47:34 Is my favorite one. It has such an air of mystery about it but a steady, running beat that says "I'm getting to the bottom of this". But there's also a sense of loneliness to it that sits in the background carrying this cold, unspoken truth that you are alone and on your own here.
Doing my run #60 (at least) of this fucking epic masterpiece. Still discovering new ways to beat each stage. The replayability value is crazy as hell. Currently inside the PCRS Wall Cloud, playing as a "pure melee agent" using Combat knife and nothing else.
@@wanderercore4965 I did a lot of TNT/explosive barrel running to avoid using LAMs and such, so I maxed the Microfibral Muscle augmentation, sacrificing melee power in favour of tactical playing. Also, the venomous gas barrels were quite handy as "killing barriers" to block doors and stairs when needed. Still, it's technically a melee strategy. My goal was to avoid using any weapon technology as an inventory item, except the Combat knife. Protective equipment could be used, but I didn't. It took me several hours and many strokes of luck at some stages. I had to avoid some places in order to survive, so yeah; I also played the "Ninja" agent, using shadows, taking advantage of NPCs patrol routes and turning bots against enemies whenever possible using terminals, since I couldn't use any type of grenade. If I remember correctly, rescuing Tiffany Savage from the Abandoned Gas Station was the hardest part, but it's doable. Yes, sometimes I had to went "Berserker" mode whenever I couldn't make a silent approach and had to use several medkits, food and drinks, changing to the Regeneration augmentation later on. Oh yeah, also lots of Bioelectric cells with a saving policy at all times. Of course, I maxed out the Low-Tech skill early on, Computer skill as second option, Medicine and Swimming as game progressed. I used lockpicks and multitools only at strategic points, while trying to bypass all doors with their respective codes.
I still remember when this game came out i was in high school and it barely worked on the computers back then. I remember in 1999 paying 2 thousand dollars for a pc that had 1.8 gigs! Computers back then were so expensive and so awful lol
Awesome compilation! Some of those I've heard for the very first time since some levels contained here have no NPCs that you can chat with (HK Helipad, Vanderberg Tunnels). Great music from the best game of all times.

The conversation theme song sounds more suitable for a hospital, where a person is in critical condition, and on the heart rate monitor, and in the surgery room, while the other person is in the waiting room, waiting in suspense and curiosity, if the other person will make it out alive and in one piece, while the doctors, surgeons and other medical personnels are racing against time and in precision with their work, to save the life of the person. I think the song should have been used in the hells kitchen clinic, since it's a medical facility, and it suits it well.
