Hello sir, I just want to say thank you very much. I've been learning guitar for a year. I enjoy to playing now. Thanks again from India. Can i get a heart from you? That will motivate me! 🇮🇳😇
Thank you so much Simon! Much appreciated! Petrus from South Africa... Been playing from the age of 13... subscribed to you channel a week ago! So excited to learn more!!
I so enjoy learning from your pieces. It’s not just the subject, by learning a technique any applying it elsewhere it opens many doors. Thank you. I’ve subscribed
you are a great teacher Justin thanks..Open E with an E sounds neat also.Just take all fingers off then hammer back on the E or e7..Lots of variations on the E I think...thanks again...

brilliant lesson! never thought about the e chord like that. which is strange cause i like to do that kind of stuff a lot with d major for example. gonna experiment with the other base shapes as well now :)
You don’t know how badly I wish you had a twin named JustinPiano. I’ve been contemplating learning that as well, but I just can’t find any curated and in-depth courses like yours.
This is a great lesson. Are there equivalents for some of the other chord shapes (thinking A, C & D). Had a skim through the grade three videos, but nothing leapt out.
@@justinguitar I've reported many of the spam posts on the comments section here and the channel they originate from. Hopefully the account is taken down soon. Thanks for all you do!
Hey Justin! Love your videos and you've helped me so much on my journey thus far! Was wondering if you could do a tutorial on a neat song called Heal Me I'm Hearsick by No Vacancy! The song is from the movie School Of Rock!
Please keep using acoustic guitar,I think it's better because many beginners and intermediate have acoustic not electric,I have a myth that acoustic sound good than electric and when I see tutorial with electric I don't even watch them help to differentiate the two. I'm wrong or right?
Thanks for the suggestion. There’s a song request board (plus 700+ song lessons) here: www.justinguitar.com/songs Cheers 😊 | Richard_close2u | JustinGuitar Official Guide & Approved Teacher
Hey Justin, I am commenting to ask you a question. Are you on telegram, and are gifting subscribers guitars. I'm asking, cos apparently you offered me two guitars. I'm just checking to see if it really was u I was talking too
It was spam - lots of spam bots are hitting lots of channels right now. Justin is not on telegram at all. If in doubt ignore. Cheers 😊 | Richard_close2u | JustinGuitar Official Guide & Approved Teacher

Fantastic series. The G, C and D series you posted took my playing to another level. Thank you!
It is really amazing how much one can achieve with such a simple chord. Thanks for this! Great tutorial as always!

Thanks Justin. Awesome exercise.
Thanks Justin! I subscribed to your app and have learned more in 3 months than I did in a couple years of in person lessons.
E is a really good chord to fingerpick around. 👍
I use a couple of these already, but it is good to see some more options. Thanks Justin.
Thank you :)
Also try 024100 - It's the best version of an E chord to end a song on imo.
Wow! Good one! Thanks! :)
another great one; thanks
Thanx Justin.

Would you show us what your strumming hand is doing? Please. 😊
Justin, these lessons would be so much better if we could also see your strumming hand.
ps. you're amazing, keep up the great work
So if you use the E shape for barre chords, what tricks can you pull out then?
im currently working on your metronome videos as my timing needs more work than i thought.

Love this lesson, thank you 🙂

Very Bluegrassy! :)
Nice Kangaroo lamp in the background.
I am sorely lacking when it comes to knowing what makes it a seven chord, six chord, add 9 etc. Any advice that can smarten me up?

Ha Ha. The little finger on the 4th string 3rd fret just sounds horrible. Well, that's Flamenco guitar well and truly put back in it's box then ;)
