up ignoring stuff that’s happened to justify your hatred for Clint, I usually love your reactions but they are waay too biased about this show (or well, Clint)
I find it weird how a couple of these guys are like "YEAH WHY DID WE FORGIVE CLINT" ... but they're totally okay with Nat and Yelena who murdered innocent people rather than criminals and murderers lol
you're a mean one Mr Grinch in the episode where Fisk appears The episode before Christmas week, the episode before the Eleanor's company Christmas party ... Sir Fisk coming to Grinch the fuck out of Clint's Christmas
Hector, I'm figuring that part of the mystery here is that Kingpin has been training Maya since she was a child to become a weapon, essentially be his own personal Daredevil (Clint said it in this episode, they're both weapons). Killing her father, the only tether to any sense of empathy in the world fueled her with rage and turned her into a pitpull on the loose. Kazi is then her handler who is supposed to direct that rage to things that benefit the Tracksuits and ultimately Fisk? Something like that. How Eleanor owns a shell company that's laundering money for the Tracksuits and how Kingpin is involved is probably a bigger story that's going to be resolved next week. What I do know is that Eleanor and Jack are definitely in it together. Which is probably why Jack killed his uncle in the first episode. I might be wrong but I think Jack inherited all of Armand's money so Eleanor might have even been playing Jack this whole time just to consolidate more wealth and power.
The more I watch Jack getting arrested the more I wonder if she really threw him under the bus or if those were fake agents putting on a show for Kate, conveniently waiting for her to make sure she gets to see it.
That was awesome with the blip sequence. Florence Pugh is amazing as this character. Seeing him as Ronin again was cool. Getting Vincent D'Onofrio, Charlie Cox, and other actors all this week in MCU... glorious!
I've seen many peoples' reactions to the concept of perspective, and it is funny how much this show is focused on giving us perspectives we've never seen or experienced before. Perspective shapes characters, perspective shapes decisions, perspective may even explain Pym particles and the conquests of Kang, He Who Remains, The Conqueror. Por ejemplo, what if the Pym particle effects matter in the same way speed effects time. Going fast enough throughout space, in the same time I age 30 years on earth, I could potentially be going warp speed and age as if only 5 years--theory of relativity. Simuliarly, what if the Pym particle does very paradoxical effects on matter, based on a relativity or perspective, that allows the properties of matter such as size, weigh, and density change more as a relativity concept that was really only explored by the likes of Hank Pym and his associates. This concept goes into the wonders of a point I've thought about before, the same form of thinking that makes the concept of zero mysterious. The concept of perspective. What is it like to first see an unexpected, dragon like space ship fly overhead. The concept of perspective, what is it like to see a normal human fight along side heavily armored humans, meta humans, super humans, and humanoid aliens against an alien or maybe even supernatural invasion. The concept of perspective. What is it like to be a deaf person in a world that heavily relies on sound. The concept of perspective. What is it like to be an otherwise good family man, or a caring boyfriend, or a devoted daughter, etc., when your means of earning a living is illegal. The concept of perspective. If at the snap of fingers the good and the bad can be ashed into non existance for the "good" of the universe, without discussion as to discrimination or discernment, then surely it is just as meaningful or meaningless to cut down those who promote the evils in society by the hand of the Ronin (the man who used to be mastered by the rules of society and government made masterless when governments fell or at least failed to support him in protecting his family). The concept of perspective. What is it like to be snapped out of and back into what is known as reality. The concept of perspective. What is it like to not have felt the benefit of the Avengers as much as the loss of loved ones through there actions. The concept of a point. If a point has no shape, no mass, and no dimension, but a point has value allowing a line made of points to exist, allowing a plane of lines to exist, allowing a 3 dimensional object to exist, then that point and its value isn't quite nothingness. What's more, the value of that point can be broken down into subvalues of that point, perhaps inifinitely. But then the question exist if a point has no dimension but has value, how small is that point, and isn't that point only small or large based on perspective, and can that perspective change as much for a single subvalue as for multilple subvalues, and yet maintain certain characteristics, or maybe lose certain charactetistics, based on perspective.
The stuff about clint is absolute nonsense. He didnt kill Natasha at all, nor can it even be be taken that way if you actually watch what happened in the damn movie.
Thinking this morning about how we needed a smaller-scale cross-property villain for this phase to be like a Loki to Kang's Thanos level big bad, and how Kingpin would be PERFECT for that. Honestly the perfect way to let us enjoy teases of Kang & have the patience to wait for that payoff, is to have Kingpin just wrecking shop for everyone the whole time. UGH. It makes me legitimately angry how great the writing is for this new MCU, idk how we're gonna keep this hype train going for 10 years but I'm sure it's going to be a blast Also, I'm calling it now, I want Laura to be Mockingbird SO BADLY. Please Feige, give us this
I think that Clint apologized to Nat because she was the one that convinced him to come back to the Avengers and now he has to put the Ronin suit back on. It's a good thing I watched this during the day, because when Fisk was shown I literally yelled lol. D'onofrio's job playing Fisk is superb. He exudes such absolute power and is quite terrifying, really. Florence Pugh is an excellent actress and so naturally funny. I laughed my ass off when Jack's excuse for this being a frame job was that he's never worked a day in his life. Maybe it's the placement, but as soon as the episode ended and the Grinch song started to play, I changed the lyrics to "You're a mean one, Mr.Fisk" lmao. Another awesome reaction, fellas... keep em comin !
Fiege said that if/when Daredevil comes back, it will be Charlie Cox. Whether it’s this weekend or later on in Echo or something, I guess we’ll just have to wait and see… but it will be Charlie!
I really need to see the Endgame Cut you guys saw, where Clint says to Nat "you should go, I have a family" and she goes "you're right, i'm out". They both fought to be the one who sacrificed. They both saw more value in the other than in themselves. In the end Nat ended up "winning" the struggle, and Clint lives with that burden, trying to make the most of his life just to honor her sacrifice.
Regarding Clint's time as Ronin, we still don't have the full details on what led him to pick up the sword. 100% I agree that something about him traveling the world to knock off mobsters with as much brutality as possible feels weird and totally from left field, but maybe it's akin to when Xu Wenwu lost his wife. Clint's family meant everything to him, and finding out that they (as far as he knew) were gone forever broke him and he decided to take that out on the only villains he could.
I don't understand your hate for Clint, he has always been one of my favorites. He did want to die for the stone but Nat beat him to it, she wanted him to be with his family again. At least that's what I think.
Been waiting for this reaction all day!! Tom Holland did say in an interview he knows who bought Avengers tower, with that in mind it would make sense if it turned out to be Kingpin
I feel like no one talks about how Kate HAD EXPERT PRECISION with that sriracha bottle. Yelena caught it directly in front of her face. I get that precision is her thing and that bottle is huge but damn was that a good throw.
I can't unhear Dexter's Laboooratory anymore. it's now Yelana, thanks guys. Also, I think that Clint's Wife maybe was an undercover agent going after King Pin in the past, and she got caught; had to go into hiding. The watch is involved with her and that past. And, I think Jack is a skrull working for Fury, also undercover, trying to get the details.
There's no doubt in my mind Fisk is plotting big time for Armor Wars with Val, Sharon Carter, he may even be going international by gaining the 10 Rings trust... :) Rhodey better get some help bro
Dunno if you guys caught it but V. D'ONofrio was in the credits... I'm not an expert but aren't cameos by definition uncredited? So that says to me that he will have a speaking part. Also, I'm pretty sure the stuff that was being auctioned in the first episode came from Avengers compound, not the tower. And yes, Yelena was everything in this episode. I will be very disappointed if we don't get her as a main character in something upcoming.
@@crankfastle8138 Yelena was mindraped (first with psychotic sht they do to the minds of the children and later with actual mind control) to do so and had more or less no control over what she did.
@@pantherpopel551 That's still red on Yelena's ledger. Natasha certainly considered her Black Widow work something to atone for, and tried to make amends herself…
@@crankfastle8138 there is a big difference from being kidnapped as a child and being brainwashed into an assassin then someone as an adult choosing to become a killer of their own freewill. Natasha and Yelena were victims, Yelena more so then Natasha due to her being chemically altered. Her horror on top of that is that she doesn't know how much of her actions were her or an outside factor that made her do those things. She is still trying to find out who she is as cliché as that is, having her freewill taken from her at such a young age in a way stunded her. In a back handed way it makes her more truthful to the repercussions of what it means to be an assassin compared to her sister Natasha who wanted forgiveness and to wipe away the red in her ledger. Yelena embraces that side more so and isn't looking for forgiveness because she knews that there is no true way to atone for any of it. Natasha and Yelena will always have the guilt of what they did, what they were force to do, but that very guilt is what highlights the type of person each of them are. It makes them able to be a good person and not what they were raised to be. The fact that they are able to still feel guilt for their actions is a blessing. Clint on the other hand knew what he was doing and still did it. No one was forcing him. Stark it a mixture of both. He was raised to take over the company. Hw was expected to inherented his father Howard Stark legacy and company in the end he also inherented his fathers mistakes as well. Tony thought he was protecting America and the people. Once his eyes were opened to what was really going on under his nose and what was happening he made a choice. He decided that that life and the consequences of what he had been apart of wasn't what he wanted anymore. But unlike Yelena or Natasha, Tony wasn't brainwashed but rather willfully ignorant of the damage his inventions caused.
“she’s gone because she’s better than him” uhhhh i don’t even like clint and i love y’all videos but did you not watch the movie? lmao he literally was just as ready to sacrifice himself as she was
I'm so confused. Before I just chalked their weird hatred for Clint up to just not getting into the character which i would get. But this is nuts. I'm sure these guys have seen Endgame multiple times. Do they just sleep through that scene or something? Clint did nothing wrong and does not owe Yelena.
Uhm... I try to understand the negativity toward Clint but still can't grasp why the three of you hate him so much... He just the same with Nat but you seems to forgive Natasha past but hate Clint for his past... Well, i guess everyone deserve their own opinion...
I Love Yelena SO MUCH. I Want her in EVERY SINGLE MCU movie and show from now on. ONE of the things I Love about her, is that spy's or agents are always so much about subterfuge and deception, but instead Yelena is always so honest. She's always truthful. She could have lied to Kate to get to Hawkeye, but she says why she's there straight out. And that also makes her comments about how easily she could have killed Kate when she walked in the door without her ever knowing it, not seem like bravado. It's just a fact. I don't think we ever see her lie or be deceitful.
I wanna point out something Yelena said “we are defined by what we do” if what Clint did makes him a bad person then so was Nat, Wanda, Yelena, many other MCU characters. Nat even said that she thinks herself as a monster in Avengers : AOU . Even Wanda tortured the whole Westview and she also did it because of grief just like Clint . Wanda took over the Westview because she lost Vision with whom she was in love for 2 years , so imagine how hard it would be on Clint who lost his whole family with just a snap whom he loved his whole life . And the reason Clint started killing criminals during blip is that he thought If good people didn't got a chance to live then why should they get. If their mistakes is what defines them then Nat isn’t a hero. None of them are then. But they are cause their good deeds weighted out their mistakes.
Loved the reaction guys. It's great to see Agustin starting to turn the corner on his feelings for Clint. So I understand where Hector is coming from in wishing that Ben Urich played by Vondie Curtis-Hall should remain dead so that there aren't any conflicts with the Daredevil shows story, but I gotta disagree. If only for the fact that Vondie Curtis-Hall did an amazing job, but also because we don't have to just pick and choose the things we liked from Daredevil. THE MULTIVERSE IS REAL BABY! The revelation that the Kingpin of the MCU is being played by Vincent D'Onofrio could very well mean that the Netflix Daredevil show's history has merged with the MCU, but it could just as easily be just another variant reality. It doesn't diminish the value of that story, and it doesn't muddy it by trying to explain why the hordes of MCU characters weren't tripping all over the Nelson and Murdock doorstep throughout the three seasons. The familiarity with the Netflix shows lays the origin stories and groundwork for Marvel, all they have to do is a brief refresher some great character moments and Ben's your uncle we'll be there! Can't WAIT for next week!!!!
I love how they depicted the world around Yelena when she came back from the blip. I was like it was catching up to her, like her mind was perceiving what she knew until it peeled into reality
For the record, Reindeer (aka caribou) is actually really delicious. In Alaska, we make burgers and sausage out of them. Moose is the tough arctic meat.
Loved the scene where Clint was talking to Nat at the Avengers monument while Alan Silvestri's fantastic Vormir score from Endgame played ever so subtly.
I think Clint will live, but continue as an advisor in the future. One, they have a new outfit for him. They're not going to make a new outfit for a character and then immediately kill him off. Also there is definitely more story to tell with Laura. I definitely think Yelena is on her way to forgiving Clint or at least making peace with the situation. She obviously thought about the things Kate said which is why she looked into Eleanor, and then told Kate.
1. Still think Laura Barton is going to be revealed as Mockingbird 2. Going off of others thoughts I do think the Echo spin off will be about her tracking down Kingpin and she will run into and team up with Daredevil 3. Kingpin used Hawkeye to take out the obstacles in his way to rise to power cause in episode one they said he NEARLY wiped out organized crime, meaning it still remains in some way i.e. kingpin's empire 4. I'm and SO hyped for the last episode and the Hawkeye suit!!!!!
Yelena talking about Clint's past and all the murder.... Yelena also done the same with Natasha - even mentioned that she was a trained killer. "All that time that I spent posing, I was trying to actually do something good to make up for all the pain and suffering that we caused. Trying to be more than just a trained killer. Well, then you were fooling yourself because pain and suffering is every day and we are both still a trained killer. Except I’m not the one that’s on the cover of a magazine. I’m not the killer that little girls call their hero."

Not his fault; his part...
100%. Their responses make no sense. We literally saw the scene again where Clint tried to save her and she sacrifices herself in *this* show.
Exactly
I think it's more about Clint possibly having survivor's guilt. He probably still thinks "it should have been me." Clint probably blames himself still for Natasha's death.

I think they're talking about clint being called out for murdering people as the ronin
Exactly
Unless some stuff didn't make it onto that plane
Yelena's disappearance and reappearance from The Blip was filmed well done.
I’d like to think Matt Murdock got blipped/snapped, and during those five years, Willy regained his power.
I'd love to see his blip on screen.... maybe in the echo series!
Same i also thought that

i think the whole killing of echo's pops was the last piece of the manipulation puzzle to weaponize her towards uncle fisk's ends... as stated in the episode, it is much easier to manipulate someone when they are filled with rage... take away her ties so she can only focus on her revenge

If Clint dies it makes Natasha’s death meaningless.
I think this episode shows that Clint would be able to defeat her fairly quickly if he was actually going for straight up kill moves, there are like 3 times in the fight he could have ended it but he isnt there to kill her, he is trying to open her eyes about her boss.
It's a line that just drips of hypocrisy and wrongness, especially when you consider that Natasha only had the life she did because Clint spared her and guided her into working for SHIELD.
also everyone keeps pointing out his ronin years when he was just doing the world a favor by eliminating criminals who didnt deserve to live.

I wish they showed him walking up to Eleanor instead of a 240p photo/video on a phone
Why does he keep saying Clint killed her and should die wtf lol
Hes an idiot or simping so hard for yelena that he believes the lies shes been told. Even though he has seen the truth with his own eyes
Episode 4 - appetizer with Yelena appearing
Episode 5 - main course showing Fisk
Episode 6 - dessert Full on Avenger battle with the Larpers. Calling it.
8:00 Except, she doesn't know what really happened and you do and should know better. And Hawkeye clearly was not "hired" by Wilson Fisk, that would be a really strange direction to go in.
Why do you guys keep saying that it was Clint’s fault that Black Widow died?
I didn't agree with this last week but if kingpin has history with clint then it starts to make sense.
It was Wilson Fisk all along 🎶
Oh, and loved the reaction…right here: 14:56
you're a mean one Mr Grinch
in the episode where Fisk appears
The episode before Christmas week, the episode before the Eleanor's company Christmas party ...
I think they’re all in on it personally
That and the fact a fake arrest due to Kingpin’s strings sounds scary
Real agents but are on Kingpin’s payroll
These TV shows are my new favorite way to get the MCU! We get so much more detail and depth of story, but still have some awesome action! Love it!
They're playing the G'DAMN Vormir theme when Clint was at the memorial! Those bastards!!😭😭
UGH. It makes me legitimately angry how great the writing is for this new MCU, idk how we're gonna keep this hype train going for 10 years but I'm sure it's going to be a blast
Also, I'm calling it now, I want Laura to be Mockingbird SO BADLY.
5:24 "She sounds like Dexter" lol WTF I can't unhear that now. 🤣😂😁
Calm down Héctor, calm down.. 😂
Kingpin was just using ronin to tight up some ends from the track suit mafia for sure
Now that Kingpin's back, Daredevil will soon be back most likely in No Way Home.
Adam said at the end of the reaction that he wanted to say someone so bad but he couldn’t. Pretty much confirming 100% Daredevil is in No Way Home.
yes he is, listed on charlie cox imdb. just don't know if it's as daredevil or matt.
They've already seen it.
@@craiglortie8483 IMDB isn’t fully trustworthy. Anyone can edit it. It’s like Wikipedia in that way
Fiege said that if/when Daredevil comes back, it will be Charlie Cox.
Also now we have our cosmic level villain in Kang and possibly our street level villain in Kingpin.
“ laughs boisterously” subtitles add so much lol
Yelena is a gem in this episode. Perfect balance of humor and I’ll kill everyone in this room energy
Hawkeye said he was there he never said he killed echos dad I believe he was set up to look like he did it
I feel like no one talks about how Kate HAD EXPERT PRECISION with that sriracha bottle.
Have you forgiven Tony for his past as an arms manufacturer?
Good point. All of the Avengers have blood on their hands
@@tonyabrookes9931 also yelena has no point to make when bringing up clints blood trail. Both her and nat have the same bloody past
Alright, I could have gone without the Dexter’s Lab comparison. Can’t unhear it now
Of all the reactions, y’alls are the one I’m waiting for.
“she’s gone because she’s better than him” uhhhh i don’t even like clint and i love y’all videos but did you not watch the movie? lmao he literally was just as ready to sacrifice himself as she was
But she beat him, either through skill or conviction.
@@mulukh7 thats not what Hector was referring to with that comment though
Maya wanted Ronin and DAMN if Clint didn't give her what she wanted for Christmas
Why do i love you guys despite the unjustified Clint hate lololol you guys are awesome
For the record, Reindeer (aka caribou) is actually really delicious. In Alaska, we make burgers and sausage out of them. Moose is the tough arctic meat.
Reindeer & caribou are the same thing??
@@loganbigmo Yes! They are the same animal. Caribou is the preferred word in North America because it's an indigenous word rather than a Germanic one.
@@aaronstreitenberger6012 Huh. You learn something new every day. Thanks for the lesson!
i'm glad it was clint that killed her dad because it wouldve been a cop-out if someone else did it.
Loved the scene where Clint was talking to Nat at the Avengers monument while Alan Silvestri's fantastic Vormir score from Endgame played ever so subtly.
#Spoilers. What Clint was saying to Maya was that Fisk told someone to tip off Clint, not pay him. Fisk used Ronin to do the dirty work
damn, he wasn't even getting paid? Should have gotten Anna to hook him up with some of that assassin money smh /j
Why wouldn’t that be Clint in the ronin outfit lmaoooooo he was at the locker he put it in. Keep up.
They really don’t mind talking about important things in the back of peoples cars
16:38 Hahaha the realization its like they saw the real meaning of the universe.
1. Still think Laura Barton is going to be revealed as Mockingbird
2. Going off of others thoughts I do think the Echo spin off will be about her tracking down Kingpin and she will run into and team up with Daredevil
3. Kingpin used Hawkeye to take out the obstacles in his way to rise to power cause in episode one they said he NEARLY wiped out organized crime, meaning it still remains in some way i.e. kingpin's empire
