Congrats for your new Gym equipment Thor! I've been watching your gym work since 2019, gotta say I love the way it evolve and keep getting better. Not just better but freakin ELEGANT. I may sound cliche but I gotta say this, you're the Man that elevates the strongman standards in Iceland, both athletes standards and its high class strongman's/strongwoman's gym quality.

Massive plus that you have these big doors to get a lot of fresh air ind. It can be soo dam hot indside some Gyms.

Spoke with Hafthor briefly 3 years ago at Chicago O’Hare airport. I am 6’3” and 250 lbs-felt like a small child talking to the God of Thunder!🤣💪🇨🇦
My Goodness this must be from 2019/20 season. Hafthor was ULTRAMASSIVE! My friend met him at the Arnold's and told he's the Biggest and Thickest human he has ever seen and felt that him and Hafthor were not the same species. By the way, my friend is a 650 lb conventional Deadlifter.
tbf you don`t have the size in the first place (in objective terms, at your height you have to be at least 310 to be a mass monster)
And also Thor is way smaller now(alt he still big, but not nearly massive), he at his heaviest was 450.
Im coming to iceland from 🇨🇦 in september I will come check the gym grab a jersey and hopefully a picture with Thor

I like the way Rogue Fitness done their strongman/strongwoman gym equipment in such an A class. From their log to deadlift's bar, and also their specific strongman's event equipment like wheels of pain and such, everything is just high class. I hope someday, Rogue WILL be the one who's sponsoring WSM that may someday will lead up to WSM can go live-stream

Around the filming of the first part of this video, Hafthor livestreamed a session where he did the belt squat machine (with the sling intact) and he really loved it because it totally allowed him to take his upper body out of the equation. It would be awesome to see Hafthor going heavy on it in future alongwith the progress of the recovery journey.
