Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I don't know why I like to watch this guy, maybe because he's such a friendly dude, or maybe because he obviously has an exceptional stomach with extreme stretching capabilities, I couldn't eat 10% of what he can eat. It's good entertainment to watch him stuff himself like this. It's just funny and amazing

There is something so wholesome about this guy. I legitimately like to watch him eat. He's just a guy doing this thing we all love to do, but to entertain us. Food is love and man, this guy could make a killing one day off of this.

What I love about these challenges is also that you can just get them and eat them even if you don't want the T-Shirt.

They didn't they only reached half and they took it on as a two man challenge and still didn't finish.
30 minutes is hardly a fair time for this! You only just made it but still absolutely smashed it 👏🏻 That’s the only bad part of the vid is seeing the place make the conditions almost impossible-glad you proved them fools! Every time I watch your awesome vids I foolishly look at the volume of food and compare it to the human stomach size. Like that has any comparison-you clearly have a dying star for a stomach 😄

I think the person who threw the fry on your plate was trying to replace the fry you dropped on the ground with a clean fry. I dont believe they were trying to add to the challenge. Just my 2 Cents! Awesome video, as always 👌
I took it that way too so Beard didn’t have to eat a floor fry (not that I think a place would judge someone if they didn’t eat something that legitimately fell on the floor).

So I sorta grew up on Man V Food for my competitive eating entertainment, but dude, these challenges seems twice as hard and Beard has twice the success rate of Adam Richman. Dude is an animal!

What I noticed watching man v food when I was younger, anything over 5lb you could almost guarantee he wouldn't be successful. Pretty sure there's videos of beard smashing twice that amount

I actually went to this place last Friday. I can confirm that the ribs are absolutely fantastic. I ordered the large rack of ribs only and couldn't even finish that, so how the hell this challenge was smashed is beyond me. I'm gonna say the two pints of Stella bloated me!! Ha.

That was a large one. He crushed as usual. But he ate a ton of protein, a big burger, sides a shake and then the 4 pasta sandwiches! That was a big’un. Adam, you’re one of a kind.

Congrats on the win for this one, this was an absolute mountain of food to get through! I feel like this would be a challenge where, if Randy Santel were to do it, he'd say his usual 'it's time to shut up and eat' and he'd have to actually shut up and just eat! 😂😂
They really don't want any average (as in not a professional eater) person to successfully win this challenge. That is a rediculous amount of food firstly, but to then set a 30min time limit, I don't see anyone other than professional eaters being successfull. I mean, even you took a little over 27 min!
It will come to a point where enough people will try it unsuccessfully, word will spread, and people will stop trying it. Where's the fun in that?
It's supposed to be a challenge, if any Tom dick and harry can come in and complete it, it's not much of a challenge is it. Besides, never underestimate people ability to think they can beat something

I love how you get so jazzed over a T-shirt. It truly is the little things in life. And once again I would like to suggest Denny’s Beer Barrel in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. They have more than one big food challenge. And the food is delicious. 2-pound burgers, 3-pounders, a 6-pounder with a 3 hour timer. And a 15 pound team challenge. And yes, you do get a shirt.
